How should I lose my weight while I am in school?? All the busy schedule with tuitions I don't have the time to go and attend any yoga class or gym I need to lose weight and increase my height

It is really good that at this age you are taking care of yourself by acknowledging your weight. Understanding the competition right now you being dedicated to your academic is good but finding some time to understand oneself is important.

  1. Start your day with healthy breakfast which includes sprouts, fruit and some dried fruits.
  2. Continue with healthy nutritious lunch which includes variety in meals.
  3. Small meals at small intervals.
  4. Drink plenty of water.
  5. Whenever you are craving something munch on raw vegetables.

Squeeze some time to go for a brisk walk for 45 minutes.

Only you have to do it. Follow the Time management startegy. You are a youth and you can do it. Stay motivated

Hello buddy :) 

School is a tough time, so much to do and very little time. First of all, never let your weight define you, be confident and trust yourself.

Watch your diet, no processed food items and fast food. Not frequently atleast.

Use more stairs, and walk as much as you can.

If your school is near by, go by bicycle. You need atleast 1 hour of rigorous physical exercise and not more than 2 hours of screentime every day.

Have more fruits and salads and remember, no dieting without doctors opinion at this age.

Quit milk and meat. 

And finally don't worry, take proper rest, sleep for atleast 6-8 hours a day for body to function properly. It's an old school advice but trust me it work wonders.

हेलो,

कारण - वज़न अधिक होने से हमारे spine में सिकुड़न आती है और लम्बाई पर असर पड़ता है।

पाचन तंत्र के स्वास्थ बिगड़ने से वज़न बढ़ने की समस्या होती है। मोटापा और शरीर का वजन बढ़ना, ऊर्जा के सेवन और ऊर्जा के उपयोग के बीच असंतुलन के कारण होता है।

अधिक चर्बीयुक्त आहार का सेवन करना भी मोटापे का कारण है।

कम व्यायाम करना और स्थिर जीवन-यापन मोटापे का प्रमुख कारण है।

असंतुलित व्यवहार औऱ मानसिक तनाव की वजह से लोग ज्यादा भोजन करने लगते हैं, जो मोटापे का कारण बनता है।

समाधान -  सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

इनमें से कोई जूस लें नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले, दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटे पहले या 2 घंटे बाद और डिनर से एक घंटे पहले लें। 

जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - रस्सी कूदना, तैराकी, लटकना, सयकिल चलाएँ, दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि -सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और  एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

I don’t know how old you are, but there are no excuses to stay overweight and carry that excess toxins. We are proud to see a question from you while you are in school. 

Kids are expected to play ideally. But today’s kids prefer more indoor activities and studies. A day might come when you will be a successful adult with all the returns of your studies but due to lack of attention on your body, it will fail to enjoy your success. Hence, you must learn to strike a balance and overdoing anything is not going to help you in the long run. 

Losing or gaining healthy weight happens when your body and mainly your gut is in a good shape to absorb nutrients or shed the excess. The solution is the same for both the cases. Whatever is the imbalance the body decides and fixes it. High raw whole food plant based meal is your solution. Good sleep , exposure to sun, exercises that help you gain healthy muscles. 

The more the body gets digestive rest from cooked and other wrong foods, it will heal u off your problems

Something’s like height come genetically.  We must be happy with what we are born with. Unless you have a lifestyle issue, u really can’t fix physical aspects of the body. However, physical fitness can help you contributing to growth in your growing age. You can try swimming, play basket ball, do yogasana that helps in spine stretch such as vrukshasana. Swimming is a great one too. But again, everything needs focused time. 

Key things you must focus on as a child to lose weight or maintain a good health 

 

  • Drink 500ml of diluted lemon water every morning on empty stomach daily morning
  • Have only fruits for breakfast and continue to carry the same for snacks break too. 
  • No cooked breakfasts anymore. Look for the article on circadian rhythm on wellcure body wisdom
  • Avoid the following all your life - diary meat eggs fish. They are meant for a calf to become a big fat cow and not for humans. Humans are meant to eat like a chimp or a monkey and lead a healthy life. 
  • Ask your mom to cook an oilfree lunch for you for dabba
  • Have vegetable salads for dinner or fruits again
  • After you are back from school, don’t binge on junk and salty foods that are store bought/fried at home. Have fruit or vegetable juices 

You will lose the toxins that have clogged the body and start losing. When your body starts shedding the excess, you will see it coming out from all your orifices, don’t panic. Go on a full juice or tender coconut diet that day and you will be ok in a day. Reach us if you have doubts.
