While urinating I take a long time to empty my bladder, about twice the time I normally take before and also face burning sensation. What can I do to solve this problem?

The time taken to urinate is double than before and there is burning sensation too, that means that the urine you are passing is highly acidic or laden with toxins.

Here are some things that you can do to relive your self from this problem

Short term solutions

1 Drink ash gourd juice along with juice of banana pith. If not only ash gourd juice every morning for 10 to 15 days will make you feel better.

2 Cosume more of fresh, locally grown, seasonal fruits and vegetables.

3 Decrease the intake of grains to not more than 20% of your normal intake of food in a day.

4 Avoid all animal products, including dairy, meat, eggs etc.

5 Avoid consumption of highly processed and packaged food which are laden with refined flours, hydrogenated oils, preservations and taste enhancers.

6 Do not consume refined flours or refined oils.

7 Wrap a wet towel around your stomach and lie down and relax every morning after your morning ablutions.

8 You may take a hip bath every night just before bed.

For a long term solution

You need to cleanse your system completely of old toxins and waste matter, for which you need to follow a healthy lifestyle along with a healthy food habit.

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

हेलो,

कारण - urine bladder में  inflammation के वजह से urine  bladder में ठीक प्रकार से नहीं आ पा रहा है और नहीं निष्कासित हो पा रहा है। 

समाधान - नमक मसाला कम लें। सलाद और फल को मुख्य भोजन बनाएँ। पेट पर गीली पट्टी करें।

जीवन शैली 

आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और  एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
