Acidity problem is very common in adults because of their sedentary lifestyle and excessive outside food consumption. this food increases pitta content in the stomach which leads acidity 

Naturally it's curable follow these tips to stay fit 
 

  • Avoid pitta pacifying food items like oily substances, street food, maida and animal products 
  • Avoid unnecessary eating habits 
  • Drink water after 1 Hour of meal 
  • Drink aloe vera juice in the morning 
  • Go for walk early morning and suryanamaskar for 30 minutes 
  • Keep your body hydrated all day
  • Add more salade before meal 
  • Consume seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet

Dear health seeker Upasana  ,The  root cause of all diseases acidity,   or of  total  gastrointestinal  diseases including, is 'Dyspepsia ',whose  management  through  basic nature cure requires  total  discipline and  entire  reforms of  eating habits in general and complete  lifestyle  changes are  warranted. You will have to follow the  eternal laws governing our organism  will  definitely  ensure freedom from all diseases symptoms including  your specific  stomach ailments,acidity, . Please follow as under:-
   1 ensure to  eat only when sufficient  true  hunger is there to  digest the  food eaten. We must  eat to  live  and not  live to eat 
2.As a  start  drink  any  alkaline  juice either of the following, ashgourd, bilva patra  banana pith. 
  3.Sun bathing in early morning sun for  25 to 30 minutes, followed by spinal bath or  full bath 
4..Some simple  yogic  aasanas 
5..A  wet  pack over abdomen for 20 minutes 
   6..Fruit salads or  vegetables salads in  breakfast 
   7..Conservatively  cooked  vegetables and  raw  salads with  enough  coconut scrappings 
8...Fruit  juice  at or  around  4PM if  there's  a  sufficiency of  hunger, if not then avoid 
9..Conservatively  cooked  vegetables plus  one or two roti or small quantity of rice 
10..Abdomen wet pack  for  20 minutes 
   
11,Say your prayers 
12..Sleep on a  hard bed 
13..Needless to  mention that  avoid all  enervating foods such  as fried, refined, processed, bottled, tinned ,milk and milk products, eggs meat  ,and  habits 
   You may take as many months to get rid of your affliction for as many years you are undergoing this  trouble. 
   A  very nice and  healthy life is there,  waiting in the wings.

एसिडिटी के कारण-

हमारा पेट आमतौर पर गैस्ट्रिक एसिड का उत्पादन करता है जो पाचन में मदद करता है. इन एसिड के संक्षारक प्रभाव प्रोस्टाग्लैंडिंस और प्राकृतिक बाइकार्बोनेट के उत्पादन से संतुलित होते हैं जो श्लेष्म अस्तर में स्रावित होते हैं. यह पेट की भीतरी परत को नुकसान पहुंचाता है और एसिडिटी का कारण बनता है. एसिडिटी का कारण बनने वाले अन्य कारकों में शामिल हैं:

  • मांसाहारी और मसालेदार भोजन का सेवन करना.
  • अत्यधिक तनाव.
  • बहुत अधिक शराब का सेवन करना.
  • बार-बार धूम्रपान करना
  • पेट के ट्यूमर, गैस्ट्रोइसोफेगल रिफ्लक्स बीमारी और पेप्टिक अल्सर जैसे पेट के डिसऑर्डर है.
  • एनएसएआईडी (नॉन-स्टेरायडल एंटी इंफ्लेमेटरी दवाएं)

एसिडिटी होने के लक्षण -

 

* पेट, छाती व गले में जलन होना,

* खट्टी डकारें आना,

* डकार के साथ-साथ गले में खट्टा व तीखा पानी आना,

* कभी-कभी उल्टी भी हो सकती है,

* अपच, कब्ज व दस्त की शिकायत,

 

आपको निम्नलिखित जीवनशैली का पालन करना चाहिए-

 

  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी ,नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें, इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं।

 

  • भोजन में 50% मौसमी फल 35% ताजी हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां 10% अंकुरित अनाज एवं 5% सूखे मेवे का प्रयोग करें शरीर को संतुलित मात्रा में पोषक तत्वों की प्राप्ति होती है ।

 

  • सप्ताह में कम से कम 1 दिन उपवास रहें इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं पाचन अंगों को आराम मिलता है।

 

