हेलो,
कारण - लूज मोशन और उल्टी के लिए शौचालय जा रहे हैं तो वह स्थिति डायरिया कहलाती है। डायरिया ढीले और पानी के मल के रूप में पहचाने जाते हैं। डायरिया वायरल, बैक्टेरियल संक्रमण के कारण होता है। इसके अलावा जब हमारा पाचन तंत्र पानी को ठीक से अवशोषित नहीं कर पाता है और भोजन को अच्छे से पचा नही पाता है, तब भी डायरिया हो सकता है। शरीर में सेल्फ़ हीलिंग मैक्निज्म है जो कि संक्रमण या अन्य ऐसिड को ठीक करने में लगा है।
समाधान - लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।
शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन
पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।
खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें।
नारियल पानी घूँट घूँट करके यानी 40 count मुँह में ले कर करें। फिर अंदर डालें। ड्रिप के तरह नारियल पानी शरीर में जाने से फ़ायदा होगा।

Please take more fluids to avoid dehydrating.
To stop diarrhoea immediately
- Take mashed potatoes.
- Take 1 -2 rap of khas khas and chew it. This helps to stop diarrhoea immediately.
- Chewing of pomegranate peels help to stop the diarrhoea. And drinking of pomegranate juice helps to regulate electrolytes in your body.
- Avoid milk and milk products.
- Take banana rich in potassium helps to give energy and gives bulk to stools.
- Consumption of apple also helps to stop diarrhoea.
- Drink lukewarm lemon water with a pinch of salt also helps.

Diarrhoea is the frequent passage of loose, watery, soft stools with or without abdominal bloating, pressure, and cramps often referred to as gas or flatulence.
Naturopathy believes that acute diarrhoea is the body’s attempt to rid itself of toxins, irritants, parasitic infections in the intestinal tract. Acute diarrhoea usually self-limiting and may come with other symptoms, such as nausea and vomiting, but it can be serious in young children especially because it can quickly cause dangerous dehydration.
In order to prevent this from happening, increase fluid intake. Drink at least eight to ten glasses of fluids daily. I found that diluting pure apple juice with the fibre still in it was great to resolve diarrhoea in kids. This would also help in replacing the lost potassium and is easily absorbed.
Some important steps to follow when you suffer from this health condition:
- You should drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
- Replenishing water loss (due to diarrhoea) is important. Avoid milk and milk products, spicy food, oily food, junk foods, sugared drinks, etc.
- Lemon water ( warm ) with a pinch of palm jaggery or honey could work as an Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS)
- Arrowroot powder stew with palm jaggery. Take 2 glasses of water and boil with 3-4 teaspoon of arrowroot powder and made into a semi-solid stew and you may add palm sugar for taste. This stew could arrest your loose motion and could help you solidify the stools on an immediate basis.
- Give enough rest to your body. Avoid doing any strenuous exercises until the health condition is improved or else it could make you weaker as there would be dehydration.
If the condition hasn't improved even after 28 hours it might be suggested to seek advice from a Naturopath so that they could provide more advice and could help you.
