All your health issues are due to hormonal imbalances of the body. These can be changed . These are affected because of the lifestyle choices you make. - Make sure you sleep well. Your body recovers and repairs during this time.
- Avoid all packed, processed, sugary and fried foods. All of them are high in sugar, oil and colouring agents. These all create a hormonal imbalance.
- Chew your food slowly and avoid electronic gadgets while eating. You tend to consume more food than required if you watch an electronic device or if you chew fast. Your brain takes atleast 10-15 minutes to make you realise that you are full.
- Soak in sunshine. Most individuals are deficient in Vitamin D, which the body can easily make when exposed to sun. Vitamin D is an essential component even for weight loss.

After leading a sedentary lifestyle for a long time, pushing the body to do something consistently needs a lot of internal push and forced motivation. Unless you understand why you want to exercise and you need that solution badly, you won’t be able to push yourself even if it’s walking. I suggest you work under a trainer who will take payment to push you everyday to workout. If it’s just you going for evening walks or morning walks, you may not see any benefits .

थायरायड ग्रंथि गले में सांस नली के ऊपर, वोकल कॉर्ड के दोनों ओर दो भागों में होती है। इसका आकार तितली जैसा होता है। ये ग्रंथि थाइराक्सिन नामक हार्मोन बनाती है। इस हार्मोन से शरीर की एनर्जी, प्रोटीन उत्पादन एवं अन्य हार्मोन्स के प्रति होने वाली संवेदनशीलता कंट्रोल होती है। थायराइड की वजह से शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कम हो जाती है इसलिए इसकी वजह से शरीर में कई समस्याएं शुरू हो जाती हैं। यराइड के कारण मेटाबॉलिज्म भी प्रभावित होता है क्योंकि थायरॉक्सिन हमारे मेटाबॉलिज्म को भी कंट्रोल करता है। मेटाबॉलिज्म के प्रभाव के कारण हम जो भी खाते हैं वो पूरी तरह एनर्जी में नहीं बदल पाता और अतिरक्त वसा के रूप में जमा होता रहता है, जिससे वजन बढ़ने लगता है।