  • खीरे में काफी मात्रा में पानी होता है जो कि शरीर को हाइड्रेट रखता है, खीरा शरीर के लिए कई तत्वों की भरपाई करता है, खीरा एसिड रिफ्लक्स को कम करता है जिससे एसिडिटी की समस्या में कमी आती है।

 

  • चोकर सहित आटे की रोटी खाने से एसिडिटी और गैस में फायदा होता है।

 

  • अदरक के रस में थोड़ा-सा सेंधा नमक और भुना हुआ जीरा मिलाकर मिश्रण बनाएं और इसका सेवन करें।

निषेध-जानवरों सेे प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ, चाय काफी चीनी मिठाईयां मैदा वसा से बनी हुई चीजें डिब्बाबंंद भोज्य पदार्थ, चिंता ,तनाव, रात्रि जागरण ,सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल, टेलीविजन ,कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग।

Acidity buildup in the stomach and reflux is definitely curable. Due to an incorrect lifestyle, accumulation of toxins would have become the breeding ground for a lot of bacteria and viruses in the body. This weakens your gut and weakens the liver which becomes a storeroom for the pile of toxins. Anything that does not belong to category of fruits veggies and greens goes to the list of toxins - bad smells , chemicals medicines anything. Overtime bile becomes less potent and this taxes thestomach and strength of HCL in the stomach becomes less. As that becomes less , this can increase the acidity of the stomach due to other bad acids and bacteria that’s thriving. So the acid reflux happens in some cases when this buildup causes weakness in the oesophageal valve. It’s not the HCL of the body which actually is protecting you. It’s other things that’s not supposed to be there comes out burning your oesophageal lining and GUT 

-Do the following for 10 days :-

 

1) quit dairy eggs meat fish

2) quit sugar processed foods and ready to eat foods. Refined oils and anything that is polished. You should also avoid all kinds of fried food and oil in your cooked food. 

3) drink 500ml of pure cucumber juice on empty stomach daily morning 

4) next hunger 500 ml of ashgourd juice 

5) tender coconut for whole day 

5) repeat this 4,5 for 3 days and stay on only juices. 

 

If u feel like vomiting, it’s fine. Don’t worry. That’s expected. Continue juicing.

Continue to keep a wet cloth . Rinse every 1 hr and continue to drink. Expose your bare torso to the morning sun for 1 hr .You will see things falling in place already by then.

 

-Follow a raw juicy fruits and juicy veg diet for a month after that with juicing.

 

-After a month, do the same juices till 12 and then next hunger fruits that are juicy like watermelon. Continue only such fruits and juices till dinner.

Keep your stomach as less busy as possible without any solids but flooding with liquids as this helps your bad acids clear up. Add cooked for night - gluten free oil free spice free. Continue wet cloth daily for 30mins, sun bath for 30 mins. Avoid the following for life - dairy eggs meat fish sugar wheat oils packaged foods etc. the more you are on raw, the better.

Acidity is a common stomach problem which occurs when there's an  excess secretion of gastric acid in the stomach. Unhealthy lifestyle and wrong eating habits is one if the major cause for acidity and related disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. lifestyle modification and change in food habits are very important to prevent acidity at any time.Here are some of the advice you may follow ;

 

• Always stick with the whole plant based diet for better health. Nature has blessed us with ample of fruits and vegetables from where one can always get all the required nutrients to maintain a good state of health. Include fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts in your everyday menu.

• Eat-in smaller quantity. Overeating or heavy meals can trigger acidity. One way to maintain the balance is to eat only when you're hungry. 

• Do not lie down right after eating your meal or bend foreword,instead just sit idly for a while. 

• Follow regular eating time. Maintaining a long gap between each meal can lead to excess gastric acid secretion triggering acidity.

• Chewing a slice of ginger or drinking a ginger juice or tea for several times a day can help neutralise the acidity.

• Add a few fennel seeds in water and boil them. Drink it for two times a day. You may also chew them.

• Pineapple juice is highly recommended for acidity due to the bromelain present in it which helps in controlling the acid.

• Add dietary fibres in your plate, consume more fruits and vegetables 

• Avoid spicy, oily junk foods, carbonated drinks or sodas, caffeinated drinks, smoking and drinking alcohol.

 • Utilise 45 minutes to an hour a day for physical fitness. This will help maintain your body structure, improve metabolism and reduce stress.
