I am suffering from eczema on my hand and as we all know its a non curable diseases. Suddenly i observed the same around my lips also and now i am afraid that if it will occur on my lips also. I am starting losing my self confidence also. What to do?

Eczema can be completely cured. Your skin may be dry. That's why you are likely to be suffering from eczema. Apply coconut oil immediately after taking bath on the areas affected by eczema. Have lots of fruits and raw vegetables.Though it may some take time completely it would get healed . Steam bath/sun bath also would help you. Avoid staying long time in ac rooms.

नमस्ते,
एक्जिमा त्वचा मेंं नमी की कमी, अनुवांशिकता,  जीन में परिवर्तन, मौसम परिवर्तन ,त्वचा मेंं जलन, एलर्जी, दूध से बने हुए भोज्य पदार्थों के सेवन के सेवन,अनियमित दिनचर्या, खानपान  की गड़बड़िया , दूषित पदार्थों के शरीर से बाहर न निकल पाने, तमाम प्रकार केेे कृत्रिम रसायनिक एवं शैंपू का प्रयोग , कृत्रिम धागों से बने हुए वस्त्र धारण करना,इत्यादि वजह से होते हैं ।

  • नींद- रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटेे की नींद अवश्य लें इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुनेे पानी, नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंतों की दीवारें फैलती हैं ,दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं।
  • प्रतिदिन एलोवेरा नारियल पानी या लौकी के जूस सेवन करें, इससे शरीर में अम्ल एवं छार का संतुलन बना रहता है।
  • प्रतिदिन भोजन में 80% मौसमी फल एवं हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों का प्रयोग करें ,इनका पाचन आसानी से होता है , शरीर में अम्ल एवं क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है ,शरीर के सभी अंग सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करते हैं।
  • प्यास लगने पर मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे हुए जल को बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें इससे शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में जल की आपूर्ति होती है शरीर में नमी बरकरार रहती है ।
  • सप्ताह में कम से कम 1 दिन उपवास रहें इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं पाचन अंगों को आराम मिलता है।
  • नारियल के तेल में प्राकृतिक रूप से एंटीबैक्टीरियल व एंटीइंफ्लेमेटरी गुण मौजूद होते हैं, त्वचा संबंधी बीमारियों से छुटकारा दिला सकती है और उन्हीं बीमारियों में से एक एक्जिमा भी है, इसे त्वचा पर लगाने से बैक्टीरिया के प्रभाव को कम किया जा सकता है।एलोवेरा के हरे परत को हटाकर सफेद मांसल भाग के जेल को प्रभावित जगह पर लगाएं,जेल ठंडक के साथ-साथ खुजली की समस्या से भी राहत दिला सकता है। इस प्रकार एक्जिमा सेरस छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है।
  • प्रतिदिन कपालभाति ,अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम का अभ्यास करें,शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति  शरीर को होती है ।

No, you are mistaken. Eczema is a lifestyle issue and can be perfectly healed. I am a living example and so is my daughter. We are free of all skin and respiratory issues.

All the issues in the body are because of toxemia or accumulation of toxins. When toxins accumulate the body tends to rot there itself against the toxins  and body reacts with an inflammation. This causes symptoms that many try to suppress with chemicals.

If the lifestyle is free of adding toxins on a daily basis, the internally collected toxins will start cleaning and skin will clear too. Skin is also the largest organ and cleaning takes a bit more longer than others.

I had similar issues for long plus much more. If they are suppressed, the itch will go but those foreign particles can get into any organ. Body has to eliminate the foreign particles and this is trying via skin because other excretory organs are sluggish and weak in your body due to many years of wrong lifestyle filled with possible dairy eggs meat fish sugar refined oils fried food , three times cooked foods, festivals sweets and fried, outside packaged foods, coffee tea or alcohol , negativities such as hate anger ego jealousy etc which are common in daily lives. If you have had food that’s consistently poor in nutrition and life, how will the skin breathe ?

Take bath only with cold water the head alone in all weathers. And Luke warm for body in cold weathers.

