Hyperacidity also known as acid reflux or gastritis is a common gastrointestinal problem with inflammation along the stomach lining caused mostly by bacterial infection or sedentary lifestyle and wrong eating habits. 

It is a common stomach problem which can be rectified with some lifestyle modification and change in food habits. Here are some of the advice you may follow ;

 

• Always go for bland and binding diet such as Banana, rice and toast (brown bread).These foods are bland and binding which will prevent further reflux and vomiting. Bananas also contain potassium and other minerals which can help replace nutrients lost from vomiting. They are easy for digestion and absorption as well.

• Chew your food properly before swallowing, it'll make the food particles easier for absorption without adding burden to the guts.

• Eat-in smaller quantity. Overeating or heavy meals can trigger acidity. One way to maintain the balance is to eat only when you're hungry. 

• Do not lie down right after eating your meal or bend foreword,instead just sit idly for a while. 

• Follow regular eating time. Maintaining a long gap between each meal can let to excess gastric acid secretion triggering acidity.

• Chewing a slice of ginger or drinking a ginger juice or tea for several times a day can help neutralise the acidity.

• Add a few fennel seeds in water and boil them. Drink it for two times a day. You may also chew them.

• Pineapple juice is highly recommended for acidity due to the bromelain present in it which helps in controlling the acid.

• Add dietary fibres in your plate, consume more fruits and vegetables 

• Avoid spicy, oily junk foods, carbonated drinks or sodas, caffeinated drinks, smoking and drinking alcohol.

 • Utilise 45 minutes to an hour a day for physical fitness. This will help maintain your body structure, improve metabolism and reduce stress.

For Hyperacidity the Natural remedies, first one has to change the wrong lifestyle and food habit. 
1] Reduce the stress level by keeping oneself busy, active with equal amount of rest and recreation in the daily life. 
2] Drink minimum 2-3 litres of water daily as per the climate and body requirement. 
3] Avoid spicy food, fried and oily food, drinking coffee, tea specially in empty stomach in the morning.

Dear health seeker Misbah ,The  root cause of acidity, acid reflux  or of  total  gastrointestinal  diseases including, is 'Dyspepsia ',whose  management  through  basic nature cure requires  total  discipline and  entire  reforms of  eating habits in general and complete  lifestyle  changes are  warranted. You will have to follow the  eternal laws governing our organism  will  definitely  ensure freedom from all diseases symptoms including  your specific  stomach ailments. Please follow as under:-
   1 ensure to  eat only when sufficient  true  hunger is there to  digest the  food eaten. We must  eat to  live  and not  live to eat 
2.As a  start  drink  any  alkaline  juice either of the following, ashgourd, bilva patra  banana pith. 
  3.Sun bathing in early morning sun for  25 minutes, followed by spinal bath or  full bath 
4..Some simple  yogic  aasanas 
5..A  wet  pack over abdomen for 20 minutes 
   6..Fruit salads or  vegetables salads in  breakfast 
   7..Conservatively  cooked  vegetables and  raw  salads with  enough  coconut scrappings 
8...Fruit  juice  at or  around  4PM if  there's  a  sufficiency of  hunger, if not then avoid 
9..Conservatively  cooked  vegetables plus  one or two roti or small quantity of rice 
10..Abdomen wet pack  for  20 minutes 
   
11,Say your prayers 
12..Sleep on a  hard bed 
13..Needless to  mention that  avoid all  enervating foods  such as  Manufactured, packaged   preserved, fried, animal products  and  habits 
14.. Please don't mix many  varieties of food items in a single meal 
   You may take as many months to get rid of your affliction for as many years you are undergoing this  trouble.

Hyperacidity is a condition where the stomach is completely not able to do its job and the lining has all corroded due to the acidic environment. This did not happen because of body’s stomach acids. It has happened because of a faulty lifestyle. Things like animal foods (diary - anima milk, curd , ghee, butter , cheese paneer milk powder and anything made from animal foods, meat eggs) , sugar, processed foods , ready to eat packaged foods from outside, fried foods, refined oils etc can cause this condition. Apart from this, based on my experiences of working with people with similar conditions, negative emotions towards others/ dissatisfaction with life, self pity, hatred, anger, expectations from others etc, play a bigger role than food to disrupt the gut environment. 

There is a big colony of microbiome or living bacteria which protect us by its defence systems. That will also be slowly dying in such conditions. To restore that environment back, the following is essential. Advising is our duty, and how you incorporate this in your lives is yours. If you want some changes, please do send us your queries. 

Going on a tender coconut fast for 3 days - continue to keep drinking tender coconut as and when hungry.

Next 2 days, avoid citrus fruits and eat other fruits once a day as one big meal and tender coconut / ashgourd juice / cucumber juice for rest of the day 

Next 5 days, stay on fruits and veggie juices in any order with focus on juices more.

You might vomit / have loosemotions / have pains etc , but continue. 

In future, adopt this lifestyle after 10 days 

One green juice ( leaves + one watery vegetable) , lime ( optional )  / 400ml of cucumber juice upon waking 

Fruits for breakfast as many times as needed till 12pm

Vegetable salad with one vegetable juice for lunch 

Oilfree, unpolished millet based dinner 

Emotionally, forgiving others and forgiving oneself, showing compassion towards other beings, gratitude and love must be developed slowly. Negative emotions  might seem good , but it consumes our own body and does not hurt anyone else. Physical illness first manifests emotionally and consumes the physical body. हेलो,

 

कारण - आँत में प्रदाह (inflammation) से गैस की समस्या हो जाती है। ऐसा भोजन जो पचने में समय अधिक लेते हैं। वह पाचन तंत्र को अस्वस्थ करते हैं। तनाव, निद्रा की कमी, दोषपूर्ण विजातीय आहार भी एक कारण है।

समाधान - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस लें ख़ाली पेट लें। कच्ची भिंडी, बथुआ, पानी में भिगोए हुए अलसी (flexssed) सलाद में मिला कर बिना नमक के खाएँ।

रात 10 से 4 की नींद लें। 

पेट पर गिली पट्टी रखें। खीरे का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट तक रख साफ़ कर लें। ताड़ासन, कटिचक्रआसन, तिर्यकताड़ासन, पवनमुक्तासन करें।

जीवन शैली - पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।  सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
