Fatty Liver Disease:

In simple terms, fatty liver disease means an accumulation of fat in the cells of the liver. The liver is the largest organ in the human body. It performs the essential function of digesting food, storing energy, regulating blood sugar and cholesterol levels, filtering toxins from the body, and fighting disease and infection

It’s normal to have fat in the liver, but when there is more than 5 to 10 percent fat, it can be considered as fatty liver disease.

Remedy:

Add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water.
Optionally, add a little raw honey.
Drink it 2 times daily, before your meals.
Follow this remedy for a few months.

Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon in a glass of water. Drink it 2 or 3 times a day for several weeks, especially first thing in the morning.
Alternatively, add 2 to 3 chopped lemons to a jar of water. Cover and let it sit for a few hours. Drink this water at regular intervals throughout the day.

Drink 3 to 4 cups of organic green tea, hot or cold, every day to assist with fatty liver disease and protect the liver.

Mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder in 1 to 2 glasses of water and boil it. Drink it twice daily for a couple of weeks.

Grind 5 to 6 dried papaya seeds and mix the powder with 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Take this 2 times a day for 1 month.
Eat a few slices of ripe papaya (optionally add honey) once daily.
Include raw papaya soup and salad in your diet.

Alternatively, mix 1 teaspoon of amla powder in a glass of warm water and drink it twice daily or add to smoothies, drinks, or foods.


Do's and Don'ts

Eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as flaxseed, chia seeds, walnuts and tofu.
Eat detoxifying and liver-repairing superfoods such as broccoli, kale, cauliflower, lemons, beets, Swiss chard, artichoke, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. Chose organic whenever possible. While cooking, lightly steam your vegetables to retain their nutritional value.
Eat more fiber including fibre-rich fruits like apple, guava, raspberries, and so on. However, do not eat fruits in excess as most fruits are high in sugar. Insoluble fiber such as oats and quinoa can also rid toxins and improve liver function.
Avoid spicy and fried foods and fatty meats.

Any acidity causes heat and inflammation throughout the body. Fats / lipids produced by the liver starts sticking to the walls of the internals to buffer this inflammation from touching the walls directly. This overtime creates fat layers causing fatty liver/ stones. Cholestrol is the common lipid that does this job and your blood cholestrol also shows a rise in such conditions. When ur tissues are acidic and thus inflammed the liver gets over active and keeps producing lipids to fight it effects. The nutrition starts sticking together or coagulating or clumping  in the body and also the blood of the body is acidic. 

Another reason for a fatty liver is the constant consumption of oils / animal meats / eggs / fish / dairy. 

Consume a whole food plant based lifestyle with high raw and this will reduce overtime . You can’t detox the liver rapidly.

Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach 

- 500ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice 

- Followed by Green juice or fruit /  any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered  

- More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure  juice 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 

- Followed by a bowl of veg salad if needed or more fruits are fine.

- Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free - millets rice quinoa , oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies

- Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) . Join a yoga or gym and sweat out. We need to eliminate via skin also 

- See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. It’s v imp for healing 

- Ensure that you are deep asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. 

- Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily if time permits to improve the blood circulation in the gut and heal faster 

What to Avoid :- 

- Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils , coooking with oil

- Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . कारण - fatty liver के liye कोई remedie से काम नहीं चलेगा। पूर्ण जीवन शैली में परिवर्तन लाना होगा।

लिवर (जिगर) हमारे शरीर का एक मुख्य आंतरिक अंग होता है, जो शरीर की सबसे बड़ी ग्रंथि और दूसरा सबसे बड़ा अंग होता है। लिवर पित्त का निर्माण करता है, जो वसा के टूटने में मदद करता है। यह रक्त के डिटाक्सिफिकैशन में भी मदद करता है। एक सामान्य लिवर में कुछ फैट ज़रूर होता है, लेकिन कभी-कभी लिवर की कोशिकाओं में अनावश्यक फैट की मात्रा बढ़ जाती है। यह एक गंभीर रोग होता है जिसे आम तौर पर फैटी लिवर के नाम से जाना जाता है। फैटी लिवर विकार मुख्य रूप से दो प्रकार के होते हैं - एल्कोहल फैटी लिवर और गैर एल्कोहल फैटी लिवर। अनुचित आहार के साथ साथ नियमित और अधिक मात्रा में शराब पीना, मोटापा आदि भी फैटी लिवर के लिए कारण हो सकते हैं।अनिद्रा, तनाव और शिथिलता भी इस बीमारी का बड़ा कारण है।

