I have rectal abscess and I have had it 4 times in the past when I have tried to treat it at home by sit bath in betadine lotion and application of betadine ointment in the affected area. I have read couple of articles where they suggest to go for surgical removal of the abscess. I would still prefer a natural remedy. Can anyone help me on this?

Eat:
Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The next thing is including a fiber-rich food item which helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having an apple, bananas, nuts, etc which has a good amount of fiber in them.
Let us understand about somethings which you can apply for dealing with burning sensation:
1. Aloe vera gel: Application of naturally extracted aloe gel helps in the treatment of the wounds caused by piles.
2. Take a teaspoon of coconut oil and add two-three drops of tea tree oil, apply on the wound.
3. Hot fomentation on the wound is also helpful in treating it fast, as it helps in dilating blood vessels.
These two things will help in treating the rectal abscess.
Exercise:
- Sitting in the position of Vajraasana will help in the treatment of piles. After your meals practice, this poses for better digestion and easy stools.
- A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best.
Meditation:
In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music in order to stay positive.
A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.
Sleep:
Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response in order to treat with the following. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body.

Rectal abscess, piles, fistula, these all are due to improper diet. Improper diet, high fatty diet, spicy foods leads to indigestion and constipation. Constipation decreases the frequency of stool and makes the stool hard which makes the patient to do straining. Continuous straining for passing stool and constipation leads to such abcess.
So, a change in the diet is of primary importance for curing rectal abscess.
Diet to follow-
- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body.
- Include Vitamin C in your diet like lemon juice or orange juice or amla juice. This will help in the movement of stool.
- Have sprouts, nuts, beans and salads.
- Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres as the fibres will aid in the movement of stool and will add bulk to the stool.
- Drink coconut water.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Some tips
- Sitting for a long period of time may also lead to abscess. So, avoid sitting for long durations.
- Take a tub and fill it with warm water. Sit in the tub for 10 to 15 minutes. Practice this twice a day. This will help the muscles to relax.
Exercise
Exercising is also important for good metabolism.
- Start the day with a brisk morning walk.
- Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.
- Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam
Sleep
Sleep is essential for a good metabolism and digestive functions. Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily.

कारण - शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता के कारण मल द्वार में संक्रमण हो सकता है।
ख़राब हाज़मा और लम्बे समय तक क़ब्ज़ के कारण शरीर में मौजूद टॉक्सिन मल नली और मल द्वार के tissue में संक्रमण पैदा कर रहे है।
प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा कोई घरेलू औषधि नहीं है यह प्राकृतिक उपायों के माध्यम से स्वास्थ संबंधी समस्या दूर करने की पद्धति है।
समाधान - 1. एक टब में पानी भरें। उसमें 500ml नीम के पत्ते का रस डालें और 20 मिनट के लिए बैठें।
2. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।
3. मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
4. आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसीI जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 24 घंटा तरल पदार्थ पर रहें।
5. आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।
सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
6. लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
7. कपूर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से मल द्वार पर
घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
