Fruits are simple sugar which gets mixed in the blood instantly, whenever we go for gym simple soluble carbs are always encouraged. Hence, it helps to give the body an instant force of energy for any intense physical activity.

Fruits like apples, guava, bananas, oranges are recommended. Some dried fruits like walnuts, cashews, raisins are also helpful. Otherwise, a healthy lifestyle is encouraged throughout so that your body never goes under dehydration of requirement of nutrients.

Dear health seeker Ganesh, 
    In nature, the instant energy givers are sweet fruits the likes of banana, grapes, dates, mangoes, apples, and some dry fruits resins, figs, dates and to top it all is the juice of sugar cane. It is a storehouse of energy. Honey is another instant energy source, 
     Some smoothies of sweet fruits can also be used. 
    From nature cure perspective if a life lived in accordance with the eternal laws of nature, then the question of getting tired and requirements of instant energy would not be there. 
     I may cite an example of a  vegan athlete who would compete on an empty stomach after taking a hip bath or spinal bath for 30 minutes and will outpace all his competitors and win the bout  such is the might of pure natural hygiene and living

Some simple ways to boost up your energy levels while playing sports are by following some simple and natural way. Energy levels keep you active all round the day at work and home and more required when you play sports or jog or when you perform any martial arts

  1. Start your day with yoga and meditation which is the best-suggested way to start your day to increase your energy levels
  2. Have right natural breakfast with cereals, fruits, and fruit juices
  3. Make sure you get enough sleep. early to bed and early to rise is the best policy
  4. Consume a lot of magnesium-rich foods like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, soybeans, avocado, bananas, are some excellent sources of magnesium.
  5. Enjoy a short walk every morning in an open area, preferably like barefoot walking on grass or lawns which could improve blood circulation
  6. Make a point to consume an ample amount of water throughout the day at regular intervals whenever you feel thirsty.
  7. Avoid beverages like tea, coffee etc and also alcohol
  8. Cut down all dairy products, junk foods, sugared drinks that accumulate toxins into your body.
  9. Additionally to all the solutions listed out you may try eating green bananas which could give you instant energies, provided you are non-diabetic. You might have seen tennis matches on the television and players consume green bananas for instant energy.
  10. Tender coconut water if fresh is also a natural source of instant energy

  • For getting instant energy during activities like running or playing consume fruit juices especially orange,  lemon,  honey lemon juices etc .
  • Drinking natural honey water also gives instant energy.  It contains natural sugar and essential amino acids.
  • Which contains simple sugars which will be absorbed through blood faster and gives energy.
  • Eat properly.  Consume more whole grains.
  • Before doing running or any physical activities do warm up properly.
  • Take proper sleep also helps to keep your energy level up. 
  • Add more cereal and lentil in your diet. Add more fresh fruits and vegetables to keep your body always hydrated
  • Drink enough water.

Hi,

Fruits are a source of instant energy. They are already pre-digested and are in simple forms which are readily absorbed by the system. Fruits can be consumed as such whole or in juice form. Juices instantly provide energy and raise the sugar levels. Also coconut water is an excellent electrolyte and provides instant energy. Dates, and other dried fruits are also excellent sources in meeting the energy needs.

कारण - तुरंत ऊर्जा शरीर को तभी मिलता है जब की भोजन में रस, फ़ाइबर, और भोजन जीवंत हो।

जैसे की फल, पानी में भिगोए हुए सूखे फल जैसे अंजीर, खजूर, मुनक्के, या फिर कच्चे सब्ज़ियों से तैयार सलाद,  नारियल या पानी में भिगोए हुए बादाम, काजु, अखरोट या फिर केवल प्राकृतिक जल जैसे नारियल पानी या अन्य कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के जूस भी शरीर को तीव्रता से ऊर्जा प्रदान करता है।

प्राणायाम भी तुरंत ऊर्जा का स्रोत है। जैसे की अनुलोम विलोम, भ्रामरी, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक ऐसे करें। लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
