What are 10 simple things as per nature cure, which if I do daily, can keep me healthy for life?

Toxin accumulation is the prime cause of diseases, they happen from three sources - physical, chemical and emotional. Physical is the environment you live in, primarily air we breathe and water we drink must be clean. Chemical constitutes all food we have, soaps, shampoos, creams, etc that we put in our body must be clean. Emotional toxin is one aspect that is 100% individual's power to control, meditation and prayers are the best.

Since you asked for 10 things, I will try to complete the list as under:-
1. Get up at 5 AM daily.
2. Oil pulling.
3. Deep breathing for 30 minutes.
4. Meditation for 30 minutes.
5. Start your day with green leafy juice at 12 PM.
6. Two percent of body weight will give your approximate intake of fruits and raw vegetables daily. If one is 60 kg then the 2% is 1200 grams, this means one must have 600 grams fruits and 600 grams raw vegetables daily.
7. Simple stretching exercise or yoga asanas for Spinal Cord.
8. Use of only Organic Cold pressed coconut oil for skin.
9. Minimum two bananas daily.
10. Minimum two sqaure inch of coconut giri daily.

1. Start your day with soaked raisins or herbal tea and not with tea and biscuits.

2. Fruits till noon.

3. Eat only when hungry, listen to your body.

4. Eat the minimum that satiates your hunger. When it comes to our body, minimum food has maximum impact on good health.

5. Soak the sun for 10-15 minutes every day, early morning or evening.

6. Deep breathe to send lots of oxygen to all your cells.

7. Nature has designed our body for movement - shun sedentary lifestyle, take the stairs, walk, swim, exercise 

8. Be happy, negative emotions increase toxicity 

9. Sleep when sleepy, ensure you sleep 7-8 hours everyday

10. Keep yourself well hydrated through raw fruits and veggies.
