I have allergic rhinitis. Allopathy doesn't treat permanently. I have tried many times. I tried homeopathy but I m not so disciplined that I can follow the routine of taking medicine four times a day. Anything triggers allergy from dust to clothes fibre, from temperature difference to putting my hands in water. Now started taking septilin and bresol tablets but still facing the same problem. Can you please help me?

You can get rid of your rhinitis for sure, but yes you will certainly need to be very disciplined. Because taking care of our selves needs full dedication and time. 

Healing is our body’s innate nature. It can heal from any disease, the only requirement is that you stop interfering with its normal functioning. 

Just by removing habits, food habits and practices that hinder your body from functioning normally you can create a congenial atmosphere for the body’s innate vitality to do what it needs to do to maintain good health.

How can you help your body cleanse internally?

I would say we must look into what things we should remove from our diet to improve our overall health quality.

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

5 Avoid dairy, meat eggs etc.

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally.

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your over all health.

Cold is also an elimination. Stay on a high juice ( veg juices and fruit juices made at home fresh without any additives) diet ( juices for all morning and as needed )

Don’t medicate any other symptom. This will ensure you are fine. My journey is outlined. I have faced life threatening issues on similar lines. The link to the  story is below.

There are many factors that can lead to respiratory issues. It could be stress-based, it could be based on what you inhale that will inflammate the bronchial passage, it could be due to nerve inflammations due to a bad lifestyle, It could also be due to a viral activity. Meds and Inhalers can help ease symptoms temporarily but they will cause more issues later.

See many of these irritants can get accumulated in the lungs and can cling to your bronchial walls and go up and down as you breathe irritating the bronchial tubes. This overtime causes inflammation of the lungs. Mucus is one of the bodies protective mechanisms to trap viruses and other irritants that are entering the body. However in places where the mucus must not be present if you can start accumulating, it can be very hard for the internal organs like the lungs to breathe. We eliminate healthy mucus when we have cold and cough this is because that is bodies natural response to eliminating the virus and accumulation in the body. However mucus starts getting excessively produced in the internal organs such as the gut,  the intestinal walls the lungs where it is unnecessary, If you eat foods that produces excess mucus. Excess mucus putrifies and hardens overtime and refuses to leave the body in all the attempts that the body makes. Such is the time when you will have also have breathing issues.

Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach 

- 500ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice 

- Followed by Green juice or fruit /  any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered  

- More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure  juice 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 

- Followed by a bowl of veg salad if needed or more fruits are fine.

- Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free - millets rice quinoa , oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies

- Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) . Join a yoga or gym and sweat out. We need to eliminate via skin also 

- See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. It’s v imp for healing 

- Ensure that you are deep asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. 

What to Avoid :- 

- Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils , coooking with oil, medicines

- Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Reach us if you need more help in this area. Emotional stress can cascade the effects. Thank your body and love it.

gargle with turmeric and salt for 5-6 times daily even if the symptoms are not there.

नमस्ते ,
 

एलर्जीक राइनाइटिस मौसम बदलने, वातावरण का तापमान कम होने,  प्रदूषित जगह पर रहने ,पराग कणों के नाक में प्रवेश कर जाने ,किसी प्रकार के संक्रमण की वजह से हो जाते हैं ।

  • नींद -रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, कोशिकाओं की टूट-फूट की मरम्मत होती है।

 

  • सूर्योदय के पश्चात 45 मिनट धूप में व्यतीत करें ,इससे शरीर की अंतः स्रावी ग्रंथियां सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करती हैं ,शरीर को आवश्यक विटामिन डी की प्राप्ति होती है।
  •  प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं ।
  • जूस -खीरा अनन्नास या लौकी।
  •  भोजन हल्के सुपाच्य 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को खूब चबा चबाकर सेवन करें इससे शरीर में अम्ल और क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है।
  • मिट्टी के घड़े मेंं रखे हुए जल को जब भी प्यास लगे बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें इससे शरीर में स्थित अंगों को पर्याप्त मात्रा में जल की आपूर्ति होती है।
  • 1 बड़े चम्मच में नारियल के तेल को लेकर मुंह में डालें और उसे 20 मिनट तक ऊपर नीचे ,दाएं बाएं घूमांए उसके बाद थूक दें।
  • लहसुन एवं प्याज में एंटी हिस्टामिन गुण होते हैं इनका सेवन करें एलर्जी राइनाइटिस में आराम मिलेगा।
  • तुलसी की 45 पत्तियां एक गिलास पानी में उबालें जब आधा पानी शेष रह जाओ उसे उतार ले उसके बाद परी के योग्य हो जाने पर उसका सेवन करें।

निषेध -जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ चीनी, मैैंदे, नमक ,नमकीन इत्यादि से बने हुए भोज्य पदार्थ ,क्रोध, ईर्ष्या, चिंता ,तनाव ,रात्रि जागरण ,सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल, टेलीविजन, कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग।
