I have a long distance vision problem. How can I improve my eye sight?

Long sight and short sight refractory error in eyes are common,  Eyesight is getting deteriorated due to improper lifestyle and diet pattern. 

One of the best ways to take care of your eyes is to take care of the rest of your body. Healthy choices with diet sleep patterns, and exercise, as well as seeing the doctor for regular checkups and practising good hygiene, can keep your body and your eyes in good shape. Is necessary to change your lifestyle and diet.

  • Change in diet and lifestyle will help to improves not only in eye sight helps to improve overall health. 
  • Increase the intake of more fresh fruits and vegetables. Especially fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin A, C. 
  • vitamin A helps to protect the surface of the eye (cornea), which has vital role in good vision. Vitamin A, com other antioxidant vitamins, also appears to play a role in decreasing the risk of vision loss by macular degeneration. (AMD).
  • Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant protect your eyes against damaging free radicals and help to lower your risk of developing cataracts, a condition that causes your eye to become cloudy and impairs vision  
  • Advise taking carrot, beetroot, papaya & apricots etc. Which are a rich source of vitamin A. Helps to improve vision.
  • Green leafy vegetables are also rich in antioxidants and carotenoids which help to keep the retina healthy. 
  • Consume more nuts, whole grains and legumes they are rich in omega 3, bioflavonoid and micronutrients like zinc selenium etc. Which prevent retinal damage and improves vision. 
  • Avoid non-vegetarian. 
  • Avoid milk and milk products.
  • Avoid fried, spicy, fatty foods.
  • Avoid polished rice, Maida and sugar. 
  • Avoid tea, coffee and other canned preserved beverages.

 Physical Activities:

  • Do regular physical activities which help in normal metabolism and absorption of nutrients. 
  • Regular walking, jogging and swimming etc. to improve your metabolic rate.
  • Playing outdoor games and Doing physical activities regularly helps to maintain a normal healthy weight and avoid obesity.
  • Eye exercise: Do regular eye exercises. Like up and down movements. Right and left, diagonal movement, rotation on clockwise and anti-clockwise. Helps to improve blood circulation and improves vision. 
  • Do regular Yoga

Asanas like, Tadasana, vriskhasana, Sarvangasana, sirsasana, Bhujangasana etc.

Pranayama like, Nadi Shuddhi, Bhramarui and Ujjayi.

Do Neti and trataka under proper guidance.

  • Applying a cold compress and mud pack applications helps to Relieves eye strain due to reading. 
  • Avoid the use of more electronic gadgets and screens like TV, PC etc
  • Take proper sleep at least 6-7 hours.
  • Reading should be in proper light.  Avoid reading in dim light.

कारण - आँखों में दूर दृष्टि दोष आँखों में प्रदाह (inflammation) के वजह से ऐसा हो सकता है। रक्त संचार में अवरोध और ऑक्सिजन का प्रवाह में कमी से ऐसा हो जाता है।आँखों की समस्या मिनरल की कमी को दर्शाता है। ये सभी प्रतिक्रिया ख़राब हाज़मा के कारण होता है। शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता से ऑक्सिजन प्रवाह और रक्त संचार में कमी आती है। शरीर में मिनरल की कमी और पोषक तत्व की कमी होती है।

समाधान - 1. आँखों का व्यायाम करें।

आँखों को दाएँ से बाएँ और बाएँ से दाएँ करें गर्दन हिलाएँ नहीं। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। अब आँखों को ऊपर से नीचे और नीचे से ऊपर करें गर्दन को हिलाना नहीं है। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें।घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में घुमाएँ फिर आँखों को बंद कर के आराम दें। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। जल्दी जल्दी आँखों को खोलें बंद करें 5 बार फिर आँख को बंद कर के खोले अब त्राटक क्रिया करें।अपने नाक के सीधी दिशा में एक मोमबत्ती जलाएँ। एक हाथ की दूरी रखें अब उस लो को देखें 5 मिनट तक फिर देखें फिर आँख बंद करके आराम करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करें। 

2. आँख पर गुलाब जल की गीली पट्टी रखें। उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया पत्ता का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट बाद हटा लें। 

3. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

4. मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

5. सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

6. कच्चे कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

7. पके हुए खाने में नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक  की मात्रा पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

8. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

9. जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

10. हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
