Muje excessive gas problem hai. Jisse muje public se interact krne me mushkil aati hai. Stress feel krta hun. Mene medicines b li pr jyada frk nhi pda. Muje Kya Krna chahiye?

Farts / gas iscaused because of wrong food combinations. And it can also be caused because of rotting of food material that has not been eliminated from the body. So when the new food goes in, it mixes with the old settled food and rots and causes burps and farting.

Tips

  • Do Not mix raw and cooked in the same meal
  • Finish all raw before eating any cooked in the day
  • Don’t mix grains with proteins like dals
  • Don’t mix starchy veggies with grains
  • Don’t mix beans and legumes with grains
  • Avoid grains , animal protein like dairy eggs fish meat in your life to keep a clean gut
  • Include fruits veggies greens in the beginning of the day until dinner and keep only dinner cooked
  • Avoid gluten and oil in your life
  • Avoid mixing fruits with nuts and seeds

If we consume as much raw as possible, the burping and farting which is due to rotting of undigested food will not happen. If you start raw initially, take water enema for a month. Consult an expert for guidance. You might be farting and burping even when you start raw and avoid animal protein because old matter is still making the raw food rot.

Try to change your daily routine this will help in dealing with gastric issues.

  • Start your day with warm water cleanse so your stomach can be clean.
  • Followed by a breakfast with sprouts, fruit and a glass of vegetable juice will help.
  • Your lunch should include good amount of protein which you can get from soya chunks, pulses and vegetables.
  • Keep your dinner light and eat two hours before sleep.

Try some home remedies like:

  • Tomatoes with black pepper before dinner.
  • Lemon juice once a day.

This will help in dealing with day to day gastric issues.

कारण - स्व-प्रतिरक्षित अग्नाश्यशो (Autoimmune pancreatitis)

सेलिएक रोग (एक स्व-प्रतिरक्षित विकार जो ग्लूटेन या आटा संबंधी पदार्थों के खाने पर गैस उतपन्न करने लगता है। मधुमेह (Diabetes), भोजन संबंधी विकार(eating disorder)

गेस्ट्रोइसोफेगल रिफ्लक्स रोग (gastroesophageal reflux disease; GERD)

आंतों में रुकावट

दुग्ध उत्पादों को पचाने में कठिनाई (Lactose intolerance), पेप्टिक (पाचन संबंधी नली) में छाला। 

समाधान - अनुलोम विलोम, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक करें। पवनमुक्त आसन करें।सर्वांगआसन और सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दुध या दुध से बना कोई चीज़ ना लें।  किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।

जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि -सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और  एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Dear health seeker, 

Flatulence is the most common disease that we come across. There are many cases in which drug treatments to this trouble have led to further complications of  one vital organ or the other.

Many readers may not understand the trouble from this name. I shall therefore give the meaning of this Latin based name:
Flatulence: the presence of excessive amounts of air or gases in the stomach,or intestine, leading to distention of the organs.
Many people call it 'gastric' trouble. The term 'gastric' means that which pertains to the gastrum or the stomach. So it only denotes that it is a trouble in the stomach, but not specify the exact type of trouble. There is another trouble called ;gastritis', which means inflammation of the stomach. This is often confused with the 'gas trouble'. Of course if this flatulence stays for a long time, comblned with palliative treatments with drugs, it can lead to 'gastritis' also.

TREATMENT------

1 Never eat when hunger has not matured. You must learn as to how hunger is born and as to how you can recognise it.

2 Never eat in haste, we work, we earn and do so many things to enjoy our meal. If it is eaten in haste, how can one enjoy the food?

3 When one eats in haste, one cannot masticate the food well. Remember the rule that solids should be drunk and that liquids should be eaten. Remember that there are no teeth inside the stomach to grind it again.

4 Do not have too many courses of food in a single meal. When taste changes, satiation will not appear even if the stomach has become full.

5 Squat in the Indian style for eating. The flexure at the level of the abdomen caused by so squatting helps to limit the quantity of eating. Bend well forward until the mouthful of food put in is chewed and turned almost into a liquid and then drink it.

6 Do not talk while you eat. The Vedic Mantra teaches us that we should eat silently.

7 Do not take too much of chilies Avoid dry red chilies. Green chilies can be used whole removing even the stalk along with vegetables while boiling and removed after cooking.

8 Minimize the intake of salt. The more the salt, the more is the unnatural thirst and the artificial need for drinking water during and after the meal. This will dilute the digestive juices and digestion will be upset

9 Dehusked daals have lost the best part of the whole grain. The remaining part is a very good gas-producing material and there is no wonder that if you take plenty of daal you do suffer of flatulence. If you prefer to have daal in your food, have it in the germinated form. That will help avoiding constipation.

10. Avoid eating if you have no time to rest after the meal. Remember that work and digestion do not go on hand in hand. No one will go weak or get diseased by avoiding eating till he has the right time to eat. Shake off that fear..

11. Never take a breakfast. Breakfast is unindian Hunger cannot have matured in the morning. it could only have been born.

12. A high protein meal must be justified by sufficient amount of manual labor. Sedentary worker need more of bulky foods. 

13. Avoid tea,coffee  tobacco,   alcohol fried, refined, processed, stale, animal products, will  have a salutary effect and hasten the  cure. 

14.Apply  stimulating wet pack  on  abdomen for 2 hours after dinner 

15. Sedantry workers should  do some work out, preferably  brisk walking.

Hi there, 

This are all but an indication of sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits. Bloating, belching and acidity are common abdominal problem which can be rectified with some lifestyle modification and change in food habits. Here are some of the advice you may follow ;

• Chew your food properly before swallowing, it'll make the food particles easier for absorption without adding burden to the guts.

• Eat-in smaller quantity. Overeating or heavy meals can trigger acidity and bloating. One way to maintain the balance is to eat only when you're hungry. 

• Follow regular eating time. Maintaining a long gap between each meal can let to excess gastric acid secretion triggering acidity.

• Minimise the intake of food that can cause gas accumulation such as beans, lentils, broccoli, cabbages, onions etc..;

•  Go for gluten-free diet. Consume more fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables.

• Chewing a slice of ginger or drinking a ginger juice or tea for several times a day can help neutralise the acidity.

• Add a few fennel seeds in water and boil them. Drink it for two times a day. You may also chew them.

• Pineapple juice is highly recommended for acidity due to the bromelain present in it which helps in controlling the acid.

• Add dietary fibres in your plate, consume more fruits and vegetables 

• Avoid spicy, oily junk foods, carbonated drinks or sodas, caffeinated drinks, smoking and drinking alcohol.

 • Utilise 45 minutes to an hour a day for physical fitness. This will help maintain your body structure, improve metabolism and reduce stress.

Gas problem is very common problem in today's time it's main reason is unhealthy food intake and improper life style 

Natural ways are strong enough to cure Gas related problem just follow them and stay healthy 

  • In morning - drink 1 glass of lukewarm water daily 
  • Take light breakfast avoid nuts but you can use almonds, fig
  • Avoid excessive eating maintain atleast 6 hrs gap between two meals 
  • Give proper time for digestion 
  • Add green vegetables and fibrous food in your diet it's easily digestible 
  • Add more salade 
  • Take proper sleep 
  • Fruits juice like pomegranate juice, apple juice is good in gas problem 
  • Daily yoga aasan like Trikodasan, Padmasan will help you
