If I eat only a fruits breakfast at 9am, then by 11am I start feeling a burning and painful sensation in my central chest area but if I eat normal cooked breakfast like parantha etc, this doesn't happen. What could be the possible reason of the same?

Dear health seeker,

Sumeet, in our earlier posting regarding your dis-ease symptoms it was pointed out that you are not having normal health conditions. It may be on account of the previous history of suppressed diseases and taking medication. 
   All fruits are quite capable of providing de-toxification and try to dislodge the encumbrances from whatever or whichever organs they find it adheres to.  It is quite usual and normal and in the process of detox, such symptoms are the order of the day one has to put up stoically with them for the betterment. 
    As regards to your second query of not having these symptoms after eating cooked foods like paranthas curries or for that matter any other cooked dishes is attributed to the fact that the vitality has been engaged in digesting the heavy load of rich foods and that the tearing down phenomenon of metabolism lags behind and you feel quite fine with it. 
   You must understand that  in chronic cases raw foods don't easily agree and particularity if the fruits are of acidic nature, Secondly fruits should be consumed one of a kind in one meal, it's a wrong combination to combine sweet and citrus fruit 
    If the fruit diet doesn't agree then you may switch over to salads and coconuts in breakfast. 
   There are quite some wrong food combinations doing the rounds in modern society and most people are not at all aware of this fact. 
   Daal, roti and daal chaawal are quite heavy a ration to digest the carbohydrates and protein in one diet. 
   Please, therefore, try to consume cereals in moderation along with vegetables, raw and cooked conservatively without oil spices condiments, etc and with a gap of minimum 6hrs in between two meals for the sake of disease-free life in combination with other hygienic laws governing our organism.

The reason we have fruits in the morning is to get the body something quick to digest in the elimination cycle which is in the morning. Fruits come pre-digested in nature and don't need too much of the body’s energy for digesting. 

However, when you have a cooked breakfast, they take longer than fruits and engages your digestive system longer. That was one reason that the ancient humans switched to cooked to travel and go on without the need for food again. 

Since you are already dealing with an acidic GUT, it burns the insides once it finishes dealing with fruit direction and comes back to focus on cleaning you. 


Start feeding frequently on fruit and juices until your condition improves.

The Burning and painful sensation in the chest what you are feeling might be because of the following reasons

The rate of digestability 

Fruits Vs Cooked food 

Cooked food takes more time to digest hence the rate of gastric emptying is slow.

Whereas the fruits rate of Gastric emptying is fast.

Please check the below points to correct it.

1) You might be eating more quantity of Citrus Fruits, check that.

2) You must eat seasonal fruits that too RIPED make sure you are not eating any fruits in Raw form.

3) The quantity of fruits in your breakfast might be less.so increase the amount of fruits in your breakfast.

4) Make sure you are chewing the fruits well before you swallow. 

5)Make sure you are not adding any 

Additives like salt, pepper, or Chat masala, etc. on the fruits.

6)Make sure you are not drinking coffee or tea after or before you eat fruits.

7) Drink  1 glass of water every hour 45 mins after fruit Breakfast.

I could think of two possibilities.
 One could be your choice of fruit. In case you are choosing a mix of fruits, try eating mono fruits. Which means a big serving of the same fruit.
Second, it could be that you are not eating enough fruits. Fruits digest very quickly compared to cooked foods. Our body takes a little while to get used to this change. During the transition time, there is a tendency to feel extremely hungry. So feel free to carry fruits with you and eat really a whole lot. Don't worry too much about overeating fruits. It can only make you feel better. Besides, it's a phase that'll pass once you get used to the change.

The central area of the chest can also be prone to heartburn this happens due to your stomach not getting proper food to balance the acidic level in the body. When you eat something as heavy as paratha the acid gets neutralised, with only fruits as breakfast it becomes difficult to balance. Why don't you mix both and have a wholesome meal to avoid this problem?

Things to include in breakfast:

Start the meal with a bowl of fruits and continue with a whole grain roti with a vegetable of your choice. A tea which should be dairy-free for example, Fennel Tea it will act as a stimulant throughout the day.

You can also try sipping on lime water with sabja seeds an hour after you have eaten fruits.

हेलो,

कारण - सुबह की शुरुआत अगर फल से करते हैं तो आप ऐसिड से शुरुआत कर रहे हैं। जब रात भर आपका आंतरिक शरीर काम कर रहा है तो वो ऐसिड रिलीज़ कर रहा है तब शरीर को alkaline support की ज़रूरत है। फल ऐसिड है alkaline नहीं, कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस या नारियल पानी alkaline है।

समाधान - खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Breakfast is a very important meal of the day. It is believed that breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast as the name suggests, breaking the fast! Without breakfast, you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol! Raw diet or light meal may not substitute a full breakfast.

Usually, Nutritionists advise:

  • Breakfast should be eaten within two hours of waking up from the bed.
  • A healthy breakfast should provide calories in the range of 20-35% of your required daily allowance (RDA).

Apart from providing us with energy through breakfast, foods are believed to be a good source of important nutrients such as calcium, iron, and vitamin B, as well as protein and dietary fiber. The body requires these essential nutrients and research studies have shown that if the breakfast is missed, they are less likely to be compensated for later in the day. Fruit and vegetables are good sources of vitamins and minerals so try to include a portion of your daily five at breakfast but it might not suffice a full breakfast.

Many studies have shown that breakfast also restores glucose levels, an essential carbohydrate that is needed for the brain to function which helps in the cognitive functions of the brain and also improves memory and concentration levels and it can keep you happier as it can influence on mood and lower stress levels. Studies have indicated that men require more energy compared to women.

Kindly observe if you are eating and chewing too hurriedly or too fast. There might be a possibility that you are swallowing in too much air in the process of chewing.
