The symptoms that you are complaining might be due to improper warming up exercises or even due to extreme weather conditions or even might be due to calcium deficiency which could cause a muscular pain or spasm on your muscles

To be on a safe side, I would suggest getting it checked if it off bone origin or muscle origin. if it of a bone origin then I would advise you seek the help of respective experts and as a supportive treatment natural therapies, yoga therapy combined with and exercise therapy could help and do wonders in your condition.

To manage leg pain, massage could be one of the best choices..

Some kneading movements could be analgesic and could relieve pain if the pain is of muscle origin followed with infrared light treatment.

To heal pain again massage therapy could be useful and also hot water bath where you could soak your feet in hot water for 10-15 mins or whatever time is tolerable. You may also use Epsom salt or Magnesium sulfate could be used...

Hi,

If the pain you experience is only while running, then maybe either your running posture or your running shoes are improper or you might have injured yourself. If it is not related to this then you need to get a detailed analysis from a qualified coach and then work on the root cause. For immediate relief, you could soak your feet in a bucket of warm water with salt.

If this is just an injury you got while running, it can be resolved if you keep your leg in saltwater that's relatively warm for 20-30 mins. and then massaging the sole for 5 mins. Give it enough rest and it should be fine in a week.

If it's a lifestyle issue then do let us know and we can help you with that.
