I'm always suffer from back pain and strong headache. What can I do about it?

The underlying causes for migraine and backaches are organs not doing its job. Reason for that is accumulation of toxins in the body due to an inefficient and unhealthy lifestyle. 

Consumption of animal products - dairy eggs fish meat 

Medications 

Packaged foods

Sugar

Refined oils and polished foods 

Ready to eat foods 

Fried foods

All these seem to be harmless while we continue to consume them , but what goes in has to come out. If it has to come out then, the work has to be done right from your gut. But when they are not able to recognize the food we put into the body because it’s unnatural, the digestion is usually inefficient and blood continues to carry toxins and deposits it in multiple places as it circulates. Since we are consistently not allowing anything to come out of the body and suppressing it with meds, it stays inside like a volcano. Sometimes little triggers like lack of sleep, lack of eating when stomach is hungry or empty can cause migraines but that’s not the root cause. Toxaemia or toxicity in the body is the cause and lifestyle changes have to be done to include more fruits and veggies and only 30% of dinner to include grains and 70% vegetables. Rest of the day start with plain vegetable juice / cucumber juice ashgourd juice etc and include fruits and vegetables to answer your hunger and your migraine will be history.

Please follow a wholefood plant-based diet. With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis.  

If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning  is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic  toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching  of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever . It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach  very quickly such as the ends of the bones . As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens that’s producing a pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body.

 

Start juicing in the morning till 12 PM. Start your day with half a litre of cucumber juice 

followed by fruits for next hunger. Do not have any cooked breakfast. 

In the afternoon have vegetable Salads with greens. 

Only for dinner add to wholefood plant-based cooked dinner with 30% millets and 70% vegetables cooked without any oil ( very important). 

Add yoga pranayama as much as possible and improve as health gets better. 

Remove dairy eggs meat fish absolutely from ur life on all forms. Remove sugar , fried foods , ready to eat foods from packets etc. 

Exposure to sunlight for 40 mins

Back pain and headache both are commonly associated with sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy diet schedule. 

Pain in body generally arises when inflammation of the affected area tissues occurs and it can be naturally cured  by anti inflammatory diet intake 

Also both problem may be associated with any accidental injury or stress 

Naturally you can cure it with healthy Daily routine, with healthy diet. 
 

  1. Wake up early and sleep on time, atleast 7-8 hrs of sleep is necessary for body recovery. 
  2. Add green vegetables and legumes, they are anti inflammatory. 
  3. Consume fruits in breakfast and also almonds are good for you. 
  4. Kati basti has good results in back pain 
  5. Do some stretching exercises 
  6. Walk in the morning

हेलो,

 

कारण - शरीर में अम्ल (acid) से प्रदाह (inflammation) उत्पन्न होता है वह दर्द कारण हो सकता है। ख़राब हाज़मा और शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी के वजह से ऐसा होता है। आकाश तत्व की कमी से होता क्या है की शरीर ने पोषक तत्व जो पाया आपके भोजन से उसको पुरे शरीर में  प्रसार (circulate) नहीं कर पाता है। जैसे की आपके पास पैसे हैं पर आपके लिए जो काम करने वाले लोग हैं उन तक उनकी फ़ीस पहुँच नहीं रही है तो वो काम कैसे करेंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही पोषक तत्व आया मगर शरीर के रक्त, मांसपेशी, कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचा नहीं। क्योंकि उसको पहुँचने के लिए जो (gap) की ज़रूरत है, वो हम नहीं दे रहे है।

समाधान - मेरुदंड स्नान करें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।  भुजंग आसन करें, सर्वांग आसन करें। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाएँ। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। 

जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।  सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Improper diet and lifestyle causes Headache and slowly converts to back pain as well. Headache is also often caused by emotional stress, overwork or insomnia.

which often you face symptoms like Pain in the back of the neck and shoulders, Pain in the head and back as well.

Improper diet and lifestyle causes aggravation of toxin which you have to focus on cleansing the same.

Have warm and easily digestible foods, boiled and steamed vegetables, soups, vegetable juices, porridge, brown rice and whole-wheat flour.

Eat fruits like apples, papayas, mangoes, grapes and pears.

Also, 5-6 almonds or walnuts and some raisins can be eaten each day.

Have a good night’s sleep in a dark room. 

Avoid refined, oily, spicy, cold and stale food.

Avoid dairy products, animal products completely.

नमस्ते,

भोजन का सही से पाचन अवशोषण व मल का निष्कासन ना होने की वजह से दूषित पदार्थ आंत में ही सड़ने लगते हैं ,यह अधिकतर अनियमित दिनचर्या, खानपान की गड़बड़ी की वजह से होता है।

  •  रात्रि को 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें, इससे शरीर से अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती हैं।
  •  प्रतिदिन प्रात गुनगुने पानी ,नींबू  एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंतों में स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं ।
  • जूस -खीरा, पालक, लौकी, एलोवेरा ,नारियल के पानी का सेवन करें ।
  • प्रतिदिन 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को बैठकर खूब चबा चबाकर सेवन करें इससे शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोषक तत्व मिलते हैं भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है ।
  • जल का सेवन- प्रतिदिन मिट्टी के बर्तन में रखें जल को बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें,

 

  • उपवास -(सप्ताह मेंं 1 दिन )शरीर में स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं पाचन अंगों को आराम मिलता है।
  • एक सूती कपड़ा ले लीजिए उसमें बालू, सेंधा नमक एवं सरसों लेकर पोटली बना लीजिए तवे पर सरसों का तेल रखकर गर्म करें, गरमा गरम पोटली से कमर दर्द वाली जगह की सिकाई करें!

 

  • आलू के पतले पतले टुकड़े काट लीजिए, एक गिलास पानी में रात्रि में डूबा दीजिए प्रातः खाली पेट पानी को पी जाएं!
  • 10-12 तुलसी के पत्ते प्रतिदिन चबाएं सिर दर्द में आराम मिलेगा।
  • नंगे पांव सुगंधित पुष्पों से युक्त बगीचे में प्रसन्न चित्त होकर टहलें।

निषेध -जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ ,दूध व दूध से बने हुए चीजें ,रात्रि जागरण ,क्रोध ,ईर्ष्या ,चिंता ,तनाव ,सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल, टेलीविजन, कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग।
