Pancreatitis is the infection or inflammation of the pancreas. It happens when digestive enzymes start digesting the pancreas itself. Pancreatitis could be acute or chronic in nature. Either form could lead to sure complications. Acute pancreatitis occurs suddenly and usually goes away in a few days with treatment.
There are various types of diabetes but the most common are type 1, type 2 and gestational (during pregnancy).
Type 1 diabetes: here the body’s immune system is not functioning properly and attacks the beta cells of the pancreas that produce insulin. This type of diabetes is often seen in families.
Type 2 diabetes: cells that respond to insulin become resistant (desensitized) to it. Insulin is what safely transports the sugar into our cells, so this means that diabetics who are untreated will have elevated blood sugar. • Always go for a whole plant-based diet which includes ample fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts. High fibrous fruits and vegetables such as peas, beans, broccoli, spinach, and dark leafy vegetables should be included in one's diet.
Also, pulses with husk and sprouts are a healthy option and should be part of the diet. Brans, cereals, oats meals, millets, seeds and but should be an essential part of your diet.
• Omega 3 fatty acids should be consumed as they have a beneficial effect on blood sugar and many other cardiovascular diseases. Natural sources for these are canola oil, flaxseed, chia seeds, and walnuts, etc. These are also low in cholesterol and are trans fat-free.

10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो।
जीवन शैली- 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से
घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

I don’t know what kind of lifestyle you have been leading but given the condition its definitely faulty and it is definitely high in fat. Consuming high-fat animal products like dairy, eggs, meat, and fish and other processed foods from outside, refined foods overtime put the body in a high alert position.Have you ever fought for a cause or any person who is so important in your life? If yes, then fighting for your pancreas is worth it. Do you know why your pancreas is in this condition? It is majorly because of severe toxic condition in the body. In many cases such toxic condition which leads to pancreatitis is usually fats. While the role of the pancreas is to produce insulin without that we will end up with diabetes / a condition that lacks it.The reason why the pancreas go to such a state is majorly because your liver could not take the Load anymore. In the case of diabetes it is just that the pancreas are not producing enough insulin but in case of pancreatitis the pancreas itself is an inflamed state. So with an over abundance of fat in the diet the liver obviously cannot protect us from this excess fat perpetually. So with such toxicity still in the bloodstream the nervous system , the muscles and the life sustaining organs weakens and the essence of glucose will not reach the cells.
So essentially what you should be doing is keeping your diet more balanced you should definitely reduce the consumption of fat and add fruits veggies in raw form or steamed form. Only this will ensure that insulin resistance comes down and also it would reduce the blood sugar and things will become more balanced hopefully the pancreas will also be saved. I believe you’re still not in the stage to be classified as a type 1.5 diabetic, so see if you can switch to a completely raw vegan diet with fruits vegetables and greens . Continue to monitor your insulin levels and take it but it is very essential that you focus on your lifestyle and cut down insulin as and when your pancreas starts to recover. External insulin is not good on a long term basis.

If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph. level and bile from liver and gallbladder are called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If the liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. It went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of the continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low.
