From last few days,feeling extreme fatigue along with leg and back pain,it happened after joining the job where before three months too was in another job where schedule was damn hectic than now,yes i had some improper sleep in past few days where last two days it was good sleep then also feeling extreme fatigue and sudden hunger arises. What is the issue and how to solve?

Fatigue is a common problem that is explained as a feeling of weariness, tiredness or lack of energy. It can be triggered by stress, medication, overwork, or mental and physical illness or disease. In severe cases, it may be one of the symptoms of a more serious psychological or physical disorder. Therefore, it is important to diagnose the condition at an early stage, and treat its root cause.
Fatigue can be caused by any or some of the reasons given ahead: Sleep disturbances such as not enough sleep, too much sleep, sleep apnea, shift work (changing shifts, night shifts) and alcohol can cause fatigue. Exercise disturbances such as lack of exercise, too much exercise (worn out), excessive workload and psychological reasons such as depression (loss of interest, ambition), anxiety, grief and stress are also blamed for causing fatigue

Palpitations
Dizziness or vertigo
Shortness of breath
Lack of energy
Tiredness or exhaustion
Weakness
If you are suffering from problems of fatigue, avoid excessive or physically demanding exercises. Always exercise at half of your stamina. Yoga can be beneficial. Breathing exercises (Pranayama) can also be helpful. Breathe deeply and rhythmically to strengthen the respiration system.

All issues in the body are majorly because of this condition called toxaemia. This is nothing but an excessive collection of toxins in the body. When the body is busy trying to deal with toxins, it will have no time, it will have no energy for your other activities. This is why you feel that you absolutely have a lack of energy to do other daily activities. So the only way to get out of this vicious circle is to initially go high on a liquid diet, the liquids coming from fruits, vegetables and greens, tender coconut, lime water and then slowly including fruits, vegetables and greens. this will also clean you up and improve the energy available for your daily activities. Yes you will start becoming more hungry as body wants more simple sugars like sugars from fruits. Have fruits in abundance when you are hungry. Don't restrict yourself. Just have it on empty stomach and not when your stomach has cooked foods yet to digest.
Rest a lot when body asks for it. Apart from this, you will have to start connecting with nature like exposing yourself to the sun for about 30 minutes, going for a brisk walk, adding yoga and Pranayam to your daily routine. Stress releases cortisol and adrenaline which corrodes the GUT and makes your body even more tired for normal routine as days progress. Practice gratitude compassion and unconditional love. Lead a stressfree life, forgive people who hurt you and forget the hurt that people caused. Find all the happiness that you may have in your heart within yourself and not from external sources.

Kindly help mam, what exact things to include in mine food to solve this body pain and fatigue issue
Below mine routine.
Morning 6:30 wakeup
7:30 -9 kitchen work
9-10:30 bus travel
10:30 to 6:30 office
6:30 to 8 travel
8:15 to 10:30 kitchen work and we stand whole time firing kitchen course
11:30 to 12 i sleep
15 mins pranayam
Turmeric milk and biscuits
Lunch - veg stuffed roti and chilli pickle
Evening snacks dry apricot or kala chana
Dinner - full meal around 9 to 9:30

नमस्ते,
अनियमित दिनचर्या ,खानपान की गड़बड़ी,पर्याप्त नींद का न लेना,पोषण की कमी,अधिक तनाव,अधिक शारीरिक या मानसिक श्रम इत्यादि की वजह से थकान महसूस होती है।
लक्षण- काम में मन न लगना,शरीर में दर्द की समस्या,ध्यान केंद्रित न कर पाना,बार-बार नींद आना,भूख न लगना,धुंधला दिखना,मांसपेशियों में कमजोरी,चक्कर आना,सिर दर्द की समस्या।
आपको निम्नलिखित चीजों का पालन करना चाहिए-
- नीद -रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें इसे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं कोशिकाओं की टूट-फूट की मरम्मत होती है शरीर तनाव मुक्त होता है प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें हाथों की दीवारें फैलती हैं जोशी पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं ।
- रोज नारियल पानी ,एलोवेरा ,अनार या चुकंदर के जूस का सेवन करें इससे शरीर में अम्ल एवं क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है शरीर ऊर्जावान रहता है।
- प्रतिदिन भोजन में 50% मौसमी फल 35% हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां 10% साबुत अनाज 5% सूखे मेवों का सेवन करें इससे शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोषण हो प्राप्त होता है यह हल्के एवं सुपाच्य होते हैं।
- प्यास लगने पर मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे हुए जल को बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें ,इससे शरीर में नमी बरकरार रहती है ,सभी अंग सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करते हैं ।
- सप्ताह में कम से कम 1 दिन उपवास रहें ,इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं ,शरीर के समस्त अंगों को आराम मिलता है।
- एक सूती कपड़े में सरसों ,सेंधा नमक एवं बालू लेकर पोटली बना लें, तवे पर सरसों का तेल रखकर गर्म करें , गर्मा गर्म पोटली से दर्द वाली जगहों की 5 से 15 मिनट तक सिकाई करें ( दिन में दो से तीन बार)इससे रक्त संचार बढ़ता है दर्द में आराम मिलता है।
- प्रसन्न चित्त रहे खुलकर हंसे, सकारात्मक सोचें।
- प्रतिदिन कपालभाति, अनुलोम विलोम ,भस्त्रिका एवं भ्रामरी प्राणायाम का अभ्यास करें ,इससे शरीर पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति शरीर को होती है, शरीर ऊर्जावान बनाता है।
- ताड़ासन, भुजंगासन ,शलभासन ,चक्रासन ,पश्चिमोत्तानासन एवं सूर्य नमस्कार का अभ्यास करें इससे शरीर में खिंचाव होता है रक्त संचार बढ़ता है शरीर ऊर्जावान बना रहता है,
नोट -योग का अभ्यास अनुभवी योग एवं नेचुरोपैथी फिजीशियन के निर्देशन में ही करें।

Fruits like apple, pomegranate, avocado, chikoo, orange, banana, like this seasonal fruits can be consumed. Also fiber vegetables like potato, sweet potato, yan cane be consumed along with sprouts.
