physical activity or exercise helps in releasing the feel-good hormone in our body( endorphins). by regular practise of physical activities or exercise it help us to get relieved from worry and negative thought .regular practice of exercise also helps in building up confidence which is really important with people suffering from depression
FOOD& DIET
A single nutritional deficiency can cause depression.
Food also plays a main factor in depression, eating the right type of foods helps in fighting depression. Eating foods rich in magnesium help in fighting depression foods that are rich in magnesium are banana, nuts, green leafy vegetables. eat atleast one fruit daily. cashew nut is a valuable remedy for general depression.
Meditate, go for walks,. Desi treatment in olden days use to be to feed black desi cows (cows with hump on the back)with food, with inner connection and love, looking into their eyes. They have the natural ability to heel depression in humans.
Also there is a point on your 3rd eye, on the forehead, just abv the middle space between your eyebrows. You need to rub this point like a dash right to left and left to right daily once.
Keep your stomach clean. Stay hydrated. No non-veg. Bless your food and water and then consume. U will see an instant change in self. This is the holistic way of healing self without drugs.

• Make a proper daily schedule and keep yourself involved in it. Idly sitting will drive you more towards the depression and overthinking, making you feel low and worsen the condition.
• Eating healthy;
Make sure that you include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Eating disorder is very common during the periods of high stress or anxiety disorder and depression. It is tempting to increase consumption of sweet foods, caffeinated drinks smoking and alcohol which can make the situation worse.
• Go for stress-busting Exercise;
Physical exercise is one of the best ways to reduce stress, anxiety disorder and depression. It releases endorphins which helps you feel better and boost your brain.
Keep your mind and body healthy by doing regular exercises and workouts such as walking, jogging, running etc ..;
Practising yogasana and pranayama can help tackle depression.
Yoga Nidra and other meditations are very beneficial for depression. You may practice under the guidance of a certified practitioner.

People issues are the most stressful according to studies. Anger hatred jealousy etc are going to create a break in your own rate of blood flow and thus causing physical issues. The person who you shout at will not change a bit. Others thinking or behaviour is not in your control at all. Experiences come to you so that you can learn positive qualities in your like and shed the negative.
When u are seeking help for yourself, you must understand that others have a different mind and body and they are not going to listen to you.
Expectations is one of the biggest reasons for emotional and physical health issues. If emotionally a person is derailed, physical problems are a sureshot. Even with healthy eating u won’t be able to battle physical issues that were caused because of emotional stress. and in parallel eat a whole food plant based lifestyle with more fruits vegetables greens.
If you are not bed ridden, kindly switch to a completely raw lifestyle with just fruits greens and veg juices. Don’t even think of cooked food. In depression what would have happened is, your older lifestyle with a lot of emotional drainage would have led to a vitality or energy drain and toxin accumulation on a physical level would have continued for a long period. You see brain cells consume 3X more oxygen compared to the other cells, so any emotional drain is like running video on your cell for a long period. Digestion and using the brain / mentally thinking on a negative level drains the battery. However if you were a chess player and you are playing a game, that’s not a drain, it’s a positive growth . So, in your case since you might have used it for negative thinking majorly, your physical body is also taxed.
So few things you have to consciously attempt are the following
1) Juice veggies / have a lot of fruits as your meals as much as possible all 2-3 meals per day or more if needed as per the call of hunger . These are positive life giving foods. They will bring life back into the bad communications happening between gut and brain.
2) Start doing yoga and pranayama along with the point 1 for about 1 hour. Yoga alone or point 1 alone may not be effective in isolation. Do both
3) Sun light exposure for 1 hour with gratitude to the sun. If you have a park nearby, walk barefoot on grass and appreciate the selfless elements around you who don’t expect anything from human beings even if you stamp them. In return they give you a feeling of grounding with Mother Earth and improves your being.
4) Mandatorily sleeping early so that between 10-2am you are in the deep sleep
5) Understand and introspect why you started getting depressed few years back. Is it the people around you / situations around you ? Know that it’s all happening for your good. To improve your soul. Listen to Louise Hay / bk Shivani and such people and understand the deeper meaning of your experiences and implement what they say.
You can find 10 people around you advicing 10 ways to get out of depression, but you have to consciously try a method that you feel is right. Before you heal mentally , you have to clean your body and slowly clean the mind. You have to now go in reverse. To make the mindthink positive, you have to clean the body first . When you got toxemia, your thoughts and energy field became diseased and that led to the body contamination. But now you have to address body cleaning first and slowly get to the mind. Overtime the mind body and spirit will be cleaned and you will be free of depression

नमस्ते ,
अनियमित दिनचर्या ,खान-पान की गड़बड़ी ,कार्य का दबाव,जिम्मेदारियों का सही से निर्वहन न कर पाना, पर्याप्त नींद न ले पाना इत्यादि डिप्रेशन को जन्म देते हैं ।
- नींद -रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें, इससे शरीर में स्थित कोशिकाओं की मरम्मत होती है ,शरीर को नई ऊर्जा प्राप्त होती है ।
- प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी, नींबू और शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंत की दीवारें फैलती है ,शरीर से बाहर निकल जाती हैं ।
- जूस- प्रातः लौकी, नारियल पानी,एलोवेरा, टमाटर के जूस का सेवन करें ।
- भोजन- प्रतिदिन 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को खूब चबा चबाकर सेवन करें ,इससे भोजन का आसानी से पाचन होता है।
- जल का सेवन -प्रतिदिन जब प्यास लगे मिट्टी या तांबे के बर्तन में रखेे जल को बैठकर धीरेे-धीरे जल का सेवन करें ।
- रात्रि में 10-12 बादाम पानी में भीगा दे, प्रातः उसके भूरे रंग की परत को हटाकर सफेद भाग को पीसकर सेवन करें।
- प्रतिदिन नंगे पांव सुगंधित पुष्पों से युक्त बगीचे में प्रसन्न चित्त होकर टहलें ।
- प्रतिदिन सकारात्मक, मनपसंद संगीत को धीमी आवाज में सुनें ।
- स्वच्छ व हवादार कमरे में सोएं।
निषेध-क्रोध, ईर्ष्या, चिंता ,रात्रि जागरण, तीव्र प्रकाश, सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल ,टेलीविजन ,कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग , अकेलापन,जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ, नशीली वस्तुएं ,चाय काफी ,चीनी से बने हुए पदार्थ, डिब्बाबंद भोज्य पदार्थ, प्रदूषित जगह पर रहना।

समाधान - प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दें।
मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक।
प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।
जीवन शैली - 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।
3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ।इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
