Naturally we Can easily gain good immunity or a healthy immune system by following some easy and simple tips like 
 

  1. Sleep well take 7-8 hrs of sleep 
  2. Take warm water daily wt lemon juice, its rich in vitamin c 
  3. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet 
  4. Exercise daily 
  5. Take nuts like peanut and almonds 
  6. Ginger and turmeric are some good natural immunity boosters 
  7. Be hydrated

The immune system is the body's natural and complex defence mechanism that protects our body against the invaders through its immune responses. A good lifestyle quality which includes, proper and healthy eating habits, sleep hygiene, physical and mental fitness with a good amount of rest is very important to maintain good immunity.

 Some of the natural ways to improve the immune system in our body are  :

• Proper sleep and rest ; 

An adequate amount of sleep and rest is very important to keep your body healthy and active. Disturbed sleep or overactivity of your body functions can lead to fatigue and tiredness. Proper sleep and rest can relieve stress which can boost your immune system. Follow a proper sleeping time and wake up early in the morning with positive thoughts.

• Eat more fruits and vegetables. Consuming more fresh fruits and vegetables such as apple, pineapple, oranges, dark green leafy vegetables, carrots, spinach etc..; can boost your immune system. These foods contain a high amount of antioxidants which fights against the free radicals and act as your first line body defence mechanism. A natural diet containing various vitamins and minerals is essential to improve your immune system.

• Garlic, ginger, cabbages, tea leaves are natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agents. Include them in your menu.

• keep your body hygiene. Wash your hands properly and sanitise it. This will help prevent infection by keeping away the microbes that cause diseases. Also, keep your environment neat and clean. Use a protective mask when exposed to dust and pollution.

• Keep your body weight in check. Overweight or obesity can lead to many other disorders and health problems. 

• keep yourself physically and mentally healthy by doing regular exercises, workouts, yoga and pranayama or any sorts of activities that keep you active. Disturbed mental activity can alter your immunity and cause many other problems.

कारण - रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ाना है तो पाचन तंत्र को स्वस्थ रखना ज़रूरी है क्योंकि शरीर की 70%

Energy पाचन तंत्र में food को पचाने में लग जाता है। यदि उस ऊर्जा को save किया जा सके तो वह रोगप्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ाता है।

समाधान - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस और फल, सुखा फल, नट्स लें जो शरीर को पोषण देगा। शरीर को ऊर्जा मिलेगा और इससे पाचन तंत्र को आराम मिलेगा।

जीवन शैली -  आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और  एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Your solution to the problems is very simple. 

  • You will need to remove all kinds of animal products from your life containing dairy eggs meat fish packaged foods, Foods deep-fried sugary sweets et cetera. 
  • Focus on eating more fruit vegetables and leafy greens in all forms such as juices salads and whole throughout the day.
  • Consume cooked food only for dinner. 
  • Avoid bakery foods and maida-based products.

  • As a young lady you will have to focus on moving your body. Hence join a yoga class or work under a functional expert and build muscles. Your focus on fruits and leafy greens will ensure that will also be able to build muscles yourself..

 शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने हेतु निम्नलिखित उपाय करने चाहिए -
 

  • रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे के लिए नींद अवश्यय लें, इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, शरीर की कोशिकाओं का निर्माण होता है ।
  • प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के पश्चात 45 मिनट धूप में लेटे इससे शरीर को आवश्यक विटामिन डी की पूर्ति होती है, रक्त संचार बढ़ता है ,शरीर की सभी अंतः स्रावी ग्रंथि सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करती हैं।
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे आग से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं जोश प्रतिदिन एलोवेरा लौकी नारियल पानी पालक या अन्ना के जूस का सेवन करें।
  • सलाद -अंकुरित चना मूंग टमाटर प्याज लहसुन युक्त 400 ग्राम युक्त सलाद प्रातः एवं साईं सायं अच्छी तरीकेेेे से  चबाकर सेवन करें।

Some Healthy and simple Ways to strengthen your immunity

  1. Don't smoke or consume alcohol. All these addictions could have an adverse effect on your immune functions
  2. Eat a natural diet that is high in fruits and vegetables.
  3. Exercise regularly. Exercises like Yoga, Jogging, Cycling, Taichi etc could be a healthy method to slowly increase your immunity
  4. Maintain a healthy weight with adequate lifestyle
  5. Get adequate sleep. 7-8 hours of sleep is very essential to increase the normal functions of your body and this could, in turn, increase your immunity
