Dear health seeker Romy, it is to counsel you that there is no disease only lower level of health which can be reversed back to health provided you follow the eternal laws of nature governing our organism, diabetes including, if the hygienic lifestyle is persisted with all diseases conditions can be reversed, please follow the undermentioned regime
There was a time when diabetes was rare among children. A man of 50 or 60 could be a victim and that too would. be taken as an old age disease. Times have changed. Science has ''progressed'' . And hence disease also MUST. NOW we are told that children are also developing this dreaded disease { in fact a mother of all disease}. { or it is a gift of civilised,, unhygienic life, to children}. The clever term used is ''Juvenile'' diabetes, showing it was not there ere long
Why should children become diabetic? It is a serious question. Nobody seems to realise the gravity. Why on earth, children should be afflicted by this. There are four possible reasons.;-
1. Born with a weak pancreas and / or liver
2. Indiscriminate feeding of children with heavy starches and sugar; unhealthy and filthy baby foods.
3. Inoculation, vaccines and drugging during acute diseases, like, fever, cold diarrhoea measles, etc.
4. Psychological disturbances;
1. Congenital;-- when one becomes sick he usually searches for causes[ THOUGH THE CAUSE IS WITHIN HIMSELF] When none could be found, he usually finds his parents or grandparents afflicted with similar disease and he ''consoles'' himself saying that he has inherited the disease. This is far from the truth. No disease is inherited. The placenta does not allow any poison to get into it.. [ OF COURSE MODERN KILLER DRUGS DO PENETRATE THE POWERFUL PLACENTAL BARRIER] If the Langerhans --the part of the pancreas which produces insulin --is originally defective, the child mat develop diabetes in early stages.
2. INDISCRIMINATE FEEDING;--Parents, in general, do wish their children to grow fast and fat. This is more due to the wrong propaganda by baby food manufacturers through, various form of advertisement. The human child is not intended to grow as fast as some animals whose life span is far shorter A human being is designed to grow in 20--25 yrs. while a cow grows fast in 2-3 yrs., We give a lot animal products [ milk, meat eggs, fish ], STARCHES & SUGARS TO CHILDREN. IN THE BEGINING, THE VITAL ORGANS DO PROTEST through acute diseases, which are suppressed by heavy drugging. The vital organs get completely exhausted. Diabetes in children is due to exhaustion of pancreas and liver in dealing with huge intake of starches and sugars & other devitalizing baby foods.
3, Most importantly, a no. of so-called preventives [ prophylactics ] ARE given to children right from birth [ THINKING THEM TO BE A PANACEA ]
All of them are dirty and nothing else. They may damage one or more vital organs.
In our view most of the complicated diseases of children can be attributed to this reckless preventives, these preventives act as [ PREVENT DISEASE BY GIVING DISEASE ] theory, the absurdity of which can be realized by the individual.
• TREATMENT;--If it is congenital, very little can be done. But if 100% NON-STARCHY vegetables, like leafy vegetables, germinated grams, a small quantity of milk of coconut or milk prepared by sesame or melon seeds prepared at home etc, are given the child can live a reasonably healthy life. If instead of that, insulin, or other drugs are administered and rice, wheat etc, are consumed. May prove inimical.
Along with diet reform a few leaves of BILVA, AND 2 OZ. OF ash- gourd juice once or twice a day will give added advantage.
[ BILVA JUICE CONTAINS NATURAL INSULIN ] & is very effective in all diabetes cases.

There are various types of diabetes but the most common are type 1, type 2 and gestational (during pregnancy).

Type 1 diabetes: here the body’s immune system is not functioning properly and attacks the beta cells of the pancreas that produce insulin. This type of diabetes is often seen in families.

Type 2 diabetes: cells that respond to insulin become resistant (desensitized) to it. Insulin is what safely transports the sugar into our cells, so this means that diabetics who are untreated will have elevated blood sugar. Here the inflammation could be found in almost all systems, namely nerves, kidneys, and the cardiovascular system will be the first organ systems to get damaged, but in some cases, it could involve another system too and could be dangerous as well. Here damage to insulin-producing cells due to Pancreatitis is a common feature.

Gestational: whereby a woman becomes diabetic during her pregnancy...this is more common than you’d think because women often crave sugar when they’re pregnant.

The main objective in naturopathic treatment of diabetes is to reduce high levels of glucose in the blood and ensure the overall well-being of the patient utilizing natural therapies such as diet, exercise, nutritional supplements and herbs

Diabetes, as you know, is a metabolic disorder that should be treated with a strict diet regime along with a considerate amount of physical activity or exercises. Following a healthy plant-based diet can effectively help control your blood sugar.

• Always go for a whole plant-based diet which includes ample fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts. High fibrous fruits and vegetables such as peas, beans, broccoli, spinach, and dark leafy vegetables should be included in one's diet.

Also, pulses with husk and sprouts are a healthy option and should be part of the diet. Brans, cereals, oats meals, millets, seeds and but should be an essential part of your diet.

• Omega 3 fatty acids should be consumed as they have a beneficial effect on blood sugar and many other cardiovascular diseases. Natural sources for these are canola oil, flaxseed, chia seeds, and walnuts, etc. These are also low in cholesterol and are trans fat-free.

• One teaspoon of fenugreek seeds ( methi) soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes. Fenugreek seeds are high in soluble fiber, which helps lower blood sugar by slowing down digestion and absorption of carbohydrates.

• You may also consume some almonds (soaked overnight) which is also helpful in keeping a check on diabetes.

• Never skip your breakfast. Add whole grains, whole bread, cereals, oats along with some herbal tea or juice for your breakfast.

• Bittergourd juice; Make fresh bitter gourd juice and drink it two times a day.

• Exercise is very important in order to maintain the blood glucose level. Utilize an hour or two on physical activity or exercises daily such as walking, jogging, brisk walk, etc.

• Some yogasanas and pranayama recommended for diabetes are dhanurasana, mandukhasana, ardhamatsyndrasana, naukasana, navasana, kapalabhati, ujjayi and bhramari pranayama. Practice them under the guidance of a qualified practitioner.

Dear Ravinder, Glad that you are exploring natural ways to help heal this problem. Her pancreatic gland is compromised due to bad food habits and the bad habits of parents. Since diabetes is a hormonal problem, first get rid of all foods unnatural to our species - Dairy, non-veg, eggs, fish etc. You will see immediate results. Be in touch with your doctor to start reducing medication. Shift to a whole foods plant-based diet.

Be aware that this needs long term dedication and more in depth knowldge to heal completely. I would advise you to get in touch with a health coach at Wellcure by contacting info@wellcure.com
