Mainly lichen planus are red or purple patches on the skin which can be differentiated very prominently. It is mainly the inflammation of the mucous membranes and it can occur due to weak immune system. When immune system attack it's own skin cells. It can lead to blister, itching, painful sores.
I highly recommend you to go for 10 of fasting therapy and than switch to plant based wholesome diet. Physical activity and some of the hydrotherapy therapy will give good results.
I advise you to follow following treatment protocol.
Fasting protocol will help alot to boost your metabolism and kick start your metabolism.
- Early morning- ashguard juice/ green juice.
- Breakfast- any fruits
- Mid breakfast snack- termeric tea
- Lunch- vegetable salad or fruit salad
- Evening snacks- termeric tea
- Dinner- vegetable salad or only papaya.
If faces a Problem of constipation i suggest to follow Triphala tea after dinner before sleep. After fruit fasting therapy switch to plant based diet.
- Drink plenty of water at least 2-3 litres of water in whole day to flush all the toxins out of body and to activate organs.
- Limit salt intake and avoid junk oily food and also most importantly dairy products avoid them completely.
- Include high fibre, vitamin - C, D, A and minerals food such as green leafy vegetables and fruits like beetroot, spinach, ashguard, bitter guard, bottle guard, ridge guard and fruits like papaya, apple, kiwi, berries, grapes, goauva, pear.
- Add one juice in your diet either ash guard or green juice or home made fresh amla juice.
- Add raw salads before your meals it will help boost your immune system.

Dear health seeker Hemvathi, Yes Nature cure has a radical cure for Lichen planus. What is commonly known as prickly heat (medically termed eczema solare) Is an acute inflammation of the sweat glands, characterized by the formation of red papules and vesicles, with intense itching and burning of the skin.
I have successfully treated a lady patient 35 yrs.,mother of two daughters. She had tried Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda for close to 2to 3 years but without any results .Doctors advised that the complete cure may take many years yet radical cure may be or may not be.,she would have continued with it but she was scared to the hilt because her younger daughter was only 2 years old and all the time the baby would hug the mother, sleep with her and may catch her disease.

कारण - जब व्यक्ति की प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली गलती से उसकी त्वचा की कोशिकाओं और श्लेषमा झिल्ली को नुकसान पहुंचाने लगती है, तो इस स्थिति को लाइकेन प्लेनस कहा जाता है। यह प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली द्वारा उत्पन्न स्किन रैशेज की समस्या होती है।
समाधान - एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन मे एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। ये अन्य एलर्जी से बचाती है।
खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।
त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।
चंदन हल्दी का लेप से भी बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। प्रतिदिन उसका लेप लगाएँ।
नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।
रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।
सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।
जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।
2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें।
दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।
नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती।
सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है।
सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

It’s an advanced chronic skin condition and it will take few months to heal. If you have had food that’s consistently poor in nutrition and life, how will the skin breathe ? Dominance of neg cooked foods, dairy , meat eggs fish etc will tax the skin. So when body is overloaded with toxins , skin as an excretory organ will be asked to do more work than it can handle. Other channels might either be blocked or sluggish. Hence the skin.

Take bath only with cold water the head alone in all weathers. And Luke warm for body in cold weathers.
3)Sun bath for 1 hr in the early morning first rays of the sun
4) Avoid all forms of plastic usage in foods , microwave , Teflon aluminium and such things , avoid all forms of cosmetics. Just plain water wash and my body wash will do which is what I do too. I have healed from urticaria a similar skin condition .. but u have gone past that too.
5)coming to diet - You need to flood your body with tender coconut water / veg juices for all your day if itching is severe. Fast on liquids for one full day every week . Switch to juices for breakfast , raw fruits for lunch , salads for dinner. Avoid all forms of cooked salt oil for 6-8 weeks for complete cleansing of the system. I took almost a year to heal. I was on juice fasts when my issue was severe. You will continue to get patches when ur on this diet, it’s a sign of junk coming out form the skin. So don’t panic and think it’s increasing. Avoid itching. Switch to liquids when its unbearable. That’s ur mantra on skin issues.
You must say goodbye to all forms of animal products - dairy, meat eggs fish , sugar wheat maida oil outside packed foods , fried food etc . So remember you can’t have food in functions when ur healing. Once completely healed , u still cannot have animal products wheat fried and sugar.
6) water enema is a must daily till you heal. Buy a kit and look for videos and do it daily after your morning potty. Consult an expert if needed
7)You can use some coconut oil and apply a wet thick cloth in places where you think u can’t bear.
8) get off all forms of medication. You have to learn to heal with the above only and trust the body. Meds are enemies of the body.
9) you have to develop a positive attitude for veryone around you. You cannot have hatred in your heart. It literally burns u. You have to listen to people like bk Shivani / Sadguru / Louise hay and such people and remove all negativity and burden ur carrying. Learn to live like flowing water. Forgive everyone around you
10) yoga and majorly pranayama is a must to make ur cells breathe
You will continue to get leisons on and off for a year if it’s been there for long too. By that time you will know how to manage if it happens. The tank has to become empty to be free forever.

Lichen planus is an inflammatory skin condition that is characterized by an itchy, non-infectious rash over the arms and legs. It might consist of small, many-sided, flat-topped, pink or purple bumps. ... Lichen planus is a non-infectious, inflammatory skin disorder. The exact causes of lichen planus are not yet understood.
Though the possible causes are yet unknown in modern sciences, the possible cause of lichen planus might include:
- Hepatitis C, a virus that attacks our liver.
- Certain medications, including some drugs used for hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and malaria.
- Reactions to certain metal fillings in your teeth after dental treatment like root canal treatment etc.
Treatment:
- Turmeric and Tulsi which are both effective in the management of Oral lichen planus but turmeric is more effective in reducing burning sensation, pain and white lesions compared to Tulsi. Turmeric paste could be applied on the rashes which are present on the arms or legs
- Some researchers have shown that aloe-vera is also an effective herb in these conditions
- One should also manage stress through Yoga, Mediations or other leisure activities like gardening, travel, etc
