How to make an ubtan for fair and glowing skin?

 Ingredients for Ubatan - उबटन 

✔️Chandan Powder- 1 spoon

✔️Orange Skin powder -Half Spoon

✔️Awla powder- Half Spoon 

✔️Aloe Vera Gel - to mix all powders

✔️Mulethi powder - Half Spoon

✔️Multani Mitti - 2 Spoon

✔️Rose water - as much as required 

Mix all ingredients, make it semi-solid smooth paste and apply it with light pressure on all over the body. The direction of applying Ubatan should be reverse to Hair pores if the Body.

Keep it for 5 to 10 Minutes. Then take a Bath with lukewarm water.

► All the ingredients used in ubtan have coolant properties.

► It helps to relieve your skin from excess heat and tan. 

► when applied on a regular basis can reduce tanning and eliminate dull skin cells by acting as an exfoliating agent.

Hi Milan

For getting fair and glowing skin you can use the following Homemade ubtan.

1. 
Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp turmeric 
  • 1 tsp sandalwood powder
  • 2 tsp besan flour
  • Rose water as required to make paste of Al ingredients 

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make paste. Apply this ubtan all over your body and face during taking bath. 

Use daily or alternative days to get immediate effect. 

 

2. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp besan powder
  • 1 tsp Neem powder 
  • 2 tsp sandalwood powder 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 2 tsp rosewater
  • 2 tsp oats (ground granules)

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave to soak for 5 mins.  Then apply on your face and massage in circular motion for a few Minutes.

Then rinse.  

Use daily before bath. 

 

3.

Ingredients:

 

2 tsp almond powder

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp green gram flour 

Mix all the ingredients and make a fine smooth paste. 

Apply the paste on your face, arms and neck. Leave it for 15-20 mins and rinse. 

It will help to tighten your skin, rejuvenate skin, slow ageing.

To get a fair and glowing skin you can use dry orange skin. Orange helps in removing the tan and even out the skin tone.

Once the orange skin is dry you can use gram flour powder and turmeric in and make a thick paste. For removal instead of using water, you try and scrub it. This will help you in gaining more natural colour and even scrub blackheads from your nose off. This will be your perfect mixture for the glow.

हेलो,

चंदन पाउडर, हल्दी, धनिया के बीज पिसे हुए, सूखे गुलाब पत्ते पिसे हुए और बेसन को मिक्स करके सुखा ऊबटन बना सकते हैं।

गिला ऊबटन के एलोवेरा पल्प, बेसन, हल्दी, गुलाब जल का ऊबटन बहुत अच्छा है।

खीरा, नीम के पत्ते और एलोवेरा पल्प पीस कर लगाने से भी त्वचा साफ़ होती है और चमक आती है। ये त्वचा को बाहर से सपोर्ट देंगे मगर त्वचा को भीतर से स्वस्थ रखने लिए पोषक आहार का सेवन करें।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस लें।सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें।

आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और  एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
