SLEEP is a vitality execution like any other activity.
We need to inculcate a knack of CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY to improve our sleep pattern.
If you ask for Natural Solution (I would NOT prefer to use the word REMEDY, it depicts a patch work!), you need to WORK on the LIFE holistically to improve the quality of sleep.
The vitality is consumed and conserved in three domains. INPUTS, ACTIVITIES & THOUGHTS. Unless we opt for consistent conservation of VITALITY in all 3 areas, we cannot attain holistic state of homeostasis which is the key of good sleep.
Start with INPUT MODIFICATION, in terms of increasing your sunlight and Fresh air exposures, while increasing the fruits and vegetable intakes - that’s the easiest path to start with!
Then focus on your ACTIVITIES with regular exercise, poised spine care, right execution of sexual activities.
Finally, try and maintain your mental neutrality with rational analysis and meditation.
Additionally,
- Make your bedroom, for SLEEP ONLY!
- Keep it dark, gadget-free, even do not keep books in your bedroom.
- Go to bed as closer to 9 pm as possible.
Thank you...

Sleep is the most important aspect of our healthy lifestyle. Take 2-3 pinch of jaiphal powder with water one hour before going to bed. It will solve the problem
I have helped some people with sleep issues and imo, it’s typically a sluggish drainage system. Organs like the liver, kidney, lymph, lungs etc. I suggest that once you detox as follows, you must be able to sleep well over time.
Please observe the following
1) start your day with 2 cucumbers juice filtered or celery 250ml on empty stomach.
2) have fruits stomach full for next hunger. If you can manage to avoid anything cooked for breakfast forever in your life, your body will slowly start to function normally. Lack of sleep typically happens in old people where their lifestyle has made their organs sluggish.
If you can be only on smoothies and juices till 12 and have fruits and raw vegetables coconut for lunch, your sleep is just few days to a month away 💪✌🏻
3) avoid greasy foods and oils in the diet
4) avoid dairy, animal meat, fish etc, refined foods and processed foods , packaged foods which typically are made with maida and refined oils.
As you start intaking more raw, you will fall sick as your body will start eliminating those toxins that are collected. As this happens, please be patient and avoid any medication for unexplained cold cough fevers loose motions, vomitings.
Msg us if you have further questions. I am positive that this will help you. Please include some yoga or gym in the regime along with the lifestyle changes others have mentioned on the thread.
Hi when there is so much going in mind, it becomes sometimes difficult to sleep. Try below things and it may help you.
1. Make a habit of writing before you sleep. It will clear some thoughts from your mind.
2. Eat before two hours of your sleeping.
3. Apply Natural Lavender oil on your temples and give a very little massage.
4. Listen to some calm music before you sleep.
5. Watch your breath and remember good moments of your life.
May you get good sleep.
Body essentially has 3 circadian cycles . How & what do you do in the first 2 cycles ?
what is your nutritional intake, how much raw , how much cooked , are you having digestive overload, how is your time & crisis management during the day .How do you prepare to go to bed ? What do you do post dinner & before sleep , more imp what is the gap between dinner & sleep .
Different things work for different people .
Some want to disconnect totally from “blue light” , some find that’s the time to connect with loved ones after a day’s work. For some. Switching off or dimming the room lights help . Some soft music or a gentle massage on our heels , a glass of Nut milk ... it could be anytime.
Basically go within & ascertain the reason of your insomnia yourself & see what works for you.Are you tired or fatigued due to lack of sleep ? Everyone’s requirement of sleep is different depending on our lifestyle.
So if your woken up early maybe your body’s sleep requirement has been just that .Evaluate yourself .
