My Eustachian tubes connecting my middle ear with nose isn't functioning normally. It's gets heavy as soon as I get exposed to dry air. My head starts getting heavy due to allergy with dry air as dry air irritates my Eustachian tubes which causes all the problems. Please also reduce and then stop tea, coffee and sugar. Reduce also store bought oily foods.
Switch to whole plant based foods with plenty of fruits and vegetables in raw form.
Expose your body especially your ears to early morning sunlight for 1 hour.

Afternoon from 12 :-

- Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free - millets rice quinoa , oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies
- Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) . Join a yoga or gym and sweat out. We need to eliminate via skin also
- See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. It’s v imp for healing
- Ensure that you are deep asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep.
- Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily if time permits to improve the blood circulation in the gut and heal faster
What to Avoid :-
- Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils , coooking with oil, medicines

Indeed this isn't a respiratory problem of mine. It's a problem of hyper inflamed Eustachian tubes or Patelous Eustachian tube in which the mucus lining of my Eustachian tubes is dried up and my Eustachian tubes are not working properly sometimes my eustachian tubes gets opened & I hear my own voice.
My symptoms are as follows:-
1) My eustachian tubes gets heavy when I get exposed to dry air.
2) I experience Tinnitus 24×7 (Ringing in ears).
3) Along with my Eustachian tubes my head also starts getting heavy.
Allopathic doctors ain't doing nothing but suppressing my symptoms by giving my anti allergens to reduce my allergy but not able to work on my root because they don't have any medicine for it.
Whenever I put coconut oil in my nose my symptoms decrease drastically as now I use coconut oil instead of anti allergen all the times.
So now I trust my own body's ability to heal itself & you look quite confident and knowledgeable so kindly suggest me do's and dont's for this condition.
I intake only vegetables and fruit diet in which I boil all the vegetables because of pesticides and then eat them all.
I am on completely gluten free dairy free vegan diet since past 1.5 month but it isn't much working.
Suggest me what else can I do to cure it.

Thanks Shekar. Almighty/ your inner force heals. 🙏. Stay blessed. Be patient. If you are a vegan for 1.5 yrs, expect more smaller issues and unexpected symptoms to keep cropping every few months. Detox keeps happening. Go on juices if you need faster pace .. but remember that some issues are best healed on a good lifestyle vs a rapid detox unless you are able to handle the symptoms patiently and calmly. Don’t chase behind perfection. It’s a mirage

I had similar issues and the dryness would make me get headaches if I recollect.
Nevertheless, That’s good to hear Shekar . You are on the right track. How much do you hydrate yourself in a day ? Eating fruits is fine with pesticides but what’s the logic of cooking veggies? It’s not right imo. Any chemical intensifies upon cooking unlike germs.
I still suggest to raw as much as possible and if ur fine, go on an all juice ( fruits veggies) diet for 1 week 3-4 lts per day. All the issues stems from toxemia and ur symptoms are no different. The idea is not to give up in sometime. Medicine suppresses symptoms but raw does not. You will continue to see symptoms and slowly see them reduce and improve in condition. The more you are hydrated/ give digestive rest, you get better .

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें।

Dear Shekhar, First of let me assure you that all diseases can be reversed back to health blockage of eustachian tube including. Let me cite the example of a child aged 10 yrs old treated by my guru Acharya Swaminathanji. Some lodged phlegm/cough is the cause of your troubles. To dislodge the irritant toxins ,toxins, foul matter one has to do penance. The boy was asked to subsist only on coconut water for 4 to 5 days, non violent cold water enema was given twice to clear the old archeological stools, a coarse cloth dipped into cold water was applied over the head , the boy suffering from extreme pain would fall asleep by this application. Hid disease symptoms were under considerable control , the boy could attend his exams after 3 days After 4th day the boy had an urge to vomit and thic green colored matter was thrown out and his suffering was addressed completely

- Eustachian tube function is important to regulate ear pressure and to drain the excess fluid in the middle ear.
- The excess fluid in the middle air moved to to the throat and eliminated. If the Eustachian tube function is not proper it leads to accumulation of excess fluid and causes heaviness and pain due to inflammation.
- Avoid mucus forming food items. Take vitamin C rich fruits and vegetable.
- Avoid smoking and pollution, it causes damage to the cilia which helps to remove the excess fluid in middle air.
- Acitivites like swallowing and chewing helps to improve the function of Eustachian tube.
- Blowing of balloon also helps.
- Yawning regularly (artificual) will help to improve your condition.
- Avoid cold beverages and refrigerated food items.
- Avoid high altitude.
- Take proper measure like plugging of ear during travel by air.

ReplyCan you suggest me if I should eat raw vegetables all along without even boiling it because it may have pesticides in it so my mom suggested me to boil it for a while and then eat it so that all pesticides die and I eat healthy food.

By boiling vegetables, you are concentrating pesticides. Pesticides are inorganic, they don't go away by boiling. Buy organic and seasonal vegetables. Eating raw is always better than eating cooked.
