Hello,
Atrial septal defect is commonly known as ASD. It is a congenital birth defect. In simple terms it is a hole in the wall between the two upper chambers of your heart. It should not be taken lightly as this condition can be life threatening. 

In these cases the blood mixes with deoxygenated blood and it is pumped to the lungs, even though it's already refreshed with oxygen.If the atrial septal defect is large, this extra blood volume can overfill the lungs and overwork the right side of the heart. Small hole cannot be detected until some major issues are caused but large hole can be life threatening one must consider a cardiologist.

Healthy lifestyle can maintain a good life span. So i highly suggest you to maintain a healthy eating habits and maintenance of good Physical health rather than finding a cure for it.
Natural way of living can improve life span but cannot guarantee a cure.

  1. Limited intake of foods rich in saturated fat and cholesterol. Limiting bad fat is good for your heart as it reduces the risk of thickening of blood vessels by plaque formation and also keeps blood pressure in check.
  2. Limit your salt intake and use spices in a limited quantity. Avoid red chilli and green chillies use black pepper instead.
  3. Include alot of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Green leafy vegetables, beetroot, carrots, bottlegaurd, ashguard, bitterguard, ridge guard.
  4. High fibre foods like quinoa, jawar, ragi, oats rotiws can be included in your diet.
  5. Include green juice or beetroot juice once a day in your diet for essential vitamins and minerals
  6. Swtich to nondairy products and avoid dairy products such as Almond milk, coconut milk and use coconut oil rather than refinds.
  7. Include cinemmon termeric tea in your diet daily twice it helps you boosting immune system and lung capacity.
  8. Drink plenty of water, keep your self hydrated. Early morning 2-4 glass of water as soon as you get up improve digestion and flush toxins from the body.
  9. Include pranayama like sheetali, sheetkari, sadanta, ujjai, and nadishudhi pranayama. Helps reducing stress and keeps blood pressure regulated.
  10. Add yoga asanas such as bhujangasana, katichakrasana, matsendrasna, gomukhasana, vajrasna.

प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

जीवनशैली - आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें।

If it’s a congenital condition, it’s very difficult to say if it will close. However, ensuring that the lifestyle is healthy enough to not overload the heart is going to prevent consequential problems. Typically when we are born with a condition, more often than not, the body would be geared to handle the defect unless our lifestyle is negative and adds to the defect.

 

We all know that the role of the Heart is to pump blood. So the story goes like this, you eat some food, the food gets into the stomach. And for that To digest, it has to go through the entire Gastrointestinal tract. Among this liver, the gallbladder and pancreas plays a major role in trying to understand and assimilate the food . Liver is one of the organs where it understands whether the food you eat in is right for the body or not.Any food that is not available directly from nature is something that the body does not understand. In any food that the body does not understand gets accumulated in the liver and the surrounding organs. One of the major functions of the liver is to thin the blood from all the fats that you constantly been feeding day after day. This might be in the form of Tadka it might be in the form of fried food it might be in the form of dairy it might be any form of animal products that you have been consuming. Please remember that coldpressed Oils are also oils but definitely better than refined but any oil is an oil. Over period of time these fat deposits gets accumulated in the body because we don’t have vim and pril to scrub these in the body. What we do have is bilirubin that does the blood thinning work by reducing the fats by thinning down the fats. If you have a high concentration of fats and other form of toxins in the blood the oxygenation level in the blood will be extremely low. This low oxygenation level can pose a risk to your heart and brain. The heart actually expects a purified form of blood from the liver. Initially when you’ve had a high fat diet the liver would have handled the situation. But one cannot expect this to happen over and over and over again. Over a period of time all the things that the body does not need starts overflowing from the liver and liver efficiency reduces. When the efficiency of the liver reduces it means that the blood will also be contaminated. If you are the heart and you will have to suck crude oil from a certain distance you will definitely have to put that effort isn’t it? Now if the heart has to do this over and over again on a daily basis what would be its status after few months or years? It’s simply gets tired gets inflamed and you will have a named condition.Whatever maybe the name of your condition what however complex is your issue it just means that the heart is tired from doing the work that it has been doing in your body over and over again.

 

The only remedy to this problem is to make sure that your blood is naturally thinned and handled by the body and gives the heart a break and makes the pumping the pushing and pulling easier. How do you do this ? the answer is very simple :- you have to make sure that you consume a wholefood plant-based lifestyle , even your grains have to be in its naturally whole state unpolished, absolutely no oil in your diet, very low intake of nuts and seeds after a period of time but not while healing.  Focus to eat fresh raw fruits vegetables and greens for the entire day except for dinner when you can make an exception. Since your condition is not something that may / may not heal, you must not hurry this detox. so it is very important that you just change your lifestyle to a plant-based life style and then eventually stabilise this. Continue to expose yourself to the sun for about an hour a day. Join a yoga class and practice yoga and pranayama under a certified practitioner and practice yoga that is safe for your condition. Ensure that you eat raw for most of your day this will naturally thin down your blood and give the body a break from the fats so once all the oils start getting released from your body naturally , you will overtime be healed of your condition . heart is a very resilient , a very strong organ. It is one of the last organs to stop. It is designed to keep you alive. So such is the power of the heart. It has equally good stamina to spring back up when the conditions are ideal. From removing dairy eggs meat fish sugar wholewheat maida barley any form of oils coffee tea all kinds of packaged foods that are ready to eat , practice mindful eating ,  chew your food as long as possible and swallow it. Avoid all form of screen time when you are connecting with your food. Avoid using salt for any of your raw meal except for dinner and reduce the quantity of that as well. Avoid using refined salt and use pink salt as minimally as possible. Greens like spinach have natural salt in them that can replace salts in any meal . Lime juice is a great substitute for salt. As much as possible overtime get to a medicine free life and your body can work well even with a condition imo

एट्रियल सेप्टल डिफेक्ट एक जन्मजात बीमारी है जिसमें हृदय के ऊपरी कोष्ठक की दीवारों का विकास नहीं होता, उसमें छेद होता है यदि इसका इलाज न किया जाए तो हृदय या फेफड़े से संबंधित रोग होने की संभावना रहती है ,मृत्यु तक हो सकती है, शल्य चिकित्सा इसका सबसे कारगर उपाय है।

 

प्रतिदिन निम्नलिखित चीजों का atrial septal defect से युक्त वयस्क व्यक्ति को पालन करना चाहिए-

 

  • जूस- नींबू, संतरा, मौसमी ,खीरा या एलोवेरा कोशिकाओं के निर्माण में सहायक है।

 

  • प्रतिदिन शहद का सेवन करें।

The atrial septal defect is the congenital condition that is seen at birth where the wall between the 2 upper chambers of the heart (right and left atria) are malformed or defective where a hole could be seen. Some congenital heart defects may be passed down in certain families where marriage happens within the blood relations and also might be due to addictions by the parents or use of some medications like contraceptive pills etc

Many children have no symptoms and seem healthy. Sometimes the child may face the following symptoms:

  • Get tired easily
  • Shortened breathing patterns
  • Have shortness of breath
  • Growth is slowed
  • Have  frequent respiratory infections
  • Have abnormal heart rhythm which is called as arrhythmias

Some tips to manage it:

Mostly these atrial septal defects get closed on their own during early childhood. For those where the conditions persist for long, sometimes small atrial septal defects don't cause many problems and may not require any intervention. But many persistent atrial septal defects eventually might require interventions to be corrected by experts.

To reduce breathing problems some hydrotherapy compress under the supervision of registered naturopath could be administered. Proper nutrient intake should be undertaken in consensus with your doctor to boost up the growth