3)Sun bath for 1 hr in the early morning first rays of the sun

4) Avoid all forms of plastic usage in foods , microwave , Teflon aluminium and such things , avoid all forms of cosmetics. Just plain water wash and my body wash will do which is what I do too. I have healed from urticaria a similar skin

5)coming to diet - You need to flood your body with tender coconut water / veg juices for all your day if itching is severe . Don’t take medicine at any cost. Fast on liquids for one full day every week . Switch to juices for breakfast , raw fruits for lunch , veg salads for dinner. Avoid all forms of cooked salt oil for 6-8 weeks for complete cleansing of the system. I took almost a year to heal. I was on juice fasts when my issue was severe. You will continue to get itches when ur on this diet, it’s a sign of junk coming out form the skin. So don’t panic and think it’s increasing. Avoid itching. Switch to liquids when its unbearable. That’s ur mantra on skin issues.

You must say goodbye to all forms of animal products - dairy, meat eggs fish , sugar wheat maida oil outside packed foods , fried food etc . So remember you can’t have food in functions when ur healing. Once completely healed , u still cannot have animal products wheat maida fried and sugar. White poisons are dairy sugar and maida

6) water enema is a must daily till you heal. Buy a kit and look for videos and do it daily after your morning potty. Consult an expert when u start

7)You can use some coconut oil and apply a wet thick cloth in places where you think u can’t bear.

8) You have to learn to heal with the above only and trust the body. Do not supress the symptoms

9) you have to develop a positive attitude for veryone around you. You cannot have hatred in your heart. It literally burns u. You have to listen to people like bk Shivani / Sadguru / Louise hay and such people and remove all negativity and burden ur carrying. Learn to live like flowing water. Forgive everyone around you

10) yoga and majorly pranayama is a must to make ur cells breathe

You will continue to get itches on and off . By that time you will know how to manage if it happens. The tank has to become empty to be free forever.

Eczema is a skin condition where parts of the skin become inflamed, itchy, red, cracked, and rough. It is found in patches. Sometimes these manifest into blisters. At times these are Atopic or it might be due to defective immune system which might occur as atopic dermatitis, bronchial asthma etc. Dermatitis is referred to inflammation of the skin.

There are incidences where this eczema could occur if you are on long term medications for hypertension, diabetes or any other chronic conditions.

Some environmental factors like pollen, smoke or long exposure to dyes especially people working in leather industries are more prone to it.

Eczema is not a contagious skin condition

Some Natural ways to manage it

  1. Application of Aloe Vera gel – Aloe Vera gel is said to antibacterial and antimicrobial, immune-enhancing and best natural wound healer
  2. Avoid Chemical-based soaps which could trigger or aggravate the skin conditions
  3. Potato Paste application- Take few potatoes and make it into a paste with a help of mixture grinder and apply over the skin and expose yourself to early morning/evening sunlight
  4. Rice Starch application with Neem leaves – You may take a brown rice or black rice and boil it to the starch consistency and add some tender neem leaves and allow it to cool and then apply over the affected areas and expose the skin after application to sunlight for 30-40 minutes
  5. Steam bath – Steam bath in naturopathy could be a effective treatment. Caution to be taken that you might have take this treatment under the guidance of a registered naturopath.
  6. Application of Coconut Oil – take some fresh coconut milk and boi it until it turns into oil and then once the oil is formed that could be applied to affected areas and sun exposure could be given for 30-40 minutes before washing it
  7. Turmeric Application – Turmeric ( Curcuma aromatic ) application could be helpful as well.
  8. Dietary Changes – Adding anti-inflammatory and immune-enhancing fruits and vegetables could be a bonus to the above-mentioned treatments. Green leafy vegetables, lentils, beans, turmeric, cinnamon, colorful fruits, and vegetables could be additional benefits to the treatments above. Avoid artificial ingredients, junk foods, carbonated drinks, unwanted medications, etc
  9. Reduce stress – Reduce stress through Meditation and yoga could also be helpful in case of some eczema conditions
