My son is suffering from lukopenia,typhoid due to which he has a very high temp about 104. 7. His body isn't responding to the homeopathy treatment going on since 4 days. Thinking to switch to allopathy as doctor himself has recommended allopathy. Do suggest me what shall i do? He hasn't eaten anything since 2 days. He just drinks a bit of ORS. What do I do?

The young generation today have been corrupting themselves with a lot of junk food and fake foods. It’s great that you come to if this forum to seek natural way of healing and holistic approach to leading ahealthy life

 

When body accumulates toxins to a point where it cannot be contained inside, to a point where it was unable to send it out via the excretory organs, the body develops such fevers and the fever won’t reduce till it sees that the reason for the fever is no longer present. 

 

Body is highly sophisticated and intelligent by design. It knows how to heal itself. It just needs enough time break from digestion and unnecessary tasks. Don’t worry if he is not eating anything. Instead of ORS which is given for his glucose, feed healthy fruit juices which have healthy sugars that the body loves as opposed to refined sugar in ORS. Flood his body for the whole day with fruit juices. If he is hungry for solids, only fruits. Ensure he drinks 3-4 Lts daily. This process itself will remove the cause from his body. Just stick to this. Don’t give anything else to eat especially cooked. This will bring his WBC also and other parameters to normal mostly within a week to 10 days. 

 

In future, once his problem has been resolved, the following lifestyle can be adopted for better health that may not need medical emergencies like this. 

 

1.start leading a plant based lifestyle by quitting  all forms of dairy meat eggs, fish. Any byproducts or any manufactured products with any of the above contains must not be consumed

2.quit refined products such as white sugar, white salt, refined oil, ready to eat goods That our shelf stable. Such products will create havoc in your health as well.

3. Avoid foods with gluten such as wheat, Maida , barley, oats.

4.expose yourself to the morning sunlight for about 30 minutes buddy

5.start your day with a fresh big glass of cucumber juice, followed by a big bowl of seasonal fruit breakfast. Do not consume cooked breakfast forever. 

6.consume lots of salads from vegetables and vegetable juice every single day. It can be carrot juice juice, White pumpkin juice, banana stem juice.

7.sleep early and ensure that you have a rest and sleep between 10 PM to 2 AM in the night. In your case you need to juice a lot more juice to restore your health back.

हेलो,

 

कारण - बुखार आना शरीर का सेल्फ़ मैकनिज़्म के तहत एक गहन प्रक्रिया है। शरीर में कुछ विषाणुओं का आक्रमण हुआ है और उसके प्रति रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता अपना काम रही है। आप दवाइयों के ज़रिए अवरोध पैदा ना करें। बल्कि सफ़ाई में शरीर की मदद करें।

समाधान -  आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। इन जूस को छान कर दें। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। 

हर 4 घंटे पर लेमन जूस में कच्ची हल्दी घिस कर मिलाएँ और पिला दें। लेमन  सफ़ाई एलेमेंट है।हल्दी एंटिबोयोटीक्स है।

किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
