I have got spina bifida problem can u suggest what is spina bifida and how to handle it naturally?

Dear health seeker, spina bifida  is a congenital disorder of  spine, I am afraid that nature cure can not help in congenital diseases  ,We  are of the opinion that any thing which has a  birth  will some day will have an end and the eternal one  will  have no end , since  you are born with it  is  eternal means will  remain with you, but with   a  hygienic lifestyle  one can  live  a healthy life.
   Please  cut  down on  all enervating foods and live mostly on  fruits and vegetables  to the extent possible eschew tea, coffee cola,  fried  processed,refined animal products thus can  to some extent mitigate the  discomfort on account of  the disease 
    Devote  good time in  spiritual attainment 
    Wishing you a healthy, happy life

Spina bifida is a congenital defect that could affect the spine and spinal cord where a malformation could be seen. This could be classified under the broader category of neural tube defects. The neural tube is an embryonic structure that develops the baby's brain and spinal cord and the tissues that enclose them. One of the main cause of this might be folate deficiency the pregnancy

Spina bifida could range from milder form to severe form, which could associate with certain complications differing in their severity. Early detection and cure depend on how soon the problem gets detected. Early detection the more qualitative is the management.

हेलो, 

कारण - स्पाइना बिफ़िडा तंत्रीकीय नाल की विकृति (एनटीजी) है। इस इस शब्द का अर्थ है दरार युक्त रीढ़ या मेरु रज्जु का पूरी तरह घिरा हुआ न होना। स्पाइना बिफ़िडा का सबसे गंभीर रूप वह होता है जिसमें दरार वाली जगह के नीचे की पेशियां कमज़ोर हो जाती हैं या उसके नीचे के हिस्से में लकवा मार जाता है, संवेदनशीलता ख़त्म हो जाती है और मल-मूत्र विसर्जन पर नियंत्रण नहीं रह जाता। स्पाइना बिफ़डा के साथ जुड़ी गौण स्थितियों में लैटेक्स की एलर्जी, कंडराशोथ, मोटापा, त्वचा के विकार, जठरांत्रीय विकार, सीखने में अक्षमता, गतिशीलता प्राप्त करने और बनाये रखने में अक्षमता अवसाद शामिल हैं।

समाधान - मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। खीरा + नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट दर्द वाले हिस्से पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। सुर्य की रोशनी उसी जगह पर लगाएँ। स्पाइन मसाज नीचे से ऊपर गर्दन तक दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - अनुलोम विलोम, भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें, सिद्धआसन, बालआसन, अर्धसुप्तआसन करें, मकरआसन करें। 

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और  एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
