I have both pcod and kidney stone and low bone density and body strength. The diet I take for pcod is not good for my stone as i m not allowed to eat protein because of stone. I am getting weak day by day. Unable to understand that how should i cope up with both the issues?

Proteins are not necessary. We need amino acids Naina. That's good for both your stones and PCOD.

PCOS is a result of the body malfunctioning due to lifestyle. Once the lifestyle is corrected and back on track, the body gets back to normal too. Whether it was emotional stress or physical stress and wrong food choices, a sedentary lifestyle, they all help each other mess the body’s normal functioning. I believe that people who are disciplined can reverse it in a few months. But this is a lifestyle and not a diet. Cysts are growths in the body that store toxins in it. Cysts are at the hardening stage of a disease progression in the body. If those toxins were roaming freely, it would have caused more damage. It’s hence the way of locking those toxins and viruses in a sack. Once a healthy plant-based lifestyle is followed, they will melt and be thrown out of the body. Your weight will also come under control once you remove the causes that have caused this imbalance.

Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood at least 300 times per hr. They excrete the metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food wastes. People who consume medicines, stimulants like tea, coffee, tax their kidneys considerably. Wastes like Urea, Uric acid, creatinine and byproducts of metabolic waste from excess proteins , excess salts, excess sugar ( due to sugar or carb metabolism that did not get used by the cells in cases of diabetes and glycosuria for expelling glucose from urine), excess acid from the blood that was generated to keep the blood alkaline, bad habits like excess water everything is expelled by the kidneys.

Due to wrong living habits over a long period of time, kidneys filters get clogged and inflamed and develop congestion. If you don’t wash your tea filter, then imagine what happens to your tea? It remains outside the filter and can’t be filtered to the mug. To remove that plaque, you need to take extra steps, isn’t it? So you have a lot of waste in the blood that is constantly getting collected and poor filters are still working. If you continue your current living habits of food medicines or various aspects like this, it can lead to CKD or chronic kidney disease and in such cases dialysis will be the only way bcoz a machine will need to filter the blood and be sent back to the body bcoz the kidney have lost their ability to filter. God has been very graceful and gave us 2 kidneys, but we have been misusing his generosity. It’s very important that she realizes that her lifestyle has to change drastically - 180degree Ulta direction to recover from this condition and it’s definitely possible. We hardly have cases that have naturally recovered from a dialysis level, but we do have people who have recovered from stones.

So like I said kidneys get inflamed ( swollen ) and bleeding can also happen. Stones and other injuries are common.

Stones is an occurrence where the inhibitors of the formation of crystals are not present or have been less because of living conditions. So this pebble-like concentration is usually composed of mineral salts. Such people in the initial stages if their urine was collected as a sample would have found pus and blood also. Gravels can also be seen. It’s not an overnight symptom when you experienced this even for the first time. Stones have continued to become larger and larger. In many cases, these are passed via the bladder. Until it reaches the bladder there is a pain and once it’s in the bladder pain reduces. Sometimes if the lifestyle is not changed the stone can become bigger and bigger to even come to the bladder. This damages the mucosa lining in the kidneys.

Even if it’s surgically removed, the body condition is still capable of producing stones because the lymphatic is still toxic and thick.

The body must be about 80% alkaline and only 20% acidic. If we become too acidic from our diets and lifestyle, we create a condition that leads to stone formation and inflammation.

To reverse this, we need to alkalize and make it anti-inflammatory. This will break and liquify the calcium deposits, cellulite and lipid/fat-based stones. You will need a diet rich in raw fruits, vegetables. If not, you won’t get the alkaline electrolytes to neutralize the acids. Dehydration also compounds the acidosis in the body.

For the stones to melt:-

Go on a 100% raw fruit and vegetable diet.

Or to make it deeper and faster - go on a 100% fruit diet.

Along with this around 2 liters of fruit juices and vegetable juices

Long term lifestyle changes:-

Morning on an empty stomach

  • Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice/cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetables like ash gourd /cucumber/ridge gourd/bottle gourd/carrot/ beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice.

Afternoon from 12:-

  • A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus fruits alone

  • Followed by a bowl of veg salad.

  • Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten-free, oil-free, unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies.

  • Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the frequency, this is not a substitute for a daily nature call. Consult an expert as needed.

  • Include some exercises that involve moving all your parts (neck, shoulder, elbows, wrist, hip bending twisting, squats, knees, ankles). Join a gym and start weight training. Do yoga for flexibility.

  • See if u can go to the morning sun for at least 30 mins in a day.

  • Ensure that you are asleep between 10 pm -2 pm which is when the body needs deep sleep.

  • Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily.

What to Avoid:-

  • Avoid refined oils, fried food, packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt, and sugar, gluten, refined oils, coffee, tea, and alcohol.

  • Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. The present is inevitable. The future can be planned. Stay happy, happiness is only inside yourself. Do not worry you have come to the right forum, here you will be guided towards the right type of diet. It is true when the diet is towards kidney stone then protein intake needs to be altered. So here is the diet which you can follow for the betterment of your health.

Start your day with warm water and methi seeds this will give your metabolism a good boost and help in regulating your menstrual cycle and will make sure your cycles are in control. Then you can also continue with a brisk walk of 45 minutes so that your exercise is in order as cardio exercises help in losing weight.

One myth which needs to be cleared here is whenever we deal with protein intake in kidney stone the protein which is restricted is through animals, for example, protein diet coming from meat and not a plant-based protein that obstructs in the diet of kidney stone. Then for plant-based protein intake, carry on food intake such as green vegetables, lentils, almonds and tofu you can trust these for the intake of protein.

The next thing you need to pay attention to is your water intake which should be 5-6 liters for a day. Give a good time to exercise as this will help in toning up for the whole body, make sure you do at least 45 minutes, squats, pull-ups,   and push-ups.

In the meanwhile, you could make the following changes.

  • This includes the removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed, oily and sugary foods. This creates an overload of toxins and disturbs the balance of the body.
  • Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body.
  • Consume vegetable juice like those of cucumber, ash gourd, etc they are alkaline in nature
  • Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones, and in a relaxed state, the body can repair and heal.
  • Manage stress either by some physical activity or deep breathing. This calms the body down. This helps the body to repair and heal.

कारण - पॉली सिस्टिक ओवरी सिंड्रोम'। इसमें महिला के गर्भाशय में मेल हार्मोन androgen का स्तर बढ़ जाता है परिणामस्वरूप ओवरी में सिस्ट्स बनने लगते हैं। 

हार्मोनल असंतुलन, मोटापा या तनाव के कारण उत्पन्न होती हैं। साथ ही यह जैनेटिकली भी होती है। शरीर में अधिक चर्बी होने की वजह से एस्ट्रोजन हार्मोन की मात्रा बढ़ने लगती है।

गुर्दे की पथरी (किडनी स्टोन) mineral और salt से बनी एक ठोस जमावट होती है। उनका माप रेत के दाने जितना छोटा से लेकर गोल्फ की गेंद जितना बड़ा हो सकता है। वे आपके गुर्दे में रह सकती हैं।

शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता से ये दोनो समस्या हो रही है।  तनाव, अनिद्रा से भी ऐसा हो सकता है।

शरीर में पोषक तत्व की कमी से कमज़ोरी आ सकती  है। रस फ़ाइबर युक्त भोजन लें।

सही आहार, नियमित व्यायाम और लाइफस्टइल में सुधार कर के इस समस्या को रोका जा सकता है।

समाधान - उज्जायी प्राणायाम, अनुलोम विलोम,

पवन मुक्त आसन करें। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें।

जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
