Somethings come genetically. We must be happy with what we are born with. Unless you have a lifestyle issue, u really can’t fix the physical aspects of the body. However, physical fitness can help in contributing to growth in kids during their growing age. You can try swimming, play basketball, skipping, do yogasanas that will help in spine stretch such as vrukshasana. I am not sure if this will make you gain a few inches. Might add a few mm. My advice is to focus your attention on other things that might be of more importance in your life.
From a lifestyle perspective:
Have fruits till noon
Salads in the afternoon for lunch
Have whole food plant-based Millets cooked oil-free.for dinner.
Enjoy your time out admiring the sun and other natural elements, spend time outside doing pranayama and admire the Vayu or air. Connect yourself to the earth by doing some gardening. Things like this will divert your mind to other useful things that can really help you stay healthy. Staying positive in life will attract positivity around you. Someone wise said “when you start taking care of yourself, you start to feel better, you start looking better and you start to attract better. It all starts within you. You are the only one with yourself, don’t hate it, enjoy the present and your company as is.”

आप की लंबाई के हिसाब से आपका वजन 56 से 60 किलो के बीच होना चाहिए जो कि खानपान पर निर्भर करता है,
जहां तक लंबाई बढ़ने का सवाल है, यह अधिकतर आनुवंशिकता पर निर्भर करता है वैसेे आपका उम्र अभी कम है अतः अभी लंबाई एवं शरीर का वजन बढ़ने की संभावना है।
आपको निम्नलिखित जीवनशैली का पालन करना चाहिए-
- नींद- रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद आवत से लें इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं कोशिकाओं की टूट-फूट की मरम्मत होती है।
- सूर्योदय के पश्चात 45 मिनट धूप में रहें इससे शरीर में आवश्यक विटामिन लेकर आपूर्ति होती है शरीर के सभी अंतः स्रावी ग्रंथियां सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करती है।
- प्रतिदिन अनार, एलोवेरा ,नारियल पानी या चुकंदर के जूस का सेवन करें इससे शरीर में अम्ल एवं क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है
- प्रतिदिन भोजन में 50% ताजे मौसमी फल 35% हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां 10% साबुत अंकुरित अनाज एवं 5% सूखे मेवे का प्रयोग करें इससे शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोषण प्राप्त होता है शरीर के सभी अंग सुचारू रूप से कार्य करते हैं।
- प्रतिदिन दो से तीन केले का सेवन करें वजन बढ़ाने में सहायक है।
- प्रतिदिन प्रातः काल दौड़े ,रस्सी कूदें।
- प्रतिदिन सर्वांगासन, भुजंगासन, त्रिकोणासन एवं सूर्य नमस्कार का अभ्यास करें इससे शरीर का संचार बढ़ता है,अंतः स्रावी ग्रंथियां भी सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करती है।

निषेध -रात्रि जागरण ,सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल, टेलीविजन, कंप्यूटर का उपयोग, नशीली वस्तु का सेवन।
For increasing height do exercise daily and this should include jumping.
Play lot of games like volleyball/ basket ball.
Together with this have more nutritional foods which should be rich in protein and calcium and vitamins.you can take fat rich foods also since you to increase weight. Get good sleep and avoid too much unnecessary thinking. Do yoga daily.
