TREATMENT OF ACNE[PIMPLES]

'' I was a patient of severe acne for the last 10 yrs. Since these years I have had severe acne, what the allopathic doctors. call ACNE VULGARIS, I was having regularly antibiotics and lotions. I used to wash my face 4 times a day with soap. I used to avoid oily foods and used to have fresh fruit juices, etc. But avoiding oily foods alone does not help. What is needed is an outright reform of living habits, all wrong living habits to be replaced by healthful, hygienic habits based on the Laws of Nature.
I started N.C. a programme with a breakfast of only tender coconut water, a lunch of raw vegetable salads, a little fruit in the evening and some conservatively cooked veggies with 2 or 3 chapatis at night. Non-violent enemas were taken daily.
In the beginning, I found it rather hard to maintain this diet strictly. I used to feel weak and get a headache. But within a week, I felt very much better. I was happy that my bowels were clear. I started losing weight. My sleep improved and I could get up fresh early in the morning. Above all, the pimples disappeared. Though the texture of the skin is still rough due to continuous acne for many years. I have some scars left on the skin.
In the beginning, the pimples disappeared completely. After a month or so, I would get one or two occasionally but I knew that I was not absolutely rigorous with my diet and ate some forbidden food and giving in to some temptations now and then.

कारण -त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है।
1. किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
2. हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।
खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।
त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।
3. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
5. मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।
6. नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।
7. बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
8. लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
9. सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
10. सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।
2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें।
दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ash guard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।
नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती।
सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है।
सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।
11. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
12. जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे।

Pimple or Acne is an adolescent common condition that is characterized by blackheads, pustules, papules which are caused by an increase in hormones called androgens which are characterized by the sebaceous glands by increasing the size and oil secretions. They are mostly found on the face and neck and at times they might appear on the shoulder and back.
At times these glands get blocked and then blackheads and whiteheads develop and get infected by bacteria that cause inflammation and pimples.
This acne appears on the face, back, shoulders and chest. The conditions may be lying deep inside or superficial which could cause scarring. These have a family tendency as well.
Diet:
- Consume high proteins, low carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, sprouts, etc.
- Avoid fried food items, junk foods, butter, sugared drinks, citrus fruits, and citrus juices, caffeine, etc.
- If you have access to a registered Naturopath or Naturopathy Centre it is a wise idea to try fasting therapy using non-citric juices.
- Drink lots of water at least on a daily basis. Drinking water is the best medicine according to Naturopathy.
Hydrotherapy:
Alternate compress hot and cold could be applied to the affected areas.
Other measures:
- Manage stress - Undertake some leisure activities, yoga, deep breathing techniques, and pranayama.
- Avoid chemical-based face creams, soaps which could aggravate the problem.
- Wash the face with warm water so that it could reduce pain in the inflamed area.
- Avoid meddling with the pimples or wounds as it could hamper healing.
- Try to have enough sleep for at least 6- 7 hours.
- Avoid alcohol or smoking.
- Avoid facial treatment when the face is affected and when wounds are present
Once healed some aloe vera gel ( taken from fresh leaves ) could prevent and also bring the smoothness of skin back.
Finally to get the expert advice you may get yourself checked with a registered Naturopath for further consultations and lifestyle modifications if needed.
Skin is a reflection of the body’s health inside. Health is always inside out and not outside in.
You have an acne now and that's due to your lifestyle and adding any external new products to the mix won’t help. You need to understand the foods that are majorly causing this and remove it. It’s as simple as that and feed on foods that are designed for humans.
Elimination happens via the skin too. Since a child whatever toxins such as pollution, chemicals on skin, dairy, meat, eggs, and fish, all the harsh chemicals that would have been used in the household, toxic smells, medicines etcetera would have got collected in your liver and over a period of time when it maxes out, and it finds that the other excretory organs are also clogged, it tries to eliminate that from the skin. The more severe your acne the more accumulation of toxins in your skin and so in the body.
The solution is to start focusing on cleaning your body. Lead a healthy whole food plant-based diet with a focus on raw till dinner and your skin will be ok over time. 50% of fruits and greens, 30% of vegetables, 20% of cooked food is all that is necessary to clean your body. Avoid all forms of fats even nuts and seeds for this condition to heal. Over time you can include coconuts. Quit dairy. meat, sugar, and all forms of oils including any fancy cold-pressed oils, refined oils having food outside often (because of all the refined and processed food and + the chemicals to make it tastier), wheat and other grains contain gluten such as barley and oats. Avoid maida and other forms of foods that contain gluten.
Include a lot of fruit and vegetable juices such as cucumber, ash gourd which comes to at least 2-3Liters per day. Take enema for a month under expert guidance.
Next, avoid all cosmetics and chemical application on the skin. Use natural products such as my recipes here below. Put things on your skin that you can put into your mouth too. As you continue to improve on the raw intake in your life and quit all forms of suppressive chemicals that are not critical, the skin will definitely pop out and overtime release all the toxins that are inside the body. You will have to allow it to happen for your acne to be completely healed in the future. Pus is nothing but all the toxins that are coming out.
Any form of suppressions does two purposes, one is to give improvement in your condition and the second is to cause another problem which is toxin accumulation. Since chemicals are not food, the body will try to eliminate it in the form that it knows best in your body which is acne. Clean that backed-up lymph system and your entire body will be fine including your face. When your kidneys and other major organs clear up, your skin too will.
