I have frequent mouth ulcer also cough in my throat what to do?

Dear health seeker, please be  doubly sure that you are in the safe  lap of mother nature out to help you out from any and every health issue/wrongly named  diseases  there is no disease only lower level of health which can be reversed back to health in  shortest possible time frame. I have successfully treated many patients of stomatitis (mouth ulcers) and  cough and cold. 

Please  follow as:-

For cough and cold:--Dear Health seeker, any dis-ease is an outcome of toxins, encumbrances,filthy matter invading the whole body. In pure nature cure all out efforts are made to cleanse the body through 4 eliminating organs that is by lungs,skin,bowels ,and through urination.What  happens is that  for most people all these organs are not allowed to perform  to their  optimum  best, almost all eliminating organs work at the lowest levels simply because of our  unhygiec lifestyle .

To  strengthen your lung  power, either go for a brisk  walk with  rhythmic  breathing else if it is not possible then do some 100 to 200 skipping. Bask in the early morning  sun followed by a dry bath(rubbing the body with the dry towel)for 10 mins followed by cold (tab water)bath.

Stop all cereal based breakfast like poha, paratha, upma,bread butter, tea, coffee etc, instead breakfast of either fruits or salads with enough coconut scrappings.

Lunch and dinner should consist of vegetables raw and  conservatively cooked without any spices.self massage chest and back on alternate days. With this regime you will be alright within 30 to 45 days.i have treated many patients of the same affliction in the past following the above treatment 

For  mouth ulcers:-   with the above program most of your issues will be over,you may  try  drink  grass  juice 50  ml early morning on empty stomach  keep the juice in your mouth for few seconds and then drink  it is a  surest  remedy for mouth ulcers. For  relieving the pain  keep  very cold water in the mouth till it  gets hot, spit it out and again follow the same  till the pain  subsides. 

In  case grass (which is offered to Lords  Ganesha) is not  available then  drink  ashgourd or  bilva patra juice  sqeezed out of 15 leaves, these are times trusted treatment.

Kindly remove dairy ( even powder milk is milk in another form, ghee, paneer, butter, curd ) sugar meat from ur lifestyle. Ulcers are an elimination of an acidic stomach and inefficiently digested meal over long periods of time. Possible constipation might also be there. A unclean gut ( stomach- rectum) is a big reason for mouth ulcers. Body is trying to spit out toxins in the form of coughs.  U have to remove animal products immediately , reduce oils or avoid cooking with it. 

Mouth ulcers are mirror reflection of your GUT health. The cleaner your GUT, the cleaner is the health of your mouth / the smell  etc. The more acidic the gut, then ulcers tend to keep coming. It’s a way to eliminate the pus from the body. If you are a non vegan who consumes animal products, that’s your first step - avoid consuming any food that has any ingredient that came from an animal ( diary meat eggs fish honey ), remove sugar maida wheat corn soy. Avoid fermented foods for few months. 

Gargle the mouth with ashgourd juice 3-4 times a day. If this is not available then cucumber juice can be used to gargle or rinse the mouth. If you see the Durva grass or the one they use for Ganesh Pooja, u can grind and use that for rinsing too. Salt water rinsing is also going to help.  This is only for the relief of pains of the ulcers. Overtime focus on consumption of raw food to reduce or prevent ulcers. Avoid caffeine and tea. 

Gargle 5-6 times daily with salt and turmeric warm water for relief from cough.

 

Start having a big glass of cucumber juice in the morning upon waking daily with some lemon juice in it and then followed by a big bowl of fruits. 

Apply a cold wet towel on ur abdomen for 20 mins per day. Buy an enema kit and take water enema for 1 month.

Mouth ulcers are mainly related with abnormal digestive process in body it's directly related with our digestive system 

For its cure you should keep your stomach healthy and clean 

Follow this remedies and stay healthy 
 

  1. Drink lukewarm water daily in morning mix wt lemon 
  2. Use honey on affected area 
  3. Add green vegetables and fibrous diet intake for better defecation 
  4. Avoid milk products, oily food, street food 
  5. Anulom vilom, bhramri good for stomach health

हेलो,

 

कारण - पाचन क्रिया का स्वस्थ ना होने से आँत में प्रदाह (inflammation) होता और वह फेफड़ों और गले में संक्रमण पैदा करता है। शरीर में मौजूद मिनरल दूषित होकर कफ में परिवर्तित होते जाते हैं और ऑक्सिजन की मात्रा में आती है।

समाधान - खजूर और पान चबा कर लें। बेल पत्ते का जूस फ़ायदा करेगा। अनुलोम विलोम, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक करें। सर्वांगआसन और सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दुध या दुध से बना कोई चीज़ ना लें। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है।

प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें।

नमस्ते,

 अनियमित दिनचर्या, खानपान की गड़बड़ी, पर्याप्त मात्रा में जल का सेवन न करने ,उत्तेजक प्रतिजैविक दवाओं , नशीली वस्तुओं की वजह से मुंह में छाले हो जाते हैं ।

 

नींद -रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे के लिए अवश्य लें इससे नई कोशिकाओं का निर्माण होता है!

 

  •  प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी ,नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंतों से अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती हैं ।
  •  जूस -टमाटर !
  • भोजन - मौसमी फल व सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को जबा जबा का सेवन करें !
  • जल का सेवन -मिट्टी के घड़े में रखें जल को बैठकर जब भी प्यास लगे सेवन करें, इससे खांसी में राहत मिलेगी शरीर में अम्ल व क्षार का संतुलन हो होता है।
  • उपवास-2- 3 दिनों का उपवास श्रेयस्कर होगा, पेट की गर्मी शांत होती है।
  • 15 ग्राम पिसी हुई हल्दी 1 लीटर पानी में उबालें, ठंडा होने पर सुबह-शाम इससे गरारा करें।
  • तुलसी के पत्तों को  चबा चबा कर खाएं छाले व खांसी दोनों में आराम मिलेगी।

निषेध- मसालेदार -डिब्बाबंद भोज्य पदार्थ, चीनी व मैदे से बनी हुई चीजें, नशीली वस्तुएं ,उत्तेजक दवाइयां ,जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ।

Mouth ulcer can be due to viral infections, vitamin deficiencyor due to underlying diseases like Crohn's disease

avoid spicy or sour foods, drink plenty of fluids like fresh fruits juices

Regularly rinse your mouth with salted water

keep your mouth clean

consume more of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits as it causes due to the deficiency of vitamin b which are present in green leafy vegetables avoid, junk and fast foods, oily foods with lots of preservatives

FOR COUGH

drink some warm tea-like herbal tea or ginger tea as it gives a soothing effect to your throat,

salt water gargling can also be done twice a day

it is important to be hydrated so drink around 8 glasses of warm water

drinking coconut water at regular intervals

avoid dairy products,ice cream ,junk food and too much of oily food
