Heart Blocks are otherwise called as atherosclerosis.
Atherosclerosis is a type of arteriosclerosis, where an accumulation of fat or cholesterol occurs which later develops into a plich could restrict aque (substances stuck on the arterial walls)which would restrict the blood flow.
Atherosclerosis could be dangerous when the arteries become narrow and completely block the blood flow which might lead to a heart attack or stroke.
Some simple methods to prevent or avoid atherosclerosis are as follows:
- Avoid smoking and alcohol - Smoking or alcohol consumption could result in atherosclerosis. The best policy is to avoid it.
- Regular Exercise - Best policy to exercise daily at least for 30 minutes daily. Exercises increase nutrition and circulation in the muscles. If one doesn't have time to exercises one could follow simple methods like walking one way to home if possible or using stairs while climbing down the stairs.
- Maintain optimum weight - Shed extra pounds that are accumulated in your body. Right body weight and burning extra fat accumulated should be burnt off or else the calories intaken could result in an increase in body weight.
- Eating a heart-healthy diet namely the diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains — and low in refined carbohydrates, sugars, saturated fat, and sodium — can help you control your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. Fruits like apple, banana, could be the best fruits to be taken. Intake of salt and oil to be restricted if possible.
- Adding garlic and onions could be the best choice. Garlic has a capacity to eliminate extra cholesterol accumulated on the walls of the arteries.

Blocks are definitely reversible on a plant-based diet. To understand how to reverse your condition you will have to understand what caused your condition in the first place. It’s not just lack of exercise alone and that’s your misunderstanding.
We all know that the role of the Heart is to pump blood. So the story goes like this, you eat some food, the food gets into the stomach. And for that To digest, it has to go through the entire Gastrointestinal tract. Among this liver, the gallbladder and pancreas plays a major role in trying to understand and assimilate the food . Liver is one of the organs where it understands whether the food you eat in is right for the body or not.Any food that is not available directly from nature is something that the body does not understand. In any food that the body does not understand gets accumulated in the liver and the surrounding organs. One of the major functions of the liver is to thin the blood from all the fats that you constantly been feeding day after day. This might be in the form of Tadka it might be in the form of fried food it might be in the form of dairy it might be any form of animal products that you have been consuming. Please remember that coldpressed Oils are also oils but definitely better than refined but any oil is an oil. Over period of time these fat deposits gets accumulated in the body because we don’t have vim and pril to scrub these in the body. What we do have is bilirubin that does the blood thinning work by reducing the fats by thinning down the fats. If you have a high concentration of fats and other form of toxins in the blood the oxygenation level in the blood will be extremely low. This low oxygenation level can pose a risk to your heart and brain. The heart actually expects a purified form of blood from the liver. Initially, when you’ve had a high-fat diet the liver would have handled the situation. But one cannot expect this to happen over and over and over again. Over a period of time, all the things that the body does not need starts overflowing from the liver and liver efficiency reduce. When the efficiency of the liver reduces it means that the blood will also be contaminated. Ensure that you eat raw for most of your day this will naturally thin down your blood and give the body a break from the fats so once all the oils start getting released from your body naturally, you will overtime be healed of your condition. heart is a very resilient, a very strong organ. It is one of the last organs to stop. It is designed to keep you alive. So such is the power of the heart. It has equally good stamina to spring back up when the conditions are ideal. From removing dairy eggs meat fish sugar wholewheat maida barley any form of oils all kinds of packaged foods that are ready to eat , practice mindful eating, chew your food as long as possible and swallow it. Avoid all form of screen time when you are connecting with your food. Avoid using salt for any of your raw meal except for dinner and reduce the quantity of that as well. Avoid using refined salt and use pink salt as minimally as possible. Greens like spinach have natural salt in them that can replace salts in any meal . Lime juice is a great substitute for salt.

कारण - हृदय के धमनियों में रक्त संचार में दोष उत्पन्न हो जाता है। ये शरीर में अम्ल और अपच वसा की अधिकता के कारण हो रहा है।
समाधान - समाधान - फल, कच्चे सब्ज़ी के जूस और कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद लें। आहार में परिवर्तन आयु के हिसाब से करना चाहिए। 9 साल के बाद दुध या दुध से बना सामान नहीं पचता है। 20 साल के बाद प्रोटीन के बाहरी स्रोतों से परहेज़ ज़रूरी है। 30 साल के बाद अनाज, तेल घी से परहेज़ ज़रूरी है।
जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।
आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह लें।
पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें। खीरा + नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट दर्द वाले हिस्से पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। सुर्य की रोशनी उसी जगह पर लगाएँ।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा dopahar के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।
