UTI and other infections in the Gut is an inflammation of the urinary tract / toxemia across the body and pelvic regions when there is a lot of acidity. When do such things happen? When our body is toxic with dairy, meat and processed goods for a long period. When we don’t drink enough water, when we don’t tend to pass urine frequently, color of urine slowly turns yellow, smells slowly like B-complex tablets and overtime it’s really having a bad odour. When body is filled with toxins and waste is not getting disposed off properly this happens.
The stomach and Gut will be lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that was not digested properly in the stomach. The causes still remain the same - foods such as dairy, eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydrochloric acid in the gut. Weaker stomach acids cause gastric issues that is inflammation of the gut. Along with ineffective weak bile, the food does not get digested properly and leaks into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them. Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. This causes inflammation, pains constipation, diarrhoea and can also result in piles, fissures and yeast infections on the excretory organs. Please understand germs are not to blame. The come to decompose and feast on rotting matter. That’s natural law of decomposition.
To heal this condition, no you don't need probiotics. They are bacteria too feasting on the dying matter. They will just add to the pile to eat more food in your gut if they survive the HCl. You will keep needing probiotics and hence it's not the solution. It is best that you start cleaning the gut, which in turn will clean the liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body and eventually cleaning the intestine as well. If the previous organs in the process have done their job, the colon will not have to take a hit. It’s very important that the liver starts doing its job to heal any kind of intestinal issues/organs of excretion so that the unwanted food, pathogens and heavy metals don’t end up in the intestines and colon. Ideally, these are supposed to be thrown out naturally after altering its state, but when they end up as-is, they attract more issues in the colon which the colon might not be geared up to do.
When body organs are clean, they do their job perfectly well. With the right lifestyle this can be achieved. You must switch to a low-fat plant-based lifestyle. Low fat here because fats also come in low % from raw foods like fruits vegetables and greens.
This is what I suggest because it has helped a very severe case of gut, who was suffering for more than a year. It’s possible to heal with patience and discipline.
Kindly stay on —2-3 litres of fresh juices both from fruits and vegetables, tender coconut, vegetable juices, cranberry juice ( you get organic frozen cranberries that don’t have sugar). Kindly be on this for 1 week. Any pathogen has to be naturally flushed in a liquid environment and do not attempt to do water fast or dry fast. You must not be dehydrated in such cases. In the acidic dry environment, they multiply faster.
If you want to eat something, please eat only fruits. If you want something hot, drink hot water that’s infused with lime ginger cinnamon and cardamom. Load yourself with these only.
Stay on liquids for a week and fruits if hunger is unbearable. Drink liquids when you feel hungry.
You might see the symptoms, continue the liquids for one week or more if needed. With this, the bacteria will be flushed out naturally and the body will restore back. Remember that not all toxins would have gone even if your symptoms have gone. The longer your condition the longer it will take. Don’t rush to eat cooked.
Then onwards you have to maintain as below.
To avoid this in future, avoid all dairy meat. Veg juices and greens till 12, fruits only next, followed by vegetable and greens, night 30% grains and 70% veggies steamed as a lifestyle. No packaged ready to eat junk, eat a whole food plant-based diet. No refined oils. No white sugar or brown or any fancy sugars. Just dates or moderate amount of jaggery occasionally. Avoid any form of processed sweetened foods.
Also remember that if you are emotionally disturbed in any way, remove that. Practice gratitude and forgiveness. It’s best for your body. Show love to your body while it heals. Trust that this will work.

कारण - ख़राब हाज़मा का प्रतिक्रिया मात्र है शरीर में अम्ल का बनना और UTI का समस्या यानी मूत्र मार्ग संक्रमण। इसके मुख्य कारक, दोष पुर्ण आहार, अनिद्रा, तनाव, शिथिल जीवन शैली हो सकता है।
प्रोबोईटिक फ़ूड में अंकुरित अनाज को सलाद में मिला लें। दूध बना कोई भी सामान ना लें।
समाधान - एक टब में नीम के पत्तों का रस500ml पानी डाल कर टब में पानी भर कर उसमें बैठें।
20 मिनट बाद तक संकुचन क्रिया को दोहराएँ।पेशाब करते वक़्त पेशाब 5 सेकंड रोक कर
पेशाब करें फिर 5 सेकंड रुकें फिर करें ऐसा जब भी पेशाब करने जाएँ तो करें।
गर्म खाना या पेय पदार्थ सेवन ना करें।
पानी के बदले कच्चे सब्ज़ी सलाद और फल लें।
मर्ज़ारि आसन करें।पवनमुक्त आसन करें। अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम करें।
गोमुख आसन करें। भुजंग आसन करें
जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से
घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ
सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
