Changing some lifestyle habit will help you in saving your stomach.
 

  • Indulging in raw vegetables will help in improving your gut health.
  • Make sure there is atleast two hour gap between your last meal and sleep.
  • Having Tomato with black pepper helps in keeping acid peptic disorders away.

नमस्ते,

 गैस्ट्रिक की समस्याएं भोजन में अम्लीय पदार्थ -चाय, चावल, चीनी, मिठाइयां, नमक- नमकीन ,कार्बोहाइड्रेट की चीजों का अधिक सेवन पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी न पीने, तनाव, भोजन का सही से पाचन, अवशोषण एवं मल का निष्कासन सही तरीके से ना होने की वजह से वह आंत  में दूषित होकर सड़ने लगते हैं परिणाम स्वरूप गैस की समस्याएं प्रारंभ हो जाती हैं सामान्यतया 14 से 23 बार डकार या गुदा मार्ग द्वारा गैस बाहर निकालना सामान्य बात है  इससे अधिक बार गैस निकल रहा है तो उपचार ,खानपान एवं अपनी जीवनशैली में सुधार की आवश्यकता है।

 

  •  प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंतों में स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं।

 

  •  प्रतिदिन नारियल पानी या लौकी के जूस का सेवन करें ।

 

  • मौसमी फल एवं हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को खूब चबा चबाकर सेवन करें, इससे इनका पाचन ,अवशोषण एवं मल का निष्कासन सुचारू रूप से होता है।
  •  प्रतिदिन भोजन के 2 घंटे पश्चात प्यास लगने पर मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे हुए जल को बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें इस समय भोजन के पाचन के पश्चात अवशोषण एवं दूषित पदार्थों को बड़ी आंत की तरफ जाने का समय होता है, जैविक घड़ी के हिसाब से दोपहर 1:00 से 3:00 के बीच जल पीना सर्वोत्तम है।

 

  • उपवास- सप्ताह में 1 दिन उपवास रहें, इससे पाचन अंगों को आराम मिलता है।

 

  • भोजन के पश्चात 25 ग्राम गुड़ रोज खाने से पेट की गैस बाहर निकलती है पेट से संबंधित समस्याएं भी ठीक होते हैं।
  • 6 ग्राम अजवाइन में आधा ग्राम काला नमक मिलाकर खा कर उस पर से गर्म पानी पिए गैस में आराम मिलेगा।
  • प्रतिदिन प्रसन्न चित्त होकर नंगेे पैर सुगंधित पुष्पों से युक्त बगीचे में टहलें।

निषेध -जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ, चीनी- मैदा -वसा से बनी हुई चीजें ,चाय -काफी ,क्रोध, ईर्ष्या, चिंता, तनाव ,रात्रि जागरण, नशीले वस्तुओं का सेवन।

कारण - ज्यादा खाना खाने, धूम्रपान करने, चूइंगम चबाने या सामान्य मात्रा से ज्यादा हवा निगलने से उपरी आंतों में अत्याधिक गैस बन सकती है। निचली आंतो में गैस बनने का कारणों में मुख्य रूप से निम्नलिखित हैं।

ऐसे खाद्य पदार्थों का सेवन जिनको पचाने में कठिनाई हो गैस का कारण बनने वाले भोजन का सेवन, कॉलन (आंत्र संबंधी) में पाए जाने वाले बैक्टीरिया का विघटन।

समाधान - अनुलोम विलोम, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक करें। पवनमुक्तआसन करें, सर्वांगआसन और सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दुध या दुध से बना कोई चीज़ ना लें। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें।

Dear health seeker, 

Flatulence is the most common disease that we come across. There are many cases in which drug treatments to this trouble have led to further complications of  one vital organ or the other.

Many readers may not understand the trouble from this name. I shall therefore give the meaning of this Latin based name:
Flatulence: the presence of excessive amounts of air or gases in the stomach,or intestine, leading to distention of the organs.
Many people call it 'gastric' trouble. The term 'gastric' means that which pertains to the gastrum or the stomach. So it only denotes that it is a trouble in the stomach, but not specify the exact type of trouble. There is another trouble called ;gastritis', which means inflammation of the stomach. This is often confused with the 'gas trouble'. Of course if this flatulence stays for a long time, comblned with palliative treatments with drugs, it can lead to 'gastritis' also.

TREATMENT------

1 Never eat when hunger has not matured. You must learn as to how hunger is born and as to how you can recognise it.

2 Never eat in haste, we work, we earn and do so many things to enjoy our meal. If it is eaten in haste, how can one enjoy the food?

3 When one eats in haste, one cannot masticate the food well. Remember the rule that solids should be drunk and that liquids should be eaten. Remember that there are no teeth inside the stomach to grind it again.

4 Do not have too many courses of food in a single meal. When taste changes, satiation will not appear even if the stomach has become full.

5 Squat in the Indian style for eating. The flexure at the level of the abdomen caused by so squatting helps to limit the quantity of eating. Bend well forward until the mouthful of food put in is chewed and turned almost into a liquid and then drink it.

6 Do not talk while you eat. The Vedic Mantra teaches us that we should eat silently.

7 Do not take too much of chilies Avoid dry red chilies. Green chilies can be used whole removing even the stalk along with vegetables while boiling and removed after cooking.

8 Minimize the intake of salt. The more the salt, the more is the unnatural thirst and the artificial need for drinking water during and after the meal. This will dilute the digestive juices and digestion will be upset

9 Dehusked daals have lost the best part of the whole grain. The remaining part is a very good gas-producing material and there is no wonder that if you take plenty of daal you do suffer of flatulence. If you prefer to have daal in your food, have it in the germinated form. That will help avoiding constipation.

10. Avoid eating if you have no time to rest after the meal. Remember that work and digestion do not go on hand in hand. No one will go weak or get diseased by avoiding eating till he has the right time to eat. Shake off that fear..

11. Never take a breakfast. Breakfast is unindian Hunger cannot have matured in the morning. it could only have been born.

12. A high protein meal must be justified by sufficient amount of manual labor. Sedentary worker need more of bulky foods.

13. Avoid tea,coffee  tobacco,   alcohol fried, refined, processed, stale, animal products,this will  have a salutary effect and hasten the  cure. 

14.Apply  stimulating wet pack  on  abdomen for 2 hours after dinner 

15. Sedentary  workers should  do some work out, preferably  brisk walking.

Gastritis is nothing but an inflammation, irritation and erosion of the stomach lining which can have many underlying cause. However it occurs mostly due to wrong eating habits and sedentary lifestyle habits. 

• The best way to prevent gastritis is to follow a healthy plant-based diet. Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables . Anti inflammatory diet can help ease the symptoms by fighting the inflammatory agents. Foods like leafy vegetables, berries, cherries, almonds and walnuts are good anti inflammatory foods. 

• Avoid spicy foods, oily fried foods, acidic foods, sugary foods, milk and dairy products and every other processes foods.

• Avoid eating heavy meals, chew your food properly and always follow a regular eating time. This will help prevent any unnecessary triggers and reduce symptoms.

• Strictly avoid smoking and alcohol. They can worsen the condition. 

•  Stress is one of the major factor responsible for gastritis. Reducing stress can help prevent any symptoms flare-ups. Go for regular exercises such as walking, jogging etc..; Seek help from a qualified practitioner and practice yogasana, pranayama and meditation. This will certainly help reduce your stress.
