Drinking water early in the morning is the best way to kick start your day and one should always make a habit of drinking water early in the morning. However, the most commonly asked question about drinking water early in the morning is whether one should drink cold or hot water? Now, some experts might have a different opinion or thoughts about the water drinking habits early in the morning but it is always safe to check the physiological benefits of the water drinking habits. It is always advisable to drink a lukewarm which is neither too hot or cold early in the morning. Drinking warm water early in the morning helps stimulates blood flow to the intestine which aids in digestion and also prevents constipation. Warm water also has the tendency to remove harmful toxins from your body. Over all warm water improves the blood flow to all the tissues which can provide relieve from pain and cramps.
Coldwater is mostly recommended post workouts or exercises so as to normalize your body temperature and keep your body hydrated. For weight loss cold water works best.

Sun soaked water has got many good qualities and can even offset the ill effects of chlorinated water.

Drinking any natural liquid like lemon water / fruit or a veg juice upon waking is a very good habit and flushes the GI tract after the repair cycle of the body in the night. It also ensures that the body is hydrated after a long fast.
Hot water enervates the body. Body will try to bring it back to normal temperature using its own thermostat using its own energy. It’s ok to drink luke warm water as it’s soothing to the throat as well in the cold morning weathers.
The habit of drinking hot water started to avoid constipation and people believed that hot water helps in regular bowel movements. Many have a habit of drinking hot coffee and tea too for the same reason before going to pass their motions. It’s more of a placebo effect and belief that a practice will work for them.

कारण - सुबह ख़ाली पेट जो पानी हम लेते हैं उसमें फ़ाइबर नहीं होता है। वह साधारण तापमान पे ना हो तो जो की आँत के स्वास्थ के लिए अच्छा नहीं है। इससे जो मुँह का लार है वह पेट में चला जाता है और बिना फ़ाइबर के वह अपने सफ़ाई के उद्देश्य को पुरा नहीं कर पाता है। यदि ये पानी गर्म है तो पाचन क्रिया के लिए हानि कारक है।रात भर जब हमारा बाहरी शरीर शिथिल और निद्रा अवस्था में होता है तो शरीर का आंतरिक अंग new creation, degenerate, और elemention के work में सलग्न रहता है। इन सभी कार्यों को करने के प्रक्रिया में कुछ अम्ल शरीर से release होता है जो हमारे लार( silva) में मिल जाता जो आँत के स्वास्थ के लिए बहुत अच्छा है। सुबह क्षारिये फ़ाइबर युक्त तरल पदार्थ लेने से शरीर आसानी से आंतरिक सफ़ाई के प्रक्रिया को पुरा कर लेता है। बेल पत्ता या दुभ घाँस, या अन्य कोई गहरे हरे रंग के पत्ते या herb का जूस लें।कोई guard फ़ैमिली की सब्ज़ी का जूस जिसमें पेठे का जूस सबसे प्रभावी है वह लें। जैसे की
सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। हीकच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें।
इससे शरीर को पानी के साथ फ़ाइबर भी मिल जाता है। जिससे शरीर को सफ़ाई में विशेष सुविधा प्राप्त होता है। स्वास्थ को और बेहतर बनाने हेतु ये महत्व पूर्ण क़दम होगा। प्रतिदिन इसका सेवन करें।