समाधान - सफ़ेद पेठे (ashgurad) का जूस लें। ताड़ा आसन, कटीचक्रआसन, त्रियकताड़ासन, पवन मुक्त आसन करें।

Oil free diet follow करें।

रात 10 से 4 की नींद लें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

 

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से लिवर के ऊपर

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Hi,

The liver is responsible for removal of toxic waste from the body, so the body can work efficiently. Wrong eating habits like excessive intake of alcohol, fried foods, excess processed foods, etc, lead to excess fat, which the body is unable to get rid of . This leads to excess fat deposits in the liver which leads to a fatty liver.

Short term measures

  • Include plenty of raw fruits and vegetables in your regime. They have plenty of fibre, phytonutrients, antioxidant, vitamins & minerals required for various body functions.
  • Consume only fruits till afternoon. The body is in elimination mode, so it is better to support it, and fruits are the best way to do this.
  • Avoid all fried and oily foods. Cook without oil.
  • Do not use animal products, including dairy. If consuming alcohol, please stop immediately.
  • Do not use any packed, processed , sugary foods. All these create an overload on the liver to get rid of toxins created by these foods.

The above mentioned foods which are recommended to avoid create free radicals and are an overload to the system. Instead eat mostly raw and minimum cooked, easily digestible foods.

Lifestyle change

  • Physical activity for atleast 30 mins, everyday.
  • Manage stress and sleep. Body repairs and heals itself during this phase.
  • Chew your food slowly and mindfully. Your digestion process begins in the mouth.
  • Avoid use of unnecessary over the counter medications.

Non Alcoholic fatty Liver due to improper lifestyle and also due to obesity which might be a very common reason for this condition. this condition might be asymptomatic and someone comes to know of this condition when there is a routine check-up done, mainly when you under Liver Function tests. This condition could happen if your liver looks unusual on ultrasound or if you have abnormal liver enzyme test results.

The first line of treatment in this condition is usually to aim at weight management through a combination therapy of a healthy diet and exercise. Losing excess weight could be an effective way to manage this condition. Ideally losing 10 percent weight should be aimed primarily. If someone could aim which could be better.

Some Particular Therapies

  • Manage weight. If you are overweight or obese it is essential that you shed down some kilos which could be a very important requirement in this condition
  • Choose a healthy diet. Choose a healthy diet from fruits, vegetables, whole grains and also one should keep a track of calories.

Hi, there two types of fatty liver,

  1. Alcohol induced fatty liver-due to alcohol consumption.
  2. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease-due to improper lifestyle.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is most commonly diagnosed in those who are obese or sedentary and those who eat a highly processed,preserved food items.

  • Sticking to a healthy, plant-based diet and making regular exercise and yoga as a routine will help.

The following remedies are more beneficial:

  • Ash gourd bottle gourd juice daily 
  • Lemon Juice Honey: Drinking lemon-infused water every day can maintain the C-Vitamin levels in the body, which can help in detoxification.
  • Boil some water pinch of Turmeric ginger and lemon drink Warm.
  • Turmeric is a natural cure for fatty liver, for its effectiveness in killing fat cells and deposits. Curcumin, found in Turmeric is proven to be effective in treating the non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Use turmeric as a tea or a detox drink with lemon and ginger.
  • Indian Gooseberry or Amla a rich source of Vitamin C, it can cure many ailments of the Liver. This anti-oxidant fruit helps in cleansing the liver of toxins and protecting it from further damage.
  • Chew a few pieces of Amla first thing in the morning and swallow the juice/ 1 tbsp of Amla juice with warm water in the morning.
  • 1-2 Cinnamon sticks boil in water Wait for 2-3 minutes and strain, Serve it hot.
