Hello ma'am. I m 27 years old. But my weight is 43 kg and also suffering from liver disease. How can I gain weight?

Dear health seeker Paramjit 

let me assure you that all your health issues can be resolved radically through nature cure , for we believe that there is no disease only lower level of health which can be reversed back to health by following the eternal laws governing our organism, which are quite simple and highly effective in fact there are no failures and almost every person can regain his lost health;.
    For the first part of your question that you want to put on healthy tissues/mass/weight. If all the toxins laid down in your body are thrown out your body will have healthy body mass 
  For liver problems follow as under:- 

  1.  ensure to eat only when sufficient true hunger is there to digest the food eaten. We must  eat to  live  and not  live to eat 
  2. As a start drink any alkaline juice either of the following, ashgourd, bilva patra,  banana pith. 
  3. Sun bathing in early morning sun for  25 minutes, followed by spinal bath or  full bath 
  4. Some simple  yogic  aasanas 
  5. A  wet  pack over abdomen for 20 minutes 
  6. Fruit salads or  vegetables salads in  breakfast 
  7. Conservatively  cooked  vegetables and  raw  salads with  enough  coconut scrappings 
  8. Fruit  juice  at or  around  4PM if  there's  a  sufficiency of  hunger, if not then avoid 
  9. Conservatively  cooked  vegetables plus  one or two roti or small quantity of rice 
  10. Say your prayers 
  11. Sleep on a  hard bed 
  12. Needless to  mention that  avoid all  enervating foods and  habits like tea,coffee cola drinks and refined, processed, fried, animal products etc 

    
   A  very nice and healthy life is there,  waiting in the wings. both  health issues will be resolved

कारण - लिवर, शरीर का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा अंग होता है और शरीर में कई अलग-अलग कार्य करता है। लिवर आपके खाने और पीने की सभी चीजों की प्रक्रिया करता है। आपका लिवर आपके शरीर के उपयोग के लिए भोजन और पेय पदार्थों को ऊर्जा और पोषक तत्वों में परिवर्तित करता है। यह आपके रक्त में से हानिकारक पदार्थों को फिल्टर करता है और आपके शरीर को संक्रमण से लड़ने में मदद करता है।

वायरल हेपेटाइटिस (आमतौर पर हेपेटाइटिस बी)

सिरोसिस और अल्कोहल या एसिटामिनोफेन जैसी दवाओं से लिवर को नुक्सान होना।

लिवर खराब होने से पहले लिवर का एक बड़ा हिस्सा खराब होता है।

पाचन ठीक नहीं होने से वज़न नहीं बढ़ेगा। लिवर को ठीक कैसे करना है। ये देखना ज़रूरी है।

समाधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो।  वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

Losing or gaining healthy weight happens when your body and mainly your gut is in a good shape to absorb nutrients or shed the excess. The solution is the same for both the cases. Whatever is the imbalance the body decides and fixes it. High raw whole food plant based meal is your solution. Good sleep , exposure to sun, exercises that help you gain healthy muscles.

The more the body gets digestive rest from cooked and other wrong foods, it will heal u off the your problems

 

Fatty liver

Any acidity causes heat and inflammation throughout the body. Fats / lipids produced by the liver starts sticking to the walls of the internals to buffer this inflammation from touching the walls directly. This overtime creates fat layers causing fatty liver/ stones. Cholestrol is the common lipid that does this job and your blood cholestrol also shows a rise in such conditions. When ur tissues are acidic and thus inflammed the liver gets over active and keeps producing lipids to fight it effects. The nutrition starts sticking together or coagulating or clumping in the body and also the blood of the body is acidic.

Another reason for a fatty liver is the constant consumption of oils / animal meats / eggs / fish / dairy.

 

Consume a whole food plant based lifestyle with high raw and this will reduce overtime . You can’t detox the liver rapidly.

 

Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach

 

- 500ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice

 

- Followed by Green juice or fruit / any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered

 

- More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure juice

 

Afternoon from 12 :-

- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone

 

- Followed by a bowl of veg salad if needed or more fruits are fine.

 

- Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free - millets rice quinoa , oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies

 

- Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) . Join a yoga or gym and sweat out. We need to eliminate via skin also.

Start weight training for 1-2 yrs on plant based lifestyle. You will be healthy. Don't take any protein supplements.

- See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. It’s v imp for healing

- Ensure that you are deep asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep.

- Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily if time permits to improve the blood circulation in the gut and heal faster

What to Avoid :-

- Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils , coooking with oil

 

- Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself .
