Whenever I got migraine headache immediately loose motion also started. Except loparet no tablet will stop this. If not I need to be admitted in hospital and to take trips due to dehydration. How to treat

Migraine is caused majorly due to a bad GUT or stomach / indigestion. Acidic foods like dairy meat eggs fish,  sugar, maida, coffee tea, oils in cooking, eating out day in and day out for years together kills the health of the digestive organs. 

Hence you have loosemotions which are body’s way of eliminating junk from your body which you suppressed with medication. Hence body tries to find a way to keep doing it till you get tired .. but it won’t.

 

Suppressing migraine with medication is always a temporary solution. Instead when migraine hits, just switch to plain vegetable and fruit juices for the entire day and sleep in a dark room. The underlying causes for migraine is organs not doing its job. Reason for that is accumulation of toxins in the body due to an inefficient and unhealthy lifestyle.

Medications 

Packaged foods

Sugar

Refined oils and polished foods 

Ready to eat foods 

Fried foods

All these seem to be harmless while we continue to consume them , but what goes in has to come out. If it has to come out then, the work has to be done right from your gut. But when they are not able to recognize the food we put into the body because it’s unnatural, the digestion is usually inefficient and blood continues to carry toxins and deposits it in multiple places as it circulates. Since we are consistently not allowing anything to come out of the body and suppressing it with meds, it stays inside like a volcano. Sometimes little triggers like lack of sleep, lack of eating when stomach is hungry or empty can cause migraines but that’s not the root cause. Toxaemia or toxicity in the body is the cause and lifestyle changes have to be done to include more fruits and veggies and only 30% of dinner to include grains and 70% vegetables. Rest of the day start with plain vegetable juice / cucumber juice ashgourd juice etc and include fruits and vegetables to answer your hunger and your migraine will be history. 

 

The only way to stop this cycle is for you to follow this with dicipline 

 

Follow this immediately when migraine starts :-

- Start drinking tender coconut/ diluted lemon water / cucumber juice / banana stem juice for 1-2 days.

- if loosemotions stArt, continue the juice. U can add veg or fruit juices .. continue to drink 3-4 lts. You won’t be dehydrated while body throws junk outside. 

- DONT MEDICATE. Juices will keep you hydrated and also body’s job of throwing junk will happen successfully.

- Don’t take any cooked foods or any solid foods. 

- Next few times, rest and avoid straining during this time. 

 

 

Follow this as a lifestyle to avoid migraines and such issues in future:-

Morning on empty stomach 

 

  • Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice 

 Keep drinking multiple juices till 12

 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

  • A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 
  • Followed by a bowl of veg salad 
  • Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Fruits or a veg salad only. Your condition may not heal by keeping your old lifestyle anymore.
  • Dinner - raw is preferred, but you can also eat millet based gluten free oil free dinner 
  • Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed 
  • Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) .
  • See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. 
  • Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. 
  • Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily

 

What to Avoid :- 

  • Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils coffee tea alcohol . 
  • FOod touching Teflon plastic aluminium copper . Use clay / cast iron / steel / glass
  • Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . हेलो,

 

कारण - शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता से inflammation होता है और वह सभी तरीक़े के दर्द का कारण है। शरीर टॉक्सिन को दस्त के ज़रिए शरीर से निकाल रहा है। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है।

प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

आँख पर गुलाब जल की गीली पट्टी रखें। उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया पत्ता का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट बाद हटा लें। 

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

 

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Do's and Don'ts of Diet & Lifestyle:

Avoid hot, spicy foods, fermented foods, white sugar, white flour products, and sour or citrus fruits, they aggrevate Migraine Headache severe.

Eat more fiber, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains on clam atmosphere.

Spend more time in garden, walk bare foot and increase blood circulation.

Headaches caused due to tension and worry can be alleviated through deep breathing and relaxation, especially in a lying down position in a quiet place. Inverted postures, or those where the head is lowered briefly, increase oxygen to the brain and can reduce headache-causing strain.

Avoid direct exposure to the sun between 11AM till 3PM.

Avoid excessive sugar or salt, refined foods, animal products (meats and dairy), caffeine, tea, and alcohol, as these items will further lead to aggravation of toxin in
your system.

Morning do breathing excercise also known as pranyama inhale and exhale for about 10min daily.

Migraine is a neuromuscular disorder causing headache of varying intensity which can have symptoms such as throbbing pain, sensitivity to light, sound, smell or visual changes accompanied with nausea, vomiting and some even experience diarrhoea. It can be due to some underlying causes or because of hormonal changes, external environmental factor or food.

 

• The best way to take care of migraine is to avoid any possible triggers that can cause migraine. After all, prevention is better than cure. Before the migraine attack, usually, people experience certain aura around, which act as a warning sign. If you are able to identify those warning signs or aura around you, that can help you prepare better for it.

• Manage the triggering agents, certain factors can trigger the migraine attack such as foods, light, sounds, smell etc..; identify them and keep away from such factors.

• Improving the quality of diet habit can actually help prevent migraine. Go for a whole plant-based diet which includes, fruits and vegetables, whole grains, seeds and nuts. 

They also contain plenty of soluble dietary fibres which can soften and make your stools bulkier thereby preventing diarrhoea.

• Ensure that you're getting plenty of fluids. Dehydration can be one triggering factor directly or indirectly. It will also help you remain hydrated after vomiting and diarrhoea, a common symptoms of migraine attack.

• Avoid milk and dairy products, caffeinated drinks, chocolate, spicy and oily foods, processed foods, smoking and alcohol they can worsen the condition.

• Go for physical activities such as workouts and exercises. This can improve your metabolic activities and prevent your stress as well. Exercises can also stimulate the release of endorphins, a natural pain killer that can prevent migraines.

• Stress is one of the common factors for migraine. Make sure that you're doing enough to reduce your stress. Seek help from a certified practitioner and practice yogasana, pranayama and meditation. 

• Get a good amount of sleep and rest. Decreased amount of sleep or disturbed sleep can cause tiredness and fatigue which can also trigger a migraine.

There is a nerve called Vagus Nerve which connect our brain with our Gastrointestinal track. So whenever there is something wrong in our brain our brain irritates our Gastrointestinal track and we have loose motion so that all the intoxication gets released from our GUT and we experience relief. Vice versa when our stomach gets upset it also irritates our brain with that Vegas Nerve. 

That creates a loop to beak which doctors gives you high antidepressant so that your brain gets relaxed and antibiotics to clear all the bacteria of your GUT. 

I also used to suffer from kindof similar situation named as Irritable Bowel syndrome.


Steps you can follow to deal with this situation which I have followed:-

1.) Do a lot of meditation. That's the only thing that can heal your brain. You can download Relaxio app from play store and buy a subscription of Mindfulness meditation. 

2.) Stop negative thinking. We all know diseases are weakest at their initial stage & so is our negative thoughts. Today onward whenever you get a negative thought about anything you have to stop giving it more energy by thinking more and more about it. So whenever you get a negative thought just say yourself this is a negative thought and I have to stop thinking about it & boom you're happy again. Do it for few days, you'll see the difference.

3.) Go for raw Vegan detoxification (Google that). Which will 100% heal your stomach and all of your other organs.

4.) Brisk walking for at least 30 minutes a day would work wonder for your brain because brain asks for exercise to function properly. 

5.) Don't lose hope and rewire your subconscious mine by deleting the thought that you're suffering from a disease that can never get cured. 

That's it just follow these steps for 21 days and you'll get the addict to it and your life would become pleasant again.
