I am suffering from constipation for last one year and my anus area feels blocked. My right side stomach part feels hard like as it is always full with stool but doesn't feel same for left side. Some time while passing stool blood also come. I consult many doctors and took many medicines but problem not gone completely. What to do?

Make sure first u need to eat papayas every day, but if it fails to work, then u must use kayam churna It will definitely help you.

My father suffered from similar issues that did not get diagnosed properly and I was not knowledgeable enough to help him understand a few years back. That eventually became hernia and chronic constipation, prostrate inflammations, extra growth on his penis, etc. The entire body became toxic leading to cancer and death. Not trying to create the fear, but helping you with the awareness that constipation is not a big thing to heal from when the body is fed the right fuels.

When the colon is lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria, and foods that were not digested properly in the stomach before coming into the colon, it putrefies in the intestines. The causes still remain the same - foods such as dairy, eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydrochloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and ineffective weak bile, the food does not get digested properly and moves into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them. Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. This causes inflammation, pains constipation, diarrhea, and difficulty to pass stools and can also result in piles, fissures and yeast infections on the excretory organs.

You must know that the solid waste matter comes to the colon to get expelled. The stickier it is with starch and animal protein and other junk and with lack of enough water, it has a tendency to become harder. The colon walls have the function to reabsorb the water into the body as long as the feces remain there without getting expelled. So the longer you keep it, the harder it gets. If you have seen worst cases of colonoscopy videos you will know the true story and why diseases start from this very condition. If you are also a person who thinks a lot, has a lot of stress, emotional issues, then food alone won't helo. You need to take help to get that addressed. A happy mind leads to a happy GUT.

To heal this condition., It is best that you start cleaning the GUT, which in turn will clean the intestines, blood, and liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body and eventually cleaning the entire as well. If the previous organs in the process have done their job, the colon will not have to take a hit. It's very important that the liver starts doing its job to heal any kind of intestinal issues/organs of excretion so that the unwanted food, pathogens, and heavy metals don’t end up in the intestines and colon. Ideally, these are supposed to be thrown out naturally after altering its state, but when they end up as-is, they attract more issues in the colon which the colon might not be geared up to do.

When body organs are clean, they do their job perfectly well. With the right lifestyle, this can be achieved. You must switch to a low fat plant-based lifestyle. Low fat here because fats also come in a low percentage from raw foods like fruits, vegetables, and greens.

  1. Place a cold wet towel daily on the abdomen for 30 mins thrice a day for the first 10 days. Start with 5 mins. hot towel and 25 mins. cold every day. After the condition improves, keep this once a day for 2 months.

  2. Give rest to the digestion and colon by juicing majorly for few days with greens, fruits or veg. juices only in abundance like it’s your meal.  3-5 liters or more per day for 10 days. This will start loosening all the junk.

  3. Take water enema for a month without interfering with your normal bowel movements after constipation has resolved. Consult an expert as needed. Take it after the regular elimination.

  4. Stop the consumption of dairy, eggs, meat, and seafood forever from your life.

  5. Stop all forms of fats (oils, grease, nuts, seeds ) that will add load to an already compromised liver and gut.

  6. Stop all forms of ready to eat foods that are purchased.

  7. Go raw on greens, fruits, and veggies majorly for one full month/ 2 months as the condition improves.

  8. Juices till 12, fruits for lunch, vegetables and greens chewed properly and eaten for dinner. 3-4 cups of greens.

  9. After 2 months, start your dinner with steamed veggies and then move on slowly to Cooked food only once a day without using oils or ghee with 30% grains that are gluten-free and oil-free, unpolished, unrefined and 70% vegetables. Don’t mix raw and cooked in the same meal.

  10. Wheat and foods with maida wheat has to be avoided forever.

  11. Sugar and processed sweeteners to be avoided.

  12. Exposure to sunlight for 30 mins. daily.

  13. Yoga, and pranayama.

  14. Practice mental peace, leading a stress-free life, free of any form of negativity.

  15. Expect some infections as you are on a healthy lifestyle as the junk comes out of the body. Don’t suppress your symptoms. Only juicing to be done to relieve it.

Constipation is one of the commonest health problem with growing fast and wrong lifestyles which has become more common these days. Some of the causes may be due to junk foods you eat or avoid certain food groups especially fibre, wrong lifestyles, medications or certain diseases. Most of the times the cause has been unknown which is known as idiopathic. This health issue could disrupt your peaceful life and could have an impact on your physical and mental health when left untreated or unattended.

Constipation has a good scope if proper foods habits and proper lifestyle are undertaken, some of those are,

  • Drink plenty of water-Dehydration could result in constipation, so it is very essential to consume enough water. Drinking lot of fruit juices also could help you get rid of constipation
  • Add fibre into your diet- Consumption of fibre-rich fruits and veggies could help to achieve normal health
  • Exercise regularly- Physical activities and exercises may reduce the symptoms of constipation. Exercises like yoga, walking, jogging etc could benefit to relieve the symptoms of constipation.
  • Avoid long sitting- People who have sedentary lifestyles should at least walk once in every hour at least.
  • Avoid Junk foods- Avoid fried foods, spicy diets specially or foods that use artificial ingredients that are used to boost up the taste, namely something mono-sodium glutamate
  • Fruits like berries, peaches, apricots, plums, raisins are some of the best sources of high-fibre

Other treatments :

हेलो,

कारण - कब्ज होने का मतलब है मलत्याग में परेशानी होना या मल का सामान्य से कम आना। कब्ज एक ऐसी स्थिति होती है जिसमें व्यक्ति का पाचन तंत्र खराब हो जाता है, जिसके कारण वह जो भी खाना खाता है उसे पचा नहीं पाता है। 

कब्ज आँतों के परिवर्तन की वह स्थिति है, जिसमें मल निष्कासन की मात्रा कम हो जाती है, मल कड़ा हो जाता है, और वह मलाशय, मलनली में फंसा रह जाता है। मल निष्कासन में अवरोध पेट में दाह के कारण होता है। पेट में दाह अधिक अम्ल बनने के कारण होता है। इसका कारक दोष पूर्ण आहार, ख़राब जीवन शैली है। 

समाधान - 21 दिन  सफ़ेद पेठे का जूस (ashguard)  सुबह ख़ाली पेट लें। mud pack , herbal pack 20 मिनट के लिए पेट पर रखें।

लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन, पवनमुक्तासन

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें।

जीवन शैली - जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
