I have 2 children. I have put on a lot of weight after my c-section delivery. The worst part is that my stomach looks like I am 7 months pregnant. What should I do?

Hi,

Pregnancy involves a whole lot change in the woman's body. Give your body time and it will come back in its original form. You have not mentioned, how long has it been after the delivery of your second child. It is due to a change in hormonal levels in the body that you tend to put weight around your abdomen. Lets briefly look into the working of your body, so as to help you understand and empower you better.

So, basically, when you are pregnant there are 2 hormones progesterone and estrogen that are involved. During pregnancy, the progesterone levels are high to maintain the fetus. This progesterone also acts as an antianxiety and anti-depressant hormone. Now, after the birth of the baby the progesterone levels fall down and these days the new mother is always under stress either due to lack of sleep or rest or other reasons like insufficient support. To deal with this the body produces a stress hormone called Cortisol. This informs the body to store fat for future use. Also, the other reproductive hormone as mentioned earlier, estrogen becomes more dominant. This also tells the body to store fat. So, this explains the biochemistry of the hormonal changes happening in your body. There are a lot of dietary and lifestyle changes that you could do to help your body.

  • Consume a lot of fresh fruits, especially in the morning till 12:00 pm.
  • Eat plenty of greens, raw vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain essential vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals which are involved in various functions in the body.
  • Get rid of all dairy, animal foods, wheat, processed, packed, sugary and oily foods. All of them create a burden on the body. They are difficult to digest and create an acidic environment. They also create a load on the liver which is unable to detoxify and therefore there is a hormonal imbalance.
  • Manage your stress levels by some kind of physical activity, exposure to sunshine, meditation, yoga. All of these help the body produce " happy hormones".
  • It is important for you to sleep well. This helps the body detoxify itself.
  • Eat only when hungry and chew your food slowly.

कारण - प्रेग्नन्सी के बाद पेट मोटा रहना स्वाभाविक है। c सेक्शन के बाद सूजन रहती है।

महिलाओं को थोड़ा धैर्य रखना चाहिए। आपका गर्भाशय अभी भी आपकी गर्भावस्था से बाहर फैला हुआ है। आपके गर्भाशय को वापस सामान्य रूप से सिकुड़ने में समय लगता है, इसलिए धैर्य रखें। गर्भाशय के सिकुड़ने को इवॉल्यूशन (involution) कहा जाता है। उस समय के दौरान जब आपका गर्भाशय इवॉल्यूशन से गुजर रहा होता है, तो आप थोड़ी प्रेग्नेंट दिख सकती हैं। यह सामान्य है।

समाधान - 1.दालचीनी की चाय लें। गुड़ डाल कर।

2. लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

3. सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5. सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। इसे सुबह नाश्ते से पहले और दोपहर खाने से 1घंटे पहले और शाम को 5बजे लें।

मौसम के अनुसार फल लें। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
