Turmeric - beat natural healer presnt in every one home 

Ginger and onion paste you can use 

Dal chini also having good Resuls in such cases

In natural healing we don’t have much work for antibiotics of any kind at all. Because here we look at cleaning the breeding ground and not the germ thriving in it. The breeding ground is dirt, waste matter or toxins in your body. And as soon as you have assisted your body in cleansing the internal organs the germs will ultimately perish or go looking for new breeding grounds. 

When we think of nature helping our  cure it means  we are removing all the causes that is obstructing the natural functioning and encourage the body in doing its regular thing... and that is systematic cleansing and healing.

Upto me with my personal experience,  fasting is a beautiful therapy which can work as antibiotics .
During fasting no food is taken inn and so the bacteria dont have the environment to grow .Thus bacterial growth can be prevented. Also our body already knows this fact and thus when a person is sick his/her appetite is lowered naturally.
Do not force your children to eat when they feel not to eat while they are sick . Instead you can support the body with natural drinks , citrus fruits and So.

Antibiotics are given with fear that germs will attack and there will be an infection. If we understand the reason behind what’s happens in the body, antibiotics are not necessary. I have not taken medicines after my wisdom tooth removal with stitches/ accident and surgery. Germs are scavengers / decomposers coming to  do their job where organic matter is dying. When there is a wound, body has its own response mechanism to heal and protect the body. It also has the capacity to deal with invaders if it’s not continuously kept busy with digestion of acidic foods which is common in most of the cases. 

When body is fed with vital living foods like juices/fruits, body heals faster and also efficiently.

My personal approach to deal with any medical condition andcto avoid meds is to switch to a juice feasting which is just living of juices atleast till 3-5-7 days depending on the severity of the problem or my body body needing restoration time atleast partially. Then I switch to fruits And juices. After 10 days, I get back to my routine of raw till dinner and cooked whole food plant based meal. Has been working in my case, and many people I helped. Symptoms are not bad. You have to let the symptoms happen but just give digestive rest to the body with juices and fruits. Life is very simple that way.

Dear health seeker Smitha, Healthy living opens the door of drugless  way, Any one living a life natural will have no need of any antibiotics  ,not only antibiotics or any  medicine all through their  life, since they will never suffer any disease in their lives  All  Naturopaths are a testimony to it, they all lived a  disease free life  in the process  maintaining  youthfulness  upto a ripe old age..
    I myself am a  73 year old  ,for the past 45 years for which time I am following  life natural I didn't have any occasion to  take any  medicine  ,once for over a period of  several months my several  teeth were  removed by a dentist but I  didn't take any antibiotics or  palliative (pain  killers).
    We say that ""Health and Health alone is the immunity from all  diseases) ."
    All  alkaline foods, fruit juices  vegetables juices  strengthen your  resistance power to  thwart any  disease, no  disease can dare to invade an  organism where  there are no  toxins, It is the  toxins laden bodies  amenable to the attack of disease  so  please  have a  clean inside and you will never need any  antibiotics.

Certain natural substance that we use on a daily basis in our kitchen has very good antibiotic properties. Enormous amount of research is going on in this field and there are considerations to use these antibiotic in treatments of various health conditions

Some of the promising natural substance that could act as a very good antibiotic may be, namely

  • Garlic – Garlic have proven results when given in infections caused by bacteria such as E-coli and salmonella bacteria where researches are still on. Even some researches are being conducted to see if it could work well against the multi drug resistant tuberculosis infections and results are been awaited
  • Honey - Honey is a proven antibiotic and various past studies have shown this, honey actually reduces the hydrogen peroxide levels of bacteria which could reduce the toxicity of the bacteria and could act as a antibiotic in nature. Manukau honey that is obtained from New Zealand is one of the best honey which has even proven through studies conducted by various Universities across New Zealand
  • Ginger – Results shown by some researchers on few strains of bacteria using ginger have been encouraging
  • Oregano – This plants acts as an antibioctic and also an antioxidant which could enhance the immunity. Immunity and infections are having a close relation. If you have a good immunity which means least chances you get affected by infections
  • Clove – This ingredient has been used in dental treatments and some of the paste available in market have clove as one of the ingredient. This is proven antibiotic used in dentistry for ages now

हेलो,

 

नीम, हल्दी, निम्बू, अशोक छाल, अदरक, लहसुन, तुलसी, पीपल के छाल।

ये सब ऐंटीबायआटिक हैं। इसका इस्तेमाल रोज़ के खाने में नहीं होना चाहिए। शरीर इनके प्रति ग्रह्यता बना लेता है। इस स्तिथि में ज़रूरत पड़ने पर ये हमारे काम नहीं आ पाते। किंतु अगर किसी विशेष परिस्तिथि में इन्हें लिया जाए तो ये ज़बरदस्त फ़ायदा पहुँचाते हैं।

आहार शुद्धि रखने पर इनकी ज़रूरत ही नहीं पड़ती है।

आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और  एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
