हेलो,


कारण - काँपने का कारण ठंड लगना , बुखार होना, या मेरुदंड में दोष हो सकता है।

समाधान -  मेरुदंड का मालिश दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। आहार में परिवर्तन आयु के हिसाब से करना चाहिए। 9 साल के बाद दुध या दुध से बना सामान नहीं पचता है। 20 साल के बाद प्रोटीन के बाहरी स्रोतों से परहेज़ ज़रूरी है। 30 साल के बाद अनाज, तेल घी से परहेज़ ज़रूरी है और चीनी की ज़रूरत कभी नहीं है। उसके जगह गुड़ या सुखा फल लें। खाने में सेंधा नमक का प्रयोग करें और मात्रा कम लें। आप प्रोटीन युक्त भोजन से परहेज़ करें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है।

जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। प्राणायाम करें। सूर्यनमस्कार करें। 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें। खीरा + नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। सुर्य की रोशनी उसी जगह पर लगाएँ। 

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा dopahar के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।

Dear health seeker, This  gives me an opportunity to  cite the example of father of nature cure in India, Acharya Sarma, who in his  30's suffered from  lack of warmth, even in  summers  he had to wrap himself with woollens, similar is my  own  case, on account of  chronic  diseases  I also suffered  from  chill and  lack of  warmth and  even in  summers I had to put on  sweaters  beneath  my  shirt. Patients of all chronic and degenerative diseases are prone to shivering. This is attributed to poor blood circulation in fine capillaries situated in the skin, on account of high viscosity of blood, /thickening of the blood. Acharya Sarma ate highly nourishing and heat generating foods yet didn't get any warmth. It was only when he adopted nature-based lifestyle eating lots of green leafy vegetables, raw and cooked, availed the sun-soaked energy, that he could negotiate the winter of  Delhi in coolest of days wearing only cotton clothes, such is the might of  Nature cure. You may please take a leaf out of the above, and start living hygienically partaking of lots of leafy green vegetables as per the laws of Vital Economy, sun-basking, brisk walking, self-massage, thereby improving overall health and freedom from shivering.  

Needless to mention that please cut down in totality enervating, devitalising, foodless foods, tea, coffee, cola and chocolates,  eggs,  meat,  processed, preserved etc. The secret of keeping warm is an abundance of the VITAL POWER, which can be obtained only by avoiding the wasteful expenditure of it, in the effort to digest excessive food. And the more nutritious the food is, the greater is waste, and the less is the balance available to keeping bodily warmth. Explained in easy terms is that one should eat light meals avoiding stimulants such as tea, coffee alcohol. It is easily held in popular parlance that alcoholic beverages like Rum, whisky, gin, brandy,etc., provide warmth, is a white lie, they may provide temporary succour from cold but the patient will quite chill after some time.

 The medical notion, that bodily warmth comes by the oxidation of food--essences in the body - cells, is unproved and almost disproved by experience.

The true source of the vital heat is the vital power itself.

The vital energy proceeds along the nerve--fibers, from its source in the brain to every part of the body. The blood should also be thin to allow the passage of it in the fine capillaries. It's the proper blood supply that ensures warmth all over the body. 

In my own case (a chronic patient), in the days of my dependence on the doctors, i could not keep warm even in summers, eating very rich food in as large quantity as appetite permitted.I remember two summer years where i had to put on sweater beneath my shirt to avoid onlookers and false sympathizers . Of course, this was in strict accordance with the medical teaching, alas they could have read about very important law of health which is ''LAW OF VITAL ECONOMY AS EXPOUNDED BY ACHARYA K.L. SARMA'' [ i AM EXTREMELY LUCKY THAT I COULD BE INITIATED INTO NATURE -CURE OF SARMA'S]   

BUT AFTER I GAVE UP THIS DEPENDENCE and became a follwer of the  NATURAL WAY , there was no longer any inability to keep warm. NOW i ate positive foods, including  therein much less of the nourishment than before. THE POSITIVE DIET so purified and improved the blood, that it was quite equal to the task of resisting the external cold . 

NATURE- CURE is, in fact, a panacea. IT IS  A ALL CURE- PATHY WITHOUT INCURRING HEAVY EXPENDITURE

नमस्ते,

 ठंड लगना - शरीर में बुखार होने की अवस्था में या किसी प्रकार के संक्रमण होने, पर्याप्त नींद न लेने की वजह सेेेे शरीर का तापमान कम हो जाना, शरीर में रक्त की कमी के कारण हो सकता है।

  • नींद- रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें इससे शरीर को आराम मिलता है ,तापमान सामान्य बना रहता है ।
  • प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के पश्चात45 मिनट धूप में बैठे इससे शरीर का तापमान बढ़ता है, रक्त संचार बढ़ता है।
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी, नीबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें शरीर की अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती है।
  • प्रतिदिन अनार पालक या चुकंदर के जूस का सेवन करें रक्त में कमी की पूर्ति करते हैं जो शरीर के तापमान को नियंत्रित करने में सहायक है।
  • ठंड लगने पर गुनगुने पानी का सेवन करें ।
  • प्रतिदिन अदरक तुलसी के काढ़े का सेवन करें।
  • पर्याप्त मात्रा में गर्म कपड़े पहनें।
  • प्रतिदिन यौगिक सूक्ष्म व्यायाम करें।

निषेध- ठंडे पेय पदार्थ, ठंडे भोज्य पदार्थ।

Please give more details. Are you having fever? 

You will neeed to get your body cleaned. These tremors without a fever shows that your neurological condition is compromised. A drastic lifestyle change is definitely needed to see the changes and depending on how long you have been facing this plus other underlying health issues which I don’t know, you will need to be on full raw for sometime. 

I will a general direction now assuming that you don’t have major issues. You can respond back if you want to discuss further on the comments to this thread 

Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach 

  • Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice 
  • Followed by Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered  
  • More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

  • A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 
  • Followed by a bowl of salad which includes coconut / flax or sesame in any form 
  • If hungry - tender coconut water or coconut pieces with some dates or balls made from seeds with 2 dates
  • Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free, oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies
  • Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed 
  • Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) .
  • See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. 
  • Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. 
  • Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily

What to Avoid :- 

  • Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils coffee tea alcohol . 
  • Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself .
