- To prevent thyroid naturally stick with a healthy diet and physical activities like walking, jogging, swimming, and Yoga, etc.
- Avoid coffee and tea.
- Avoid fatty, fried and preserved food items.

Your values seem ok, except for T4. Your TSH seems fine. It has to be verified with other symptoms as well and physical examination of your gland is also important. Sometimes in case of stress, the values may go a little high because of variations of hormones and when the body is back in its normal state you might get the correct reading.
