If you have a genuinely happy family, a contented life but you are unsure why you have negative thoughts and behaviours, that itself is a great first step to being aware of the condition. Seeking help is one of the best things to do at this time. Looking for natural ways of healing is the ultimate way.

Mind and bodywork together. An emotionally disturbed mind leads to a physically imbalanced body, in addition, to the bad lifestyles that people typically lead to add fuel to this. Remember your brain cells use 3x the oxygen when compared to other cells. The more you think about negative thoughts, the more drain you will experience. A discharged body will have very little to tend to the physical needs. Hence headaches are natural where the GUT and brain are overworking.

Read this article of mine in detail -http://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/367/in-wellness-and-sickness-we-are-together-microbiome-part-1

2 more parts are yet to be released. Follow that for a complete understanding of your issue.

Switch to a fully plant-based lifestyle with more focus on raw. The more raw, the better. We don't know what physical problems you are dealing with. Avoid dairy, eggs, meat, fish, wheat, sugar, oils and junk food.

Expectations are one of the biggest reasons for emotional and physical health issues. If emotionally a person is derailed, physical problems are a sure shot. Even with healthy eating, u won’t be able to battle physical issues that were caused because of emotional stress. U can’t carry mental baggage all day and go around because it’s a waste and won’t help anyone.

Practice living in gratitude irrespective of the situations in your life. You have been given more of what u lack to see abundance. Practice this in the link

and in parallel eat a whole food plant-based lifestyle with more fruit, vegetable, greens.

1) If you can slowly remove all kinds of animal products from your life which would be feeding the virus / adding more toxins to the system. It is very important to remove dairy, meat, eggs, and fish.

2) Remove sugar, maida, bakery goods, wheat, any gluten-based products made from wheat, greasy foods, store-bought products that are ready to eat, etc

3) Do not cook with any oil. Learn to cook oil-free. There are many YouTube videos on the same or you can refer to the Wellcure recipe section.

4) Increase consumption of juices from fruits greens and vegetables to at least 1 to 2 L per day.

5) Feed on at least one 1 Kg of fruits per day.

6) Increased exposure to sunlight to 1 hour per day.

7) yoga and pranayama will improve the blood oxygen levels.

This will help clean your body and thinking.

I do both food-based and psychological counseling. Reach me to discuss your problems in detail here offline -https://rzp.io/l/1LR1mH1

Negative thinking is a thought process where people tend to find negation in everything they do or reduce their expectations by considering the worst possible scenarios but actually it might not appear to be so.

Some of the causes for negative thoughts to arise in our mind might be due to common cold, exhaustion, stress, hunger, sleep deprivation, even allergies which could make you depressed, this, in turn, would lead to negative thoughts. In such cases, negative thoughts could rise to depression. These disturbances are usually used to reinforce negative thinking or emotions.

Here are some of the tips to overcome negative vibes,

  • Sit in a quiet place and listen to mind soothing music.
  • Read books of your choice.
  • If you have a flair towards art, painting or any other hobbies like photography, travel, etc could be a great choice as well.
  • Keep your living area well ventilated and let the sun come in if you have a choice for that.
  • Have good sleep and keep yourself relaxed.
  • Keeping your living area clean and tidy also works wonders.
  • Keep friends for socializing and this could help a lot.
  • Light some scented candles and breathe deeply and meditate if possible.
  • Gardening, cooking, pets, etc are stress buster activities that could also play a vital role in the removal of negative vibes.

If these don't work, then I would advise seeking some psychologist or psychiatrist who could help as well in advanced cases who could design a comprehensive treatment plan along with Naturopathy and Yoga.

It is basically a condition of systemic toxicity in the body. I used to suffer from the same issue.

Our body produces toxins daily as cells die and regenerate metabolic waste. Toxins also accumulate from the environment - through the wrong foods we eat, thoughts, pollution etc. In a normal functioning body, toxins are regularly removed by the body. But when inputs are wrong, toxins build up over time disturbing every function of the body including thinking, logical abilities etc as you have mentioned.

So, what is the solution?

Our bodies are self-healing, self-correcting. Just remove the cause and the magic happens.

Shift your diet to a predominantly plant-based diet with no meat, dairy, eggs etc. These foods are acidic and disturb hormonal balance too which cause mood swings. Let your diet be built on a high percentage of fruits and vegetables all consumed raw.

Take plenty of rest. Gift yourself a vacation in nature and help heal it.

Make sure to get 30 minutes of early morning sunlight

Work on these for 3 months or so and you will surely see results.

Cooldown your nervous system with cold water baths including the head area. Palm your eyes regularly for quick relaxation.

All these are best done through guided help. Reach out through info@wellcure.com for getting in touch with a coach.

All the best.

Hi,

It is important that you seek help from any of the health coaches on this platform under Nature Nurture's

https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/339/nature-nurtures-program-wellcure-your-natural-health-coachto help you.

In meanwhile kindly understand that whether it is over thinking of a problem or lack of concentration, they are related to your lifestyle. Lets briefly understand this. Various scientific research has shown that both the mind and the body are connected. If you consume a healthy diet, sleep well exercise and meditate it helps to calm down the mind.

The mind and body are connected by many nerves and veins, the most important being the Vagus Nerve. This connects the brain and spinal cord. This controls all the actions which are not under our control, like digestion, anxiety, panic attacks, blood pressure, etc. When the body is experiencing stressful situations the vagus nerve is unable to send a response to the brain to relax. Therefore, if the body is under stress, (which might be even improper eating habits, since the body has to remove more toxins to maintain a balance)and due to this there are negative emotions, decreased immunity and poor digestion. But, when we are in a relaxed state the body gets the signal to repair and heal and maintain a balance. Anything like even lack of sleep, insufficient exercise or wrong eating habits can disturb this balance. This, in turn, affects the way you manage and perceive situations and manage emotions. Meditation is proven to help control thoughts. Also, it is recommended to make lifestyle changes.

Certain lifestyle changes would help assist you:

  • This includes the removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed, oily and sugary foods. This creates an overload of toxins and disturbs the balance of the body.
  • Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body.
  • Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones, and in a relaxed state, the body can repair and heal.
  • Manage stress either by some physical activity or deep breathing. This calms the body down. This helps the body to repair and heal.
  • Adequate sleep. The body repairs and heals during sleep.

Wishing you Good Health Always!

Thank you
