I have been diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver disease. I am very scared. Can you please help?

You have to immediately stop dairy, meat, eggs and refined oils. Switch over to only seasonal fruits breakfast. Lunch and diner should be salad(70%), cooked grains (30%). Once a week, be only on juicy fruits.

Overtime, your body will heal. Be positive, spend plenty of time outdoors in nature, fresh air and sunlight. Sleep early everyday for effective healing.

We can understand your concern and fear regarding your health. Please donot fear and understand that this is the result of imbalance within the body. These days non-alcoholic fatty liver is very common. It is advisable that you make lifestyle changes to help you deal with the same. The liver is responsible for removal of toxic waste from the body, so the body can work efficiently. Wrong eating habits like excessive intake of alcohol, fried foods, excess processed foods, etc, lead to excess fat, which the body is unable to get rid of . This leads to excess fat deposits in the liver which leads to a fatty liver.

Short term measures

  • Include plenty of raw fruits and vegetables in your regime. They have plenty of fibre, phytonutrients, antioxidant, vitamins & minerals required for various body functions.
  • Consume only fruits till afternoon. The body is in elimination mode, so it is better to support it, and fruits are the best way to do this.
  • Avoid all fried and oily foods. Cook without oil.
  • Donot use animal products, including dairy.
  • Donot use any packed, processed , sugary foods.

The above mentioned foods which are recommended to avoid create free radicals and are an overload to the system. Instead eat mostly raw and minimum cooked, easily digestable foods.

Lifestyle change

  • Physical activity for atleast 30 mins, everyday.
  • Manage stress and sleep. Body repairs and heals itself during this phase.

कारण - Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)  तब होती है जब लिवर को फैट्स break-down करने में दिक्कत होती है, जिस कारण से लिवर टिशूज में फैट्स इकठ्ठा हो जाता है. जब लिवर के कुल वजन का 10% से अधिक हिस्सा fat हो जाता है तब उसे NAFLD के रूप में डायग्नोज किया जाता है.

Alcoholic fatty liver शराब से संबधित लिवर की बीमारी की शुरूआती स्टेज है. अधिक शराब पीने से लिवर खाराब हो जाता है और फैट्स का विभाजन नहीं कर पाता है. ऐसा होने पर शराब छोड़ना बेहद ज़रूरी है. आमतौर शराब छोड़ देने पर डेढ़ से दो महीने के अन्दर अतिरिक्त फैट ख़त्म हो जाता है.

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो।  वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

Most of the foods that we typically eat are acid-forming   

Do you know about the body's acid-alkaline balance

Any acidity causes heat and inflammation throughout the body. Fats / lipids produced by the liver starts sticking to the walls of the internals to buffer this inflammation from touching the walls directly. This overtime creates fat layers causing fatty liver/ stones. Cholestrol is the common lipid that does this job and your blood cholestrol also shows a rise in such conditions. When ur tissues are acidic and thus inflammed the liver gets over active and keeps producing lipids to fight it effects. The nutrition starts sticking together or coagulating or clumping  in the body and also the blood of the body is acidic. 

Another reason for a fatty liver is the constant consumption of oils / animal meats / eggs / fish / dairy. 

Consume a whole food plant based lifestyle with high raw and this will reduce overtime . You can’t detox the liver rapidly.

Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach 

- 500ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice 

- Followed by Green juice or fruit /  any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered  

- More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure  juice 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 

- Followed by a bowl of veg salad if needed or more fruits are fine.

- Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free - millets, rice, quinoa, oil-free unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies

- Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) . Join a yoga or gym and sweat out. We need to eliminate via skin also 

- See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. It’s v imp for healing 

- Ensure that you are deep asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. 

- Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily if time permits to improve the blood circulation in the gut and heal faster 

 

What to Avoid :- 

- Avoid refined oils, fried food, packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar, gluten, refined oils, cooking with oil

- Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. The present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself.
