Hi,
Only a healthy gut would help in the absorption of whatever nutrition is consumed through healthy food. It is therefore extremely important that your gut is healthy by removing all the old toxins and waste materials that would have accumulated over a period of time either due to the wrong lifestyle, eating habits or even medication, supplements, etc. To achieve this avoid overload of toxins and heavy acidic foods like those from animal and dairy foods, packed, processed and highly fried and sugary foods. It is important that you regularly clear your bowels.
Consider the following changes:
- Include fresh fruits and raw vegetables as a part of your daily regime. All micronutrients are provided which are essential in many biochemical activities of the body.
- Avoid all animal foods, dairy, packed, processed, oily and sugary foods. They are empty calories. Provide no nutrition to the body. All these create a toxic load on the system and make elimination and absorption difficult.
- Avoid caffeine and tobacco whether in tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking or even chocolates. They all cut down your appetite and lead to other health consequences.
- Try including nut milk. Recipes are available on this platformhttps://www.wellcure.com/recipes/54/coconut-milk-your-easy-and-healthful-replacement-to-dairy-milk. This is one of the many you could try.
- Physical activity is important. Releases good hormones in the body. In a relaxed state, the body is able to function better.
- Proper rest and sleep are vital. This helps the body repair and rejuvenate.
- Regular elimination of bowels from the body is essential. Only when old waste materials are removed can the body focus on absorbing the new.
- Exposure to sunshine and nature. A calm and peaceful mind will have a healthy gut.
- Regular deep breathing is helpful in reducing stress hormones in the body. Avoid anxiety and worry. This constantly raises the stress hormones in the body and the body cannot perform its functions optimally.
- Gratitude is very important. It is important to thank your body as it is constantly working and trying to always maintain a balance. Absorption of nutrients happens only when you maintain a happy mind.
Wishing you Good Health Always!
Thank you
Regards
Hope you are not suffering from any other problem. Keeping in mind and also taking normal underweight conditions, if we could follow some natural methods could be of great use.
Being underweight is defined as having a body mass index (BMI) below 18.5. It’s much less common in young adults.
Being underweight can be just as unhealthy as being obese — if not more. People who are underweight are at risk of getting affected with osteoporosis, infections, fertility problems and other serious health problems.
There are several medical conditions that can cause unhealthy weight loss. If you’re underweight, see a doctor or Naturopath to rule out a serious health problem that could help you with a comprehensive diet history and could help you to rule out any underlying causes if there are any.
It’s very important to eat mostly healthy foods even when you’re trying to gain weight.
Protein forms the building blocks of your muscles. Eating sufficient protein is required to gain muscle weight instead of just fat.
To gain weight, eat at least three full meals per day and make sure to include plenty of fat, carbs, and protein.
You need to eat more calories than your body burns to gain weight. Aim for 300–500 calories per day above your maintenance level for slow weight gain or 700–1,000 calories if you want to gain weight fast.
You can add a lot of dried fruits, veggies and fruits to your foods to make it easier to eat more. Base your diet on energy-dense foods as much as possible.
Avoid junk foods, eating out, sugared drinks and keep yourself stress-free and try to have good sleep.
When trying to increase your weight, it’s very important to lift heavy weights and improve your strength and caution is that you do it under guidance. This will help you gain muscle mass instead of just fat.
I would appreciate if you discuss your problem in detail so that we could analyze your problem and we could come out with possible health solutions
Hope this gives you some solutions in a generic sense.
