I have itching on my skin & also have watery moles on face. Tried a lot of allopathic treatment but all in vain. What to do?

Lichens planus

Any skin issues are because the body could not eliminate using its natural path and the lymphatic system trying to push it out of the skin. 

There are journeys of people who have healed from severe skin issues such as psoriasis in wellcure. Use the keyword and search. 

Skin issues is usually as result of supression of simple skin issues for a prolonged period of time. You might be able to recall or let us know what skin issues minor or major you had before this became lichens planus  

It’s an advanced chronic skin condition and it will take few months to heal. If you have had food that’s consistently poor in nutrition and life, how will the skin breathe ? Dominance of neg cooked foods, dairy , meat eggs fish etc will tax the skin. So when body is overloaded with toxins , skin as an excretory organ will be asked to do more work than it can handle. Other channels might either be blocked or sluggish. Hence the skin. 

1) wear clothes of loose cotton where skin can breathe and light can enter.

Take bath only with cold water the head alone in all weathers.  And Luke warm for body in cold weathers. 

3)Sun bath for 1 hr in the early morning first rays of the sun 

4) Avoid all forms of plastic usage in foods , microwave , Teflon aluminium and such things , avoid all forms of cosmetics. Just plain water wash and my body wash will do which is what I do too. I have healed from urticaria.

5)coming to diet - You need to flood your body with tender coconut water / veg juices for all your day if itching is severe. Fast on liquids for one full day every week . Start your day with lemon water or cucumber juice 500ml. raw fruits for breakfast, salads for lunch and a whole food plant based gluten free oilfree dinner made from millets and vegetables. You can choose to have raw foods for dinner and Avoid all forms of cooked and salt for 6-8 weeks for complete cleansing of the system. . I was on juice fasts when my issue was severe. You will continue to get books on your skin when ur on this diet, it’s a sign of junk coming out form the skin. So don’t panic and think it’s increasing. Avoid itching. Switch to liquids when its unbearable. That’s ur mantra on skin issues. 

You must say goodbye to all forms of animal products - dairy, meat eggs fish , sugar wheat maida oil outside packed foods , fried food etc . So remember you can’t have food in functions when ur healing. Once completely healed , u still cannot have animal products wheat fried and sugar.  

6) water enema is a must daily till you heal. Buy a kit and look for videos and do it daily after your morning potty.  Consult an expert if needed 

7)You can use some coconut oil and apply a wet thick cloth in places where you think u can’t bear. 

8) get off all forms of medication. You have to learn to heal with the above only and trust the body. Meds are enemies of the body. 

9) you have to develop a positive attitude for veryone around you. You cannot have hatred in your heart. It literally burns u. You have to listen to people like bk Shivani / Sadguru / Louise hay and such people and remove all negativity and burden ur carrying. Learn to live like flowing water. Forgive everyone around you

10) yoga and majorly pranayama is a must to make ur cells breathe 

You will continue to get leisons on and off  if it’s been there for long too.  By that time you will know how to manage if it happens. The tank has to become empty to be free forever.

हेलो,

कारण - दवाइयों का असर इसीलिए नहीं हो रहा क्योंकि मूलकारण को नहीं समझा गया केवल शरीर के प्रतिक्रिया को दबाने का सोच रखते है। ख़राब हाज़मा के कारण जो शरीर में toxins जमा हुआ है, शरीर त्वचा के ज़रिए उसको बाहर निकालने का प्रयास कर रहा है। यदि सही माध्यम दिखा दिया जाए तो ग़लत माध्यम से जो निष्कासन हो रहा है वह बंद हो जाएगा।त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। 

किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली एनिमा बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

शरीर शुद्धि को आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है।  20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। 

सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे

All of these have important vitamins and minerals which are helpful in many biochemical actions in the body. Avoid all dairy, animal, fried, processed and sugary foods. They all create an acid residue and provide too much load to the liver and other organs for the elimination of waste. It is one of the jobs of the liver to get rid of all toxins, but sometimes the liver is too overwhelmed and is unable to flush out the toxins, then the body gets rid of it through other excretory organs, in your case it is skin.  त्वचा की खुजली अधिकतर तली भुनी, नमक, नमकीन वाले भोज्य पदार्थों का सेवन, ए.सी. में रहने ,गंदे कपड़े पहनने, शरीर में रक्त की कमी, किडनी के फेल होने की अवस्था ,उत्तेजक दवाइयों के प्रयोग की वजह से हो जाता है।

  • रोज  प्रातः गुनगुने पानी नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंतों में स्थित अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती हैं।
  • प्रतिदिन मौसमी फल या हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों के जूस का सेवन करें भोजन 80% मौसमी फल एवं हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों को चबा चबा कर सेवन करें, इससे भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है, अम्ल एवं क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है, रक्त शुद्ध होता है।
  • उपवास -सप्ताह में 1 दिन मौसमी फल या हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों के जूस उपवास रहें, इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलता है।

Local application 
 

  • Avoid the use of all  chemical-based products on your face. 
  • Mix turmeric with gulab jal and apply it on your face, keep it for 15-20min and then wash it with simple water. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and is very good for the skin. 

Things to avoid 

  • Avoid tea and coffee. 
  • Avoid carbonated drinks. 
  • Try to cut spices and spicy foods from your diet.
