I always have a cold, persistently since a couple of months. I eat healthy and do yoga everyday. What can be the problem?

There are many factors that can lead to respiratory issues. It could be stress-based, it could be based on what you inhale that will inflammate the bronchial passage, it could be due to nerve inflammations due to a bad lifestyle, It could also be due to a viral activity.
See many of these irritants can get accumulated in the lungs and can cling to your bronchial walls and go up and down as you breathe irritating the bronchial tubes. This overtime causes inflammation of the lungs. Mucus is one of the bodies protective mechanisms to trap viruses and other irritants that are entering the body. However in places where the mucus must not be present if you can start accumulating, it can be very hard for the internal organs like the lungs to breathe. We eliminate healthy mucus when we have cold and cough this is because that is bodies natural response to eliminating the virus and accumulation in the body. However mucus starts getting excessively produced in the internal organs such as the gut, the intestinal walls the lungs where it is unnecessary, If you eat foods that produces excess mucus. Excess mucus putrifies and hardens overtime and refuses to leave the body in all the attempts that the body makes. Such is the time when you will have also have breathing issues.
Follow this :-
Morning on empty stomach
- 500ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice
- Followed by Green juice or fruit / any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered
- More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure juice
Afternoon from 12 :-
- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone
- Followed by a bowl of veg salad if needed or more fruits are fine.
- Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free - millets rice quinoa , oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies
- Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) . Join a yoga or gym and sweat out. We need to eliminate via skin also
- See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. It’s v imp for healing
- Ensure that you are deep asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep.
- Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily if time permits to improve the blood circulation in the gut and heal faster
What to Avoid :-
- Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils , coooking with oil, medicines
- Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . हेलो,
कारण - ज़ुकाम बार बार हो हो रहा है तो इसका कारण संक्रमण है। वह toxins जो शरीर से निष्कासित नहीं हो पा रहा है शरीर के अंदर संक्रमण पैदा कर रहा है। ये fluid के कमी से हो सकता है।
समाधान - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।
ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती।अनुलोम विलोम, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक करें। सर्वांगआसन और सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दुध या दुध से बना कोई चीज़ ना लें। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।
किसी भी तरीक़े के संक्रमण को पाँच तत्व के द्वारा ठीक किया जा सकता है। इन पाँच तत्व को अपना जीवन शैली बना लें।
जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
अग्नि -सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से
घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

You might be suffering from an allergy. I suggest that you try to spend your maximum time in fresh air. Also, consume seasonal fruits and warm water regularly. Avoid processed food, sugary items and if possible, get your blood tests done for any underlying allergy.
Dear health seeker let me assure you that the the disease symptoms of cold and cough,can be reversed back to health quite easily, I too suffered from the same affliction at the age of 20yrs and I used to carry nasal drops in my my pocket whole day long, it was such a nightmare to me that made me highly depressed/distressed. But Divine nature cure came to me as a God sent opportunity and the affliction left me in quick little time the program followed was as under:
1..First of all you will have to cut down on all stimulants like tea, coffee, cola, spicy, condimented ,refined, processed, manufactured preserved, milk and its products, sweets,sugar.
This alone will help you to the extent of 50%
2.Basking in the early morning sun for 30 minutes is another great help
3..Dry rub or friction bath for 10 minutes followed by cold water bath is very very healthy and will also address the issue
4.Food habits....you will have to live mainly on fruits and vegetables raw and cooked to the extent of 80% rest 20%will comprise of some rice and chapati and coconuts
6.It is very important for the patients of cold and cough,to have strong lung power to expel out toxins lodged there ,so go for a brisk walk for 3 to 4 kms every day alternately do some 100 to 200 skipping in oxygen rich environment
7..Take a hot foot bath for 25 minutes before going to sleep ,this will induce perspiration so very necessary to eliminate toxins, and also induce sound and refreshing sleep ere long all your issues will be over in a month or two
