After C section the muscles on the abdomen becomes lax, this happens due to pressure on the abdominal wall going through stretch due to our baby and the reducing. In normal delivery gaining your abdominal strength back becomes easier than C section. Even due to stitches it becomes difficult for the abdominal muscles to stretch more.
By working on your diet and exercise it becomes easier to achieve that goal of Flat abdomen.
What kind of diet do you need to start with?
Start your day with a warm water wash and have at least 2-3 glasses of water and give your stomach a wash, the next thing you need to do is start with brisk walking for at least 45 minutes by keeping your hands at heart level. Include in your breakfast things like sprouts, vegetable juice, one fruit, and a few nuts. This will help you to increase metabolism throughout the day and give you energy.
Your lunch should be a mixture of carbohydrates with a high amount of proteins, include legumes and pulses for good protein intake. With protein, our muscle-building exercise becomes faster. Your dinner should be light and finish by 7 pm choose something like soup or legumes porridge.

I underwent a C-sec for my second child. I was obese with and without it too. The tummy and weight gain are not because of C-sec. It's because of what you ate and your overall lifestyle. You can perfectly do any exercises after 8 weeks of postpartum. The suggestions here will help your baby also grow in a healthy way. Your breast milk will be cleaner and less acidic. My advice is to wait for another 6 months as you have done surgery. There are a lot of simple ways to reduce tummy fat and reduce weight.
Now simply you do some walking and simple exercises without disturbing your abdomen.
These things you may take now strictly after consulting with your personal doctor /qualified naturopathy doctor only since your other health conditions are not known.
- Steam bath/sauna bath weekly once.
- Sunbath monthly once
- Full wet sheet pack 15 days once.
Diet advise at present
More fresh fruits and raw vegetables and lot of green vegetables
Drink more water
Try to avoid tea/coffee
Avoid snacks especially fried ones/fast foods.
Avoid Chocolate and ice cream.
